@btcdevil It's a fair point, we have been working to expand all our sportsbook offerings over the last few months, but maybe we've been a little bit too focused on soccer with all the international leagues kicking off recently. I'll pass on your request for additional focus on our cricket lines, was there a specific tournament or league you were interested in?

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Their are so many tournaments going on in Cricket Local and International both, their is very huge market in Cricket tournament. Cricket gambling is coming 2nd after soccer if i am not wrong. So i think their is huge gambling scope in Cricket betting.

I do agree that cricket has a huge market even though this game is not popular in many Europian countries.

I think cricket is popular only in England if to talk about Europe, but it's huge popularity in India, in second largest popularity country, makes it the the second after soccer in betting sector of gambling.

Meh.
I wish there was an option to hide all the messages from people with red trust. Seeing as their posts are generally crap and time wasting.  Roll Eyes

What a scam site. They let me deposit into their book the last few weeks. Then all of a sudden this morning they close my account saying they don’t take players from my country. I’ve never used any thing to block where I’m from but they were more then happy to take my coin. Then when I ask for my coins back, they refuse. Beware
So now you warn others, but you yourself did not care about the warnings of others?

Was it too difficult to put "cloudbet scam" into google or why did you miss the warnings?

The most popular league will be IPL which happens usually in April or May every year. Apart from this their many club matches but you can start with only International games first and slowly can move on to the local league matches.

@CryptoBrainy I'm still waiting on an answer from support regarding your claim to have been limited. It's not something I have experienced in the past, so i'd rather not speculate until I receive a solid response. As far as I'm aware we encourage high rollers so it wouldn't make sense to add limits unless there was something dodgy going on that needed to be investigated.

I made them at least 5k euro by betting their shitty pinnacle lines

You mentioned that you are deliberately betting on bad lines in a previous post, so that could be a factor.

As I've said before, the vast majority of withdrawals are processed instantly via our automated service, but there can be cases where delays occur - usually when an account has raised some red flags and needs to be investigated via a manual approval process. The delays can usually be traced back to a specific reason, which is why I'm always pushing for explanations from our teams, and demanding fixes to ongoing player issues.

We do request KYC in some cases where we believe it is necessary to either verify the owner of the account in question, or to comply with AML laws. Again this is only usually requested when some red flags have been raised - for example, an account being played in two different countries on opposite sides of the world within 5 mins of each other.

As with any business, we reserve the rights to deny our service without explanation (it's a common catch-all in terms of T&Cs), but this is very rarely used and in almost every case we would contact the player to explain the reason for a ban. Funds would be claimed only if there was clear evidence of deliberate attempts to defraud our service, in all other cases players are cashed out before being asked to leave.

As you can see from my posts on bitcointalk, i'm all about transparency. I'm here to serve the Cloudbet community and push for the best possible service we can provide, across all platforms. As with any growing business there will always be problems that fall through the cracks, but I'm trying to ensure that these are kept to an absolute minimum, and any ongoing issues are flagged and fixed asap.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hi Ronnie,

Could you please confirm the following statements so the whole forum knows what to expect from Cloudbet?

- Cloudbet limits players to 25% of the regular maximum bet stake if you turn out to be profitable. If the gambler continues to be profitable, your maximum stake size will be reduced further. Like every other bookmaker.

- Cloudbet does their best to process withdrawals within 24 hours but for larger withdrawals it can take longer than 5 days without a response from their email support (or explanation what happened).

- Cloudbet requires heavy KYC which can be requested at any given moment. Identity document + selfie with identity document + selfie with a piece of paper with Cloudbet written on it + a utility bill.

- Cloudbet can close accounts at any given moment if they have the suspicion of multi-accounting, and keep all funds inside.

These are all things me or my friends experienced, I have proof for all statements. Please don't try to deny them, I promise it will make you look really bad.

@LTU_btc I'm still chasing that one as we had another report of a similar issue from a player this week. I received an update from the dev team that I need to get some clarification on, but it seems that the problem was to do with how we get our odds - some lines were not being treated the same as others (thats as simple as they could make it for me!)

There's been a dev ticket added to the queue for a workaround, which should be due for the next update.

@STSToken I'm really sorry to hear that, if you could please PM me your Cloudbet nickname and a few more details about the loss i'll investigate for you now.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

@LTU_btc I can understand, I'm still harassing our sportsbook teams for an update on the minimum stakes problem and will update as soon as I can.

I have just started my account as i am enrolled in signature campaign, but i am not able to see the cricket inplay live betting. and even their are so many matches going but you dont have lines to bet. If you add whole cricket events and if you can do inplay live betting then i think you can get more exposure in betting industry.

I can agree with the need to improve our support service, which is in part why your feedback is so valuable when it comes to pushing for changes and improvements.

To that end we have some big news coming in terms of support to announce soon, which should see a greatly improved service for our players, so stay tuned.

@CryptoBrainy I don't have access to player accounts as part of the community team, but i'd be quite surprised if you had been limited in the amount of bets you can place - we have some of the highest max stakes available and pride ourselves on our players being able to bet big on their favourite sports and games.

It's good to remember that our stakes go up as an event gets closer to starting, so it might be best to wait to place large bets.

If you are running in to issues trying to place large bets, you can place the same bets on the same events as many times as you like - so you could always split your stake in half and bet twice if our system is rejecting the size.

I'm still waiting on an explanation as to the delay in your withdrawal, and I'll keep pushing till I can provide you with an reason. I'm here to represent the players to Cloudbet as much as the other way around, and I don't want delays to become a regular occurrence within our community.

@Minus7point5 For many sporting events we have some of the best odds around, especially on certain sports like Baseball and NBA. You can follow speciality accounts like 'Bitcoin Odds Checker' on Twitter to get updates on specific games.

@BTCevo & Samarkand I don't think I'm allowed to discuss where we get our odds from unfortunately, but i'll check and get back to you.

Thanks very much,

Does anyone know any other reliable bookmaker (crypto preferred) that can be used for Tennis betting?

Gave up with Cloudbet to be honest. They are so bad lol, I made them at least 5k euro by betting their shitty pinnacle lines and they still decide to limit me. Their trading team has no clue what they are doing.

If you talk about pinacle here, I think you must be familiar with directbet which is use pinnacle too and their odds is pretty low too and yet they succeed on giving people the best sportbet ever so I do not think that there is really much problem having all profit traded on pinnacle or not, as long as they can give you the best payout then it must be no big deal. But cloudbet usually have this slow respond which they need to fix that

Directbet used the odds of Betfair and not of Pinnacle when they were still around.
However, they lowered the odds quite a bit compared to the original Betfair odds.

You know that they must have used the odds of Betfair for at least two reasons:

1. If the Betfair exchange was down for maintenance, Directbet also didn´t have live
betting.

2. They offered bets on O/U 4.5 goals, O/U 5.5 goals and similar markets, which
never existed at Pinnacle, because Pinnacle has always focused on the main goal lines
and never offered these alternative totals.

Cloudbet simply cannot offer the best odds because they have a very simple strategy. They trade out ALL bets on Pinnacle. So Cloudbet consistently offers odds lower than the Pinnacle lines and makes a profit regardless of the outcome of any game. In some occasions, they offer very low limits on other games which they don't trade out, but I would say that 80% of their turnover is traded out instantly on Pinnacle.

Which makes it even weirder that they can't process withdrawals instantly (or at least within a normal timeframe), because they make a profit on every customer anyway.

Cloudbet is just like a traditional bookmaker with very suspicious behavior and random KYC (from what I read) requirements, delayed withdrawals, account closures and funds seized.

As soon as Cryptocurrency starts to become bigger and bigger, more and better bookmakers will arise and Cloudbet will become useless if they don't start playing fair very soon.
