You have nice competition but since the prize will be credited to our cloudbet account and the fact that I can access your site with VPN only, is it OK to have an account and play in your site using VPN especially free VPN? I am all the time writing about LIVE section. At time of posting, you cave 1 Soccer game. Market over 20 !

Before summer you used to cover 95-99% of all possible soccer games in play, now it's quite common that you don't have even single soccer game in live offer.

Why you decided to cut offer so heavily ? What is more not only you don't offer soccer games live, but also number of markets offered is limited heavily. From 50-100 like it was to 10-15 nowadays.


Mindless to say that since 2 months you are 'offering' handball games live, but only for live score purpose. Not a single market was ever opened, and it's already like this 3 months.
There are now 2 games of handball U18 Champs that you show in LIVE, but only thing we can do is check score.

@LTU_btc I can understand, I'm still harassing our sportsbook teams for an update on the minimum stakes problem and will update as soon as I can.

@Angry0ne Which soccer lines are you looking to bet on? We've recently updated and there should be a full range of soccer options available, from international events to tournaments and national leagues.

@Flagship11 We do offer some of the best odds around, especially for certain sports like baseball. We also have the highest betting limits in crypto gambling last time I checked, we were allowing bets up to 100BTC/700BCH on the World Cup Final!

If you look at the Cloudbet site the football/soccer section has avast range of countries and leagues that you can bet on, including upcoming games and outright bets.
Cloudbet also offer a 100% bonus on first deposits as well as a 5mBTC risk free bet:)

I checked the prices for the upcoming EPL games and the margin is really low for these but not sure about other games , still it's not the best since bitcoinrush has a little bit higher odds ( higher by 0.01 in the games I checked )
so yeah betting on EPL isn't actually bad , but it's not the best in the market and hoping to see cloudbet reduce the margin more so their subject for the thread can be 100% accurate

Nope, idiot Hhampuz (or whatever he is called) gave me red trust after i wrote scam on this topic.

Guess u calculated that my $20 is not worth bad reputation and possible loss of 100x in future deposits.

@4x4et I'm really glad the withdrawal has been processed. I escalated the situation before the weekend and it looks like one of our senior management team issued the payment personally after learning of your situation. Once again I'm sorry for the problems you encountered, and I'll still be working with our sportsbook teams on a future update to ensure that any minimum stakes over 0.001 are clearly marked.

@LTU_btc Most of our sportsbook lines have a minimum stake of 0.001BTC, however as @4x4et found, some of our soccer lines (Europa League specifically) are currently higher at around 0.0058BTC. I'm investigating this with our teams and trying to seek an explanation for the difference at the moment - I'll let you know any information I receive asap.

@digaran We never deny legitimate payments to our customers, and in cases like the one above I will always side with the player to try and find a resolution. We are a legitimate sportsbook and casino that have been around on bitcointalk since 2013, and in a niche industry like crypto gambling reputation is key - there's no way we'd risk that for a $20 deposit.

Our campaign manager issued negative trust without instruction from myself, I'm assuming due to the person in question attempting to derail things spamming SCAM in bold red letters all over the campaign thread (this was after I had sought to resolve the situation with a bonus and escalation of the withdrawal issue).

Thankfully the withdrawal has been issued and although I'm not happy with the delay the player suffered, I'm happy the situation is now resolved.

I should have a call tomorrow with cloudbet since they picked some members here to have a chat with regarding their experiences and other stuffs and I will bring your problem and how there should be an exception to their wagering rule

the X1 wagering rule does make sense , but it doesn't when someone deposit and not be able to bet

wow so much rage for just 20$ , I mean I can't pick a side but when a person deposits and wants to bet on a certain selection then finds out that he can't bet it then it's frustrating
won't call it a scam for such low amount and since cloudbet issued a bonus , but I guess there should be an exception since the person couldn't bet his selection

let's forget about the 20$ , let's say someone deposited 0.5 BTC and he wanted to bet that huge amount on a tennis player for example and the max he was able to bet is 0.2 BTC on that selection
now let's assume this player doesn't make such bets usually and he just wanted to bet that amount for one time in his life , do you find it reasonable to make him wager another 0.3 BTC ?

I guess there should be an exception for such case , you have the right to hold the funds if a person just deposited without even trying to wager then yeah you can suspect him with laundering but otherwise there should be exceptions
