Using negative trust to silence somebody calling them scammer is untrustworthy, maybe you need to read the link I provided, they have tagged that member for calling them scammer which is a trust abuse. I can't say anything about their terms and conditions because I don't trust any of these casinos.
They could send their coins to the same address they used to deposit, I don't see any attempt at mixing their Bitcoins if they receive the same amount to the same address.

Except, there's a very reasonable 1x rollover that is required by their Terms and Conditions (probably to deter people wanting to use them as an mixer) of which 4x4et agreed to when depositing. Cloudbet even gave them a bonus credit so that they can make the original bet they wanted to; how is that unreasonable and untrustworthy?

It's not cool to withhold the coins from their rightful owners and use DT2 members to tag anybody calling you a scammer. I can see that your campaign manager https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=911719 has tagged this member with negative trust for calling you a scammer, not only abusing the trust system but withholding their coins is considered as untrustworthy as fuck.

Any news about minimal BTC amount to bet? I still can't make bets because minimal bet size for me is ridiculous high.

Two companies that received illegal licenses from E-Gambling Montenegro, Prime Minister's brother from uncle Milovan Maksimovic, had a turnover of almost 30 million euros in the last three years.
This indicates a serious suspicion that, in addition to illegally organizing games, they also dealt with money laundering, which is why gambling inspectors sent their report to the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering.

These are the Podgorica-based companies "Maxiwin" and "Multi Index", which did not pay to the state any euro for organizing games of chance, even though they had such a turnover.

Yesterday, the Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime and Corruption took over the entire E-Gambling documentation from the Inspectorate and the Directorate for Games of Chance. If the inspectors' suspicions are confirmed, this can be the biggest money laundering case in Montenegro so far.

Potential laundering of steam through bogus licenses for online betting was also helped by officials in state authorities and some banks that ignored the legal obligation to report suspicious cash flows and transactions that lasted three years.

This can be concluded on the basis of documentation received by the Center for Investigative Reporting of Montenegro (CIN-CG), which was forwarded to the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing on 12 November from the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.

Inspectors of the Inspection Directorate managed to find 18 contracts, signed by the company "E-Gambling" with affiliated companies, which has around 40 employees. In addition to "E-Gambling", "Maxiwina" and "Multi Index", inspectors controlled two other companies - "Delta IT" and "Exclusive limited". They told the others that they do not have business data in the Tax Administration and that they have not been able to find giro accounts.
All companies are registered at two addresses: Cetinjski put bb - Podgorica and Njegoseva br. 97 - Cetinje.

@4x4et I can understand your frustration at the situation, but spamming will not help resolve anything.

I issued you a bonus doubling your deposit as a goodwill gesture when we were unable to bend the rules to allow instant withdrawal with no rollover. Ive explained that this is due to AML laws that we must comply with. The options are to either play through the rollover, or to submit the required documents for KYC verification.

If you wish to proceed with KYC please let myself or our support teams know and I'll push them to process everything as a priority so we can cash you out asap.

@4x4et I've just sat down with our senior payment team members and unfortunately there are only two options available - either play through the rollover to enable withdrawals, or supply us with KYC documents in order to verify identity in order to process the withdrawal.

I was pushing to issue the payment without rollover or KYC, but to comply with anti-money laundering laws we have to verify ID in cases where no bets have been made.

What I have been able to do is assign you 0.0027 BTC as bonus credit into your account to bring your balance up to the original $40 required for the bet you wanted to place.

I know it's not ideal and I would have much preferred to issue the payment instantly, but unfortunately we have to remain rigid on these rules to comply with AML laws.

I'm really sorry I wasn't able to resolve this issue in a more positive manner for you, if you have any questions please let me know.

There was another week after another promise to solve my question - the account is also blocked and no one responds.
I am extremely disappointed by this attitude on the part of the bookmaker and the support service. Also demand to solve my question and return money to me!

@4x4et I've responded on the scam accusation thread but thought i'd update here too.

As I thought the initial withdrawal request was rejected due to the rollover requirement. I have escalated the ticket to the heads of our payment teams as only senior employees can process manual withdrawals that bypass our usual requirements.

I'm hoping this will be solved within the next few hours, but as usual I will check back and keep pushing to ensure it's processed asap.

imagine, they cannot send with 2 mouse clicks my deposited btc, even if im losing a bit of it via transaction fees - and it just below $20 value

I guess everybody here were right about warning players not to go there

@4x4et I've just spoken to our support teams directly to explain the situation and ask that your payment is processed as a priority as soon as possible. I'll check back in a few hours to see if this has been processed and escalate the issue if not. I don't want to see our players kept waiting for payments, especially when the reason for the withdrawal is our minimum stakes.

We do have our minimum stakes up in our T&Cs where they are stated as being 0.001, but it says in some cases the minimum might be higher. 

@LTU_btc Thanks for the supporting info, I definitely want to find out the reason for the difference in minimum stakes as it should be fairly standard across the board. I'll keep a close eye on any investigations and post in the forums here with any updates I receive.

I also had same problem as 4x4et. When I tried to bet on International Champions Cup game I wasn't able to bet 0.0005 BTC because bet amount was changed to much bigger, maybe a bit less than 0053 BTC.
From my experience minimal bet on Cloudbet was 0.0001 BTC

Yes, I was not able to place a bet and there is nowhere a sign, banner, whatever on site which states what are minimum bets at the moment.

As I said - been betting on Cloudbet many times, I remember that minimum bets were much much lower.

@4x4et Almost every casino and sportsbook requires a rollover and ours is one of the lowest in the industry at just x1, but since you were not able to place the bet you wanted due to the higher minimum stake I think it would be unfair to enforce it in your case, and will be pushing to waive it and process your payment immediately.

I know our minimum bets are usually much lower, which is why I want our teams to investigate and give me an explanation that I can pass on to you.
