But with this site you can not. It is just a cash grab place if you look at the site. 5btc deposit bonus means nothing if you have to spend 40btc just to get it completely. Cause just to get 1btc I had to use 8btc just to get 0.01btc paid out every 800mbtc I wagered with! That is just not right when you spend that much and can not even use the points you get from those bets/losses. That right there feels like you are being cheated!
I have got the same amount of loyalty points and they are just wasted and go towards nothing!

What a shame of a reason to have all their customers forced to leave for a hassle free gaming experience due too them being so dam greedy and not paying the ones who are actually doing the hard work and not sitting on a beach in the Bahamas.
I will be moving to their competitors who actually give a dam about how their customers feel about how they are treated concerning throwing away their money to this bloated company.
They act like a mickey mouse operation once they have enough of the "losers" money but this is what they think.

It is a shame, cloudbet customer supports has bad reputation for a long time, they still don't improve this, they will always say to redirect the issue to technical department. It will be very easy to solve this issue, is to hire 3 full time technical support to coverage 24 hours support. It may cost just 2000 usd*3=6000 usd, they can also find them from internet, means less salary than in real office staff.
