I can agree with the need to improve our support service, which is in part why your feedback is so valuable when it comes to pushing for changes and improvements.

To that end we have some big news coming in terms of support to announce soon, which should see a greatly improved service for our players, so stay tuned.

@CryptoBrainy I don't have access to player accounts as part of the community team, but i'd be quite surprised if you had been limited in the amount of bets you can place - we have some of the highest max stakes available and pride ourselves on our players being able to bet big on their favourite sports and games.

It's good to remember that our stakes go up as an event gets closer to starting, so it might be best to wait to place large bets.

If you are running in to issues trying to place large bets, you can place the same bets on the same events as many times as you like - so you could always split your stake in half and bet twice if our system is rejecting the size.

I'm still waiting on an explanation as to the delay in your withdrawal, and I'll keep pushing till I can provide you with an reason. I'm here to represent the players to Cloudbet as much as the other way around, and I don't want delays to become a regular occurrence within our community.

@Minus7point5 For many sporting events we have some of the best odds around, especially on certain sports like Baseball and NBA. You can follow speciality accounts like 'Bitcoin Odds Checker' on Twitter to get updates on specific games.

@BTCevo & Samarkand I don't think I'm allowed to discuss where we get our odds from unfortunately, but i'll check and get back to you.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Does anyone know any other reliable bookmaker (crypto preferred) that can be used for Tennis betting?

Gave up with Cloudbet to be honest. They are so bad lol, I made them at least 5k euro by betting their shitty pinnacle lines and they still decide to limit me. Their trading team has no clue what they are doing.

If you talk about pinacle here, I think you must be familiar with directbet which is use pinnacle too and their odds is pretty low too and yet they succeed on giving people the best sportbet ever so I do not think that there is really much problem having all profit traded on pinnacle or not, as long as they can give you the best payout then it must be no big deal. But cloudbet usually have this slow respond which they need to fix that

Directbet used the odds of Betfair and not of Pinnacle when they were still around.
However, they lowered the odds quite a bit compared to the original Betfair odds.

You know that they must have used the odds of Betfair for at least two reasons:

1. If the Betfair exchange was down for maintenance, Directbet also didn´t have live
betting.

2. They offered bets on O/U 4.5 goals, O/U 5.5 goals and similar markets, which
never existed at Pinnacle, because Pinnacle has always focused on the main goal lines
and never offered these alternative totals.

Cloudbet simply cannot offer the best odds because they have a very simple strategy. They trade out ALL bets on Pinnacle. So Cloudbet consistently offers odds lower than the Pinnacle lines and makes a profit regardless of the outcome of any game. In some occasions, they offer very low limits on other games which they don't trade out, but I would say that 80% of their turnover is traded out instantly on Pinnacle.

Which makes it even weirder that they can't process withdrawals instantly (or at least within a normal timeframe), because they make a profit on every customer anyway.

Cloudbet is just like a traditional bookmaker with very suspicious behavior and random KYC (from what I read) requirements, delayed withdrawals, account closures and funds seized.

As soon as Cryptocurrency starts to become bigger and bigger, more and better bookmakers will arise and Cloudbet will become useless if they don't start playing fair very soon.

Why are you advertising the "best odds" when your odds are very far from the best?

An update regarding Cloudbet's delayed withdrawals:"

They paid me. However, I was promised an explanation why the withdrawals took so long which I still didn't get it.

My advice would still be to be very cautious with them, they are not a solid bookmaker and they seem to not care about the customer from what I have experienced.

Hope this helps.

They should take a look at wbet7.com. They payout instantly, no matter if it's 0,1 BTC or 50 BTC. Never any issues so far.

@SportsClapper Apologies, I was told you were in direct contact with our VIP team so a response from me would not be necessary. Please let me know if the matter is still pending and i'll have a chat with them this morning to catch up on the situation.

@game-protect I'm just a community guy so my legal knowledge is probably a little below par, but as far as I know we follow all of them - when it comes to AML it wouldn't make sense to pick and choose which rules to follow. We are dedicated to responsible gambling and following the relevant AML laws for the territories we operate in.

By the way, the whole 'fraud bet' stuff only serves to make you seem petty and childish to most forum members, and isn't a great way to advertise your services and affiliate links. If you act professionally and talk to people with respect, you might find yourself with more friends and customers on the bitcointalk forums.

Thanks very much,

KYC is only used where our support teams have a legitimate concern, mostly around account security, although other factors can play a part (like AML laws).

The AML laws of which country do you follow?

@CryptoBrainy I responded in your other thread, but thought I'd post here too in case you missed it.

I'm really sorry you have had issues waiting for withdrawals to be processed, if you could please PM me your Cloudbet nickname or registered email address I'll go direct to our support team and ask them to issue the payment right away. I'm also going to ask for an explanation for the delay as I don't like having our players left waiting when we pride ourselves on offering a fast efficient service - I'll let you know when I receive a response.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Maybe you should answer your PMs if you tell people to Pm you.

Good day,

I have been using Cloudbet for a few months now and it is a horrible and frustrating experience.

They advertise that withdrawals are processed mostly instantly and on "some scenarios" it can take up to 24 hours.
If only this was true...

I am still waiting for a withdrawal of 4 days ago. They do have a Live Chat but they are useless, they only give you copy/pasted responses.
I have never received any large withdrawal (0,5 BTC+) without having to go to Live Chat or Email support first. They try to calm you down with things like "Our relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible" etc...

They are simply not delivering what they promise (withdrawals within 24 hours) and don't care about their customers at all.
Sometimes they can let you wait for more than a week for withdrawals without any response from the "relevant team".

Small proof: https://ibb.co/mCCXce

Please avoid them. I don't know any other good alternative gambling sites, so I won't mention any. Cloudbet might be fine for gambling smaller amounts but anything over 0,5 BTC and they are basically horrible to deal with.

Hope this helps.

Support sucks. Brandon is awful he seems clueless as to why you can't place a bet.

YOUR BET WAS NOT PLACED
We are experiencing an unexpected error. Please contact our customer service team if this problem persists.

I can't make a single bet anywhere on the website, obviously I won't be compensated. Loyalty points don't mean anything here.

Hi all,

Just as a heads up to everyone who's taken advantage of our EPL Risk Free Bet for new players - because this has been such a huge opening weekend we are waiting till all bets are in before crediting the bonuses all at once - you should expect them to hit your accounts on Monday ready for next week's action!  Smiley

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
Do I have to make a deposit to receive the "Risk Free Bet"?

Because if I have to make a deposit it is anything but risk-free! Cheesy

LOL obviously you need to send the fund to the site wallet to get the risk free bet. Kindly read the norms to follow and redeem this offer bro. Tomorrow you can find the account in better action.

Good luck to you.

Hi panjul07,

I really can't advise players to use VPNs to access Cloudbet as it probably breaks our T&Cs about players from restricted territories.

If you want to enter the competition for fun you are more than welcome to do so, but I'll be unable to allocate any of the prizes (besides the wooden spoon - I can post that!)  Wink

Really sorry about this, I'm trying to come up with fun competitions that appeal to a wide audience but the territory issue is always going to get in the way.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
