@lw13 I've just been told that your withdrawal has been processed. It looks like the size of your multiple attempted withdrawals put you into the manual approval queue, which had a bit of a backlog due to some problems over the weekend. I'm in discussions with the payment team now on how we can avoid this kind of problem affecting players in future.

That would definitely be cool! I'm also seeing a rise in Fortnite betting online but it's one of the few eSports I'm not too interested in. Probably because I'm getting too old to keep up with all the young players on the twitchy shooters now Wink

@baboI'm a huge fan of eSports myself, coming from a background in the gaming industry, and I'd love to see us offering lines on different gaming tournaments (especially overwatch and Dota2)!

Unfortunately at the time we implemented our eSports offerings (way back in the day) the odds we were using weren't very favourable and we had to drop them after a short while. I know there are discussions about reintroducing eSports lines going on at the moment, but there are no solid plans as yet. I'll update you as soon as I hear any updates!

Just out of interest, do we have a lot of eSports fans who play at Cloudbet browsing here? What kind of lines would you like to see?

@Angry0ne I'm still waiting on an update on your request for additional handball lines and extending our football coverage. I know the ticket is in the queue but it's behind a number of planned updates to the sportsbook that are currently taking priority. I don't want to give any false promises or unconfirmed dates, but I'll let you know as soon as I get any information at all on progress.

Hi Cloudbet,

my withdrawal requested on few days ago, but still no any feedback from payment team.
i asked few customer service thru live chat, but they just helping me to escalate to payment team and keep asking me to waiting.
i been waiting for few days and until now there's still no any feedback from payment team and no credited to my btc address.

im keep asking customer service but they only ask me to wait for the payment team response. and unable to giving me the estimate time.

this happened really make me frustrated.

Almost month has passed since my last request to Ronnie, but honestly nothing happened since then.

All about live soccer and handball,

You have very small number of soccer games (5-10% of total available on market), Ronnie said you look into this, any progress ?

Regarding handball, you have some games in live section, but always all markets are suspended, impossible to bet even for a second, it's like this for few months already,

Also issue with handball PG, I thought that your handball offer is back for pre game. But this weekend half of the leagues starts, and what you have in offer ? Only 4 games from handball Bundesliga !!!! Total out of 100 games you offer 1 league, what is wrong Huh

They had an eSports section a while ago but they took it down, I'm not really sure why but perhaps their odds provider stopped support for it. I'd like to see it back on there though!
