I've been waiting for a week. Still no solution. Support no longer responds quickly.
If you ever manage to withdraw that money. I suggest you start looking for alternative crypto online gambling sites. No customer should have to go through the pain of having to wait for countless days for their withdrawal to be processes.

It's like they first want you to plead with them for mercy so that they give you what you have already won

Cloudbet is a very recognized casino, I have already seen two different ceuntas saying or affirming that their funds are blocked, it would be great if as they have already said before, you can enter the support of the site and ask what is the reason they have for having made a possible blocking, maybe you need to go through a certain verification, these casinos are very safe and you have to take into account that each casino has its protocols and that you must follow all its regulations, perhaps it is something easy to solve.
It is a recoganised casino but their response is annoyingly slow compared to how other casinos do it.

@winnerdeal is already in contact with support but they are very sluggish in giving a response which would make you also worried if you were in his shoes. $190,000 is quite an amount.

He's just posting updates here on what's going on.

I also know cloudbet is reliable. I've had high payouts in the past. But what happened to my friend puts me in a difficult position.

We have done the verification. on the 6th day. We are waiting for a response. Annoying.

We've been waiting 5 days for a response for $190,000 in earnings. We have not yet received a positive or negative response. We started to regress.

We don't know why we're waiting. Although there is no violation of the rules, we have not been able to withdraw our winnings for 5 days.

I will share the latest status.

My friend and I have a shared email account that we use for work. He had created a membership using this e-mail address.

My friend already sent credential and they confirmed his account. He kept playing and won $190,000.

They then asked why he signed up with this email. I explained the situation and explained that we use this email in common.

We are now waiting for a response from the cloudbet support team.

I using translate. sorry for the mistakes

I made about $190,000 and they closed my account. They said it was under review. I will share information about the situation.

I got an interesting response.

Since the username in my e-mail account and the names in my cloudbet account did not match, they requested documents again. Since the e-mail belongs to me, I also sent my own credentials.

I will share information about the latest situation.

Live support is moving pretty fast. I am satisfied for now...

@winnerdeal if I remember correctly wasn’t this issue about your friend as seen below? If yes shouldn’t you be sending his credentials and not yours?. Lastly it’s good to see that live support is working swiftly in your case, and as soon as it’s resolved do post an update here so we all can know that this matter is closed for good.

You mean they haven't paid you the money you talked about over a month ago, even after providing them will all the KYC verification they needed?
That really sucks if that's the same case.

No. They paid the entire balance in my account. I didn't have a problem.

Actually, this is a request from a friend of mine. I wrote here because he couldn't open an account. I recommended Cloudbet to my friend. There is a tense wait.

I will share the process here.

Let me preface by stating that I'm not looking for any resolution on this. I'm a security researcher reporting unusually poor customer service and adherence to a company's TOS.

Cloudbet's TOS can be found here: https://www.cloudbet.com/en/help/terms.

I may or may not be located in a prohibited country per section 7.1.3, but Cloudbet thinks that I am. Cloudbet suspended and KYC'd one of my accounts created using a popular VPN service pretty quickly after a small initial deposit. I refused KYC from Cloudbet. Per their TOS, the remedy for refusal of KYC is the termination of our contract. That is implemented through an account closure. Cloudbet's TOS permits an account closure with confiscation of the balance of an account in the event that a user has placed bets from a prohibited jurisdiction (11.4). In every other case, account closures are to accompanied by a refund of the current account balance. No bets were ever placed on this account and so Cloudbet is not adhering to it's obligations as detailed in its TOS.

I've removed information from this post regarding a vulnerability that was present in a game on Cloudbet's site at the request of the game's publisher.

Cloudbet refunded the deposit minus fees with transaction 96da2489f9cc4d8a5d1c5c76031c58489af11422e541368bfcbe337545c7a377 on 20 January 2022. Note that they subtracted 0.000077 BTC for transaction fees and paid 0.00000286 BTC, keeping 0.00007414 BTC.

I guess the previous problem was already solved, this is a new one and hopefully we will see some reply from cloudbet who has been inactive for a while now. Cloudbet were able to keep their reputation clean by answering all the scam accusations, so hopefully this time they'll be able to answer and settle the problem.

I have an account with 0.10 Btc balance. But cloudbet locked my account. Can i make a verification and make a withdraw?

Ask directly the support or their account here so that you will be guided on what thing you need to do since if that balance is legit from you then you can withdraw it but follow their verification process made since its part of security measures. But also I think they use to lock the account if the owner is inactive(I'm not sure so you can correct me) due to that situation. But anyways as I said the only one who can give you an answer is their support team so give some time to contact them directly.

Under what circumstances was your account locked? Was it when you made the winning to when you were trying to make a withdrawal?

From a couple of complaints I have seen before, you can still be able to withdraw your money once you are verified, that is if you did not go against their terms and conditions. The problem is that sometimes, the verification process is quite slow.

I won a large amount and my account was restricted from withdrawing. I'm waiting for it to be reviewed. Anyone experiencing this situation?
This is what gambling sites(FIAT and crypto) usually do whenever certain players win huge amounts. You don't need to fear anything as long as you didn't do anything shady.

They might even request KYC which you will need to submit in order to retrieve your winnings. Stay patient just like some of the posters above mentioned because this is your best option currently.

$100,000 and more.
Do you think they will pay? What's your idea?

I don't have any worries. If they ask for KYC, I will.
If I am not wrong, I believe most (if not all) that wins big to a casino will always undergo to review. From the account's creation, deposit and how you played your balance.
Most also will ask for your identity. Given the popularity and reputation Cloudbet has, I'm sure you will be able to receive your winnings as long as there are no terms that has been violated.
Congrats  Grin

@winnerdeal from what I have read in this thread before they’re checking to see if you’re legit or no, and don’t belong to a country where gambling isn’t allowed as per their terms. Furthermore their KYC process is slow, so even after submitting the documents you’ll have to wait for a while before they allow you to withdraw.

They paid $110000 before asking for ID.

There's about $20,000 more inside. When I wanted to shoot it, they asked for an ID request. I will send ID now.

Thank you very much for everyone's help.
