They're not the only gambling site that forces you to wager 100% of your deposit. You say that you don't care but on your long post you sounded like you do care. If Cloudbet is a scam they should've been tagged by a DT already.

Hi Cloudbet, I'm gonna make a deposit of .01 BTC and bet on Man United to win the CL at 42.  I'll be cashing out .42 BTC if I win...  Would you block it and ask for my ID for verification?
Probably not. Last time i've used them all of my withdrawal requests were processed smoothly and they didn't ask for any kind of verification. I think they'll only ask for your ID or verification if you break one of their rules.

Ah alright then...  I got the BTC on the way and I'm actually making that (long shot) bet.  Lololol.  Let's call it a 'high risk, high reward investment.  Cheesy

I hope you get it - I love sharing those type of stories on Twitter!  Grin

Evening all, hope you had a lovely weekend!  Smiley

@tokeweed - As long as you are playing from a non-restricted territory you have nothing to worry about, I'd be more worried about putting the bet on Man Utd to win  Wink

@BCWD - Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear you are having some issues with withdrawals.

I've responded to GP a few times, but he isn't really looking for answers - just more places to post his affiliate links.

We've been around for 5 years and have the highest limits of almost all the bitcoin sportsbook and casinos. We aren't worried about our bankroll, and always pay out winners.

As is the case with most bitcoin casinos, we have rollover requirements that need to be met before withdrawal is allowed. These are clearly stated in our T&Cs that we would encourage all new players to check before signing up.

I'm out of the office at the moment but I'll check with our support teams first thing tomorrow and let you know the exact requirements to allow for withdrawal in your situation, hopefully we can get this resolved for you quickly.

On a final note, it's worth pointing out that we don't use 'shill' accounts to further some kind of agenda, I'm perfectly happy responding using this one.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

I love people that apparently have never visited or tried any casino website on the internet, ever. It baffles me at the stupidity of some people and what they expect in return for USING SOMEONES SERVICE.

I'm seriously wondering if everyone that goes on crazy rants about their $20 or $50 or whatever are even of legal age to be gambling in the first place..

I've tried hundreds if not a thousand different gambling sites, poker rooms etc. and neither have had anything different other than the rollover on their bonuses. It always works exactly the same.

Stop acting so god damn entitled because guess what, you are entitled to fuck all.

I don't talk about bonuses you idiot - I talk about my own deposit - I Can't get it out. Even after I won.

And those fake accounts created by Cloudbet here won't do much good for reputation either.

@cloudbet - why you guys ignore guys you don't like to respond to?

1) @game-protect fairly asks you about the license. Where is it? Show it.
2) some other guy asked you for your btc wallet to see that you indeed have money to pay out. Show it.

Don't tell any bullshit it is for protection or for money laundering because that shit you could pull if it weren't crypto. This is crypto, you have NO way to 'lose' your btc once you get them there... which leads me...

3) I did a test with you:
I deposited $50 in crypto a couple days ago - new account - only account - all shits for which I read reports you previously froze money.
I played... the entire $50 and I won.
To my surprise - when I clicked request withdrawal... it said "you have to play 100% of your balance first".
My question is: why is that? It's my money and I can play $1 or none at all... and request it back. It's a balance, not a spenditure.
What money laundering - you consider your players here such idiots? Nobody wants to send to your wallet and withdraw it for money laundering reasons - they can get it easily if they wanted by using any btc mixing service. So that bullshit reason is solved.
Now I can't withdraw my winnings, and I can't withdraw my base deposit. Why is that?

And you claim you are not a scam!

Any serious and normal gambling website would allow players to win.

There are more and more reports about you scamming. Are all those fake?

I now witnessed and experienced it first hand - you do pull stunts not to pay out, and not to allow a withdrawal. To some you allow it to get the ball running (and especially losers)... but since I had a lucky win on the first game I bet...  (for which by the way I asked your chat guys if I can cancel it as I made it by accident and they said "no" - even though it was a full day in advance and only 3 minutes after I made it!!)... my bet won... and you guys showed your true face.

Fuck $50. I don't care. But I'll keep on posting this message from now, onwards... even pay $50 to some filipino to post it everywhere ongoing so that people know who you are.

I repeat (for my own joy): fuck your "you can't withdraw until you play 100% of your balance" policy.

So it means I pay $100 and I bet $90 and I win... I can't withdraw back my money? Why? Clowns, tell me... why?
And in my case... I DID play 100% because I invested the whole amount.

Need proof? You have full permissions to share my account, history, and everything... it's clean as a whistle: new acc, only one deposit, only one bet, only one win, 100% of amount used and you... scammers... forbidding withdrawals. Because I won?

Fuck you!

Welcome back after what was hopefully an awesome Christmas and New Years for you all!  Grin

@brecarv - I'm hoping that the issue has since been resolved, but I've passed on the details to our sportsbook team so they can check the grading is correct for you.

najeeb76 - Great idea, I'll pass on the request to our sportsbook teams! I'm always happy to see more lines become available!  Smiley

In regards to the cricket lines I'll check with our teams to see which games are available for live betting, there seems to be a few events missing currently and I'd like to see them back up ASAP!

SyGambler - I'll put in the request for you now, we do have some lines up for the Asian Cup 2019 but there does seem to be some missing, and there is a display error thats splitting the games into two different categories which I've also highlighted for a fix.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hey!

I got a problem. I made a deposit of 157 mBTC cause I didn't know exactly what I wanted to play with, and when checking I see that "I can't make a withdrawal without playing through 100% of my balance".

Wtf? So I actually lost my 157 mBTC unless I bet them all?
Did I misunderstood something? That seems like pure theft to me!
You are a newbie to online gambling, right?

Otherwise you simply would have put "cloudbet scam" into google, right?

didn't you see his post right after this one ?? he got paid right after he contacted the support
and btw not only cloudbet has such rule , there are several sites that force players to wager a certain percentage of the deposit before they allow withdrawals

hey cloudbet , any chance you add outrights betting for Asian Cup 2019 ?
at the moment there is only one bitcoin site offering it and the margin there is really high , so would be nice if you and other sites added these so we have other options

the competition will start in 4 days

I never again put my money on this piece of shi... Cloudbet use the Asian Handicap to steal money...

this is some thing i also noticed as they mostly gives Asian handicaps for # of goals market as i prefer to play goals
but actually they are not stealing dear they are not forcing u to take those bets

but as a positive feedback i would ask them to give non Asian handicaps too in goals market

for example : most books after 20-25 minutes of 1st half of soccer match gives 0.5+ goals odds of 1.5-1.8 but on cloud bet i rarely see those ads just over 0.75 goals odds etc only after 30-35 minutes play they offer normal odds

dear cloud bet guys look into this Smiley u still gonna get in profit as i love ur easy to load interface

in my experience i think most or i guess almost all books need customers to roll over balance before asking for withdrawls

Hello @cloudbet, i'm have a problem, today i'm maked two bets on the match FC BATE Borisov v Chelsea FC(Chelsea -0.5 Asian Handicap placed at 0x0, and Chelsea -0.25 Asian Handicap placed at 0x1) and the problem is: The first bet have resolved by the cloudbet at Push, but it's not push, i'm win the bet, and the second problem is because the second bet Chelsea -0.25 have been resolved at Loss, when in reality i'm lost only a half of the stake. Please help me, i'm talked with the live chat but she only tell me to wait.

Once again the cloudbet misses my bets(BET ID 11358930), I think they do not know how the Asian Handicap works. I bet on the Asian handicap +0.5 of Chelsea when the game was Chelsea 0 x 1 Leicester, that is, this score keeping up I would win the bet because it was in the +0.5, while the cloudbet placed as a defeat. How will you solve this?

To remenber again:  Live Asian Handicaps bets are always played on current score. In other words, you can consider the score to be 0-0 for all live AH bets.

Cloudbet | Best Bitcoin Gambling Site Since 2013

Another year, another hundred articles proclaiming the death of bitcoin. This year was the best of times, it was the worst of times. So with the festive season in full swing, and Christmas drawing ever closer, I thought it would be the perfect time to roundup all the fun we’ve had on Bitcointalk this year, and thank some of the awesome people we’ve met and worked with across the forums.

Here’s Cloudbet's year in review, but feel free to share your ups and downs in this thread (and we don’t just mean a BTC price chart!) - did you manage to buy the dip?

Fun and games!

It’s been a pretty busy year for us on Bitcointalk!

  • We kicked the party off back in May this year, when we became the first crypto gambling site to honour the Bitcoin Cash fork, providing all our players with free BCH to match the BTC funds they had in their Cloudbet wallets (May the fork be with you!)

  • It was just after this that I joined Cloudbet and cautiously introduced myself on our meta thread. Needless to say there was a fair bit of housekeeping to do after our prolonged absence from the forums, but the community were surprisingly welcoming and patient while I got my head around the outstanding issues (and relearning BBCode after too long spent on Twitter and Facebook!)

  • Shortly after that it was World Cup time, and the first iteration of our now widely popular predictor competitions kicked off on Bitcointalk! This was a simplified version of the predictor game, with players asked to pick the results of the tournament’s quarter final games. It was our first attempt on this platform, and although some mistakes were made, the response from the community was fantastic and helped set the guidelines for these competitions going forward.

  • As the tournament progressed we also unleashed a Bitcoin price predictor competition onto an unsuspecting Twitter audience, asking them to guess the price of BTC and BCH at kick off of the world cup final. Of course the results varied from cautiously pessimistic, to wildly optimistic, but that’s the beauty of crypto amirite? Wink

  • As mentioned above, predictor competitions are popular with our sportsbook-savvy fans, and throughout the year we have also run a 4-week EPL predictor, as well as the ongoing Super 6 Soccer Leagues Predictor competition which is due to wrap up on 24th December.

We had over 100 individual entrants join in the Predictor competitions alone, supplying just over 1000 entries in total over the length of the campaigns, so a huge thanks to everyone who has taken part this year!

  • In October Cloudbet turned 5 years old, and we celebrated with a Crypto Meme contest that grabbed the attention of some of Bitcointalk’s most creative and witty members with large Bitcoin prizes. This was another prime example of the community in action, as a team of hardy detectives helped investigate some of the claims of plagiarism and ensured that only the finest OC made the final list of winners! Smiley

  • Following on from this success we launched a ‘Review Fiat’ Competition to mark the passing of Black Friday and Cyber Monday - two colossal monuments dedicated to the folly of consumerism. We wanted to provide our crypto community with the means to poke fun at fiat in a lighthearted way, and they certainly didn’t disappoint!

But “What’s next?” I hear you cry! Well, we have a whole lot planned for 2019, but you’ll have to wait till January to find out! Wink

The ‘Nice’ list!

There’s been a large number of boys and girls who have made our ‘nice’ list this year, but we want to extend a special thank you to everyone who has helped run our various campaigns and promotions across Bitcointalk and beyond.

  • Hhampuz is the man with the plan when it comes to bounty campaigns, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable manager. He was even kind enough not to mock me when I missed an entire tab of a spreadsheet I was supposed to be providing feedback on! Wink Thanks again for your hard work!

  • Krogothmanhattan - king of coins! We have been working with Krog on a series of popular sponsored raffles running in the ‘collectibles’ section of the forums, and his patience with my ‘casual’ approach to campaign planning definitely helped get the ball rolling smoothly! Smiley

  • Hilariousandco - Not only does he have the less-than-envious job of trying to keep the Gambling section of the forums from turning into a complete lawless free-for-all, but also dealing with my questions about where to place threads, sponsorship of competitions, and weekly (definitely not spam™) reminders about our Super 6 Predictor Competition! Cheesy

  • SyGambler - Someone who most of you will recognise as a an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable forum member, he helped provide us with some valuable feedback to make improvements to our service that will reach into 2019 and beyond - thanks again Sy!

On the subject of feedback, i’d like to take the time to thank everyone who has contacted us via our meta thread, competition threads, and direct messages to report issues and provide feedback on our services.

The Bitcointalk community’s unique brand of constructive criticism is crucial in our ongoing mission to provide the best bitcoin casino and sportsbook experience online. Santa Cloudbet will be delivering satsumas instead of coal to your stockings this year! Wink

We also ran a signature campaign this year on the forums, and massive thanks are due to all our campaign members for their hard work, and patience with my mistakes that led to delays to the second week’s payments. You the real MVPs!

Lastly, a huge thanks to everyone who has joined in our many competitions and giveaways this year! We already have some big promotions planned for the new year, so I’m sure i’ll see the regular faces in other competition threads very soon!

The ‘Naughty’ List

Now I’m not going to call out any specific names here, but as most of you reading are fully aware, we’ve had a few run-ins this year with members of the forum.

We aren’t perfect, and mistakes have been made when it comes to how we handle certain issues within the community.

Although it would be easy to dismiss everyone ranting on our thread as a ‘troll’ it’s important to look past the initial anger to the actual situation at hand. I’m a gamer and gambler myself, and have been through enough conversations with various support teams that I know how frustrating it can be when you don’t receive the answers you are looking for.

What I’d like to do is thank everyone who have contacted me via the forums and over PM to discuss these complaints over the past year, as many have lead to key improvements to our processes and systems which have benefitted all our players.

If you have an issue or find something frustrating about your experience at Cloudbet, please reach out and we can discuss how to solve the problem and ensure others aren’t affected in the future.

Christmas Coverage

In regards to our coverage over Christmas and the New Year, Cloudbet will continue to operate as usual over the holidays, and our support teams will be on call 24/7 to handle any issues that may crop up during this time.

I’ll still be checking in to keep an eye on the forums and our Twitter feed daily, but coverage will be limited and I won’t have access to all of our systems from home. Any urgent issues should be directed towards our support teams, otherwise I’ll respond ASAP when I’m back in the office on the 2nd January.

Thanks again for another great year of bitcoin betting, and from everyone at Cloudbet's, we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

To the Moon!!!
