Its been over a day now and still pending and no contact from anyone....not even yourself as ive messaged you too

honestly been the worst experience in trying to withdraw from a site ever

I enjoy playing on your site but to wait for withdrawals over a day is ludicrous sorry to say

looking forward to your reply and processing of my withdrawal

Thanks
I’m facing same problem again too. They are escalated to payment team.
I believe they will make a payment to their members on weekday as I know payment team are not working on weekend.

I bet there 20x more guys in your situation right now, just they dont post about it on BTCTalk

As I said, this bookie is one giant scam.

Yes, seems to be the case...its unfortunate because delaying on withdrawals really keeps potential customers away...

before i deposit a substantial amount, ill test the site first....and just so disappointed with withdrawal procedures....

looks like have to wait til they go in to work...lol

That is just their tactics to dishearten players who won and want to withdraw, which as a result should have a lack of will to be there again. They are fine when you are losing.

Sometimes they demand documents too, if they should pay you a bigger ammount.

These things are known as illegal casino tactics - and if they were located in USA, for example, they would be raided by FBI or they would have to pay massive ammount of money for breaking the rules.

You've probably seen this in some movie, when an outsider wins a party of poker, they kick him out.

Hello,

I am posting here regarding my view on Cloudbet's approach on the Nadal - Del Potro game. As probably many of you know, the game took place yesterday and Nadal retired after two sets because of medical problems. I have placed a bet for 0.002BTC on Nadal to win. After the game, my bet was validated as lost. I see this is really unfair as the game didn't end having a in-game winner, it was just Del Potro winning by Nadal's retirement. I think the bet should've been voided, as this is a common practice among bookies. I don't see why my bet would be lost as long as Nadal didn't lose the game by playing it, but retired because of his medical problems.

I have contacted their support team and this was the answer:

Dear onciulian,

Thank you for contacting Cloudbet support
One full set must be completed for money line wagers to stand. If less than 1 set is completed, all money line wagers will be void. The winner of the match is the participant declared the victor by the umpire of the match.
Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Best regards,

Yeah, I know, their house their rules but seriously this is just not a nice thing to do, it would be nice to just do as all the other bookies do and void the bets for a game that didn't get to end as by the rules. Just my 2 cents Wink

you need to check bookie rules before betting , for example bitcoinrush counts retirement after 1 set and they will settle the bets as winners or loserd
for me I took Del potro to win on sportsbet.io and they counted it as a push so I can complain about that too since I missed a winner  Grin

in general I would say all the bookies I know settle the bets after retiring , I was surprised that sportsbet voided the bet since all the bookies I know will settle these and they will only void set betting , over/under games and handicaps

so no it's not common practice to void in case of retirement , but as I said yeah some bookies do that but the majority don't

That is pretty normal across several bookies. If you bet on the ML you either win/lose in case of retirement by a player, however if you bet on any spread or under/over you get a push and the money back.

This.

I hated this rule when I started BTC betting but learned to cope with it and sometimes even use it to my advantage. You can get good value in first rounds of grand slams when betting against favorites you know had problems with injuries. When I am betting a game like yesterday a try to take some market that will exclude loosing the bet because of forefit. Like you could have probably played some asian handicap on Nadal.

I don't like the rule as well but all crypto accepting bookies I tried have it exactly the same (Nitrogen, wbet7). On the other hand all fiat bookies I use count that match as forfeit so I use them if I am unable to find desired spread in BTC accepting ones.

@4x4et I thought you were busy arguing about paypal scams!  Wink
I don't see how this is relevant, do you enforce KYC to every player?

From my point of view, if player deposit  0.0027 btc, knowing minimum bet is 0.001btc, and casino sets new minimum bet requirement which is 5 times higher without making player aware of it, player has every right to request his money back and player has every right to refuse any kind of bonus - KYC free.

According to this rule:
Quote
9.1. You may only place bets with a minimum stake of 0.001 bitcoin in odds betting. In some cases, the minimum may be higher.
Have you pointed "some cases" with increased bet requirement before player made deposit?

actually this is what we were discussing last time when 4x4et posted about his problem , Cloudbet team commented nothing regarding this matter but they processed the withdrawal
hoping for an official confirmation regarding processing withdrawals when someone deposit to bet on a certain match then finds out that he can't for some reason

@4x4et I happen to agree with you regarding the 7+ push issue, and have already sent a message to support to make them aware of the post and check how the issue was resolved. We are currently offering similar markets and I want to ensure the win conditions are made clear to players when viewing.

@zelkinz Thanks you for the feedback! I wasn't aware that there were handicap markets removed so I'll check with our sportsbook team to ensure it was intentional, and pass on your request that they be re-instated. The more lines available then the happier everyone is, so if theres any other specials or lines you would like to see added/reinstated then please let me know and I'll do what I can to make it happen.

Thanks very much, have a great weekend!

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hi. The handicap line was returned but it is completely taken from the Pinnacle website, as well as all other quotes and deteriorated by 0.02 coefficient. What is the point to put you live MLB if Pinnacle, too, plus the coefficients are not cut ? Before You have had a normal original  line bet.

- 5 innings Total
- 1st Innings Money Line
- 1st Innings Run Line
- 1st Innings Totals
- Extra Innings
- Odd/Even Runs
- Winner and Total
- Winning Margin

What do you think? See any special market's we have missed that you'd like to see added? Just let us know!

Thanks, and have a great day!

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

You're kidding. You did a terrible line on MLB live betting. You took away handicaps which were of three kinds. Silly copied all odds from Pinnacle and even reducing them to 0.02. And want to who the You have this pose. That's funny. No one needs such deteriorated conditions compared to the past that were a month ago.

What else would you expect from someone that resorts to dedicating most of their awake time to trashtalk a company after their $20 were held for a few days? I'll have to give you props for the way you handle these people Ronnie. Keep up the good work!

Karma is a bitch, small man. I am assured life will get you what you deserve for your cowardly behaviour.

You are also power-tripping, you can be also brought down to the ground, if I put an effort to it.

Peace, slimeball.

@4x4et I see you had to go back 7 months to find that one. Again I can't really comment on a situation I know nothing about from before I joined the company, but it seems like a grading issue from the outset. It's unfortunate that the support member wasn't clear when responding to the concerns about the way the bet was worded, but I can see that we have changed the way this is displayed now anyway - possibly as a response to this kind of feedback.

Lol u call $1800 small ammount?

In terms of online crypto casinos like Cloudbet? Yes. We were offering high limits of up to 120 BTC on the World Cup final, 0.3 BTC is just a drop in the ocean for most legitimate operators.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Why should someone who bets care if 0.3 btc is big or small ammount for online casinos?

$1800 is a huge ammount for any human being, except for millionaires.

Also, it's very clear that your casino is cheating. I've been betting on soccer since i was 15, and 7+ always means (and everywhere) - 7 or more.

Bettor won the bet, and your collegues made a scam interpreting universal betting rules as they wanted at that moment.

But i really admire your guts - to work for known scammers and then happily go on a holiday - bearing on mind that everyday there is some avarage Joe gettin scammed by Cloudbet - maybe starving or commiting suicide, as a result of these actions.
