@CryptoBrainy I'm still waiting on an answer from support regarding your claim to have been limited. It's not something I have experienced in the past, so i'd rather not speculate until I receive a solid response. As far as I'm aware we encourage high rollers so it wouldn't make sense to add limits unless there was something dodgy going on that needed to be investigated.
I made them at least 5k euro by betting their shitty pinnacle lines
You mentioned that you are deliberately betting on bad lines in a previous post, so that could be a factor.
As I've said before, the vast majority of withdrawals are processed instantly via our automated service, but there can be cases where delays occur - usually when an account has raised some red flags and needs to be investigated via a manual approval process. The delays can usually be traced back to a specific reason, which is why I'm always pushing for explanations from our teams, and demanding fixes to ongoing player issues.
We do request KYC in some cases where we believe it is necessary to either verify the owner of the account in question, or to comply with AML laws. Again this is only usually requested when some red flags have been raised - for example, an account being played in two different countries on opposite sides of the world within 5 mins of each other.
As with any business, we reserve the rights to deny our service without explanation (it's a common catch-all in terms of T&Cs), but this is very rarely used and in almost every case we would contact the player to explain the reason for a ban. Funds would be claimed only if there was clear evidence of deliberate attempts to defraud our service, in all other cases players are cashed out before being asked to leave.
As you can see from my posts on bitcointalk, i'm all about transparency. I'm here to serve the Cloudbet community and push for the best possible service we can provide, across all platforms. As with any growing business there will always be problems that fall through the cracks, but I'm trying to ensure that these are kept to an absolute minimum, and any ongoing issues are flagged and fixed asap.
Thanks very much,
Ronnie @ Cloudbet
