Still not verified after I've sent them the documents on friday,I've also deposited and won a big amount so I am waiting for them to let me withdraw.

Sometimes reviewing something takes time that's why its good to prolong your patience especially you are dealing with huge money and for sure they want to fully verify the user who won that big amount so that they will not do any mistake for distribute it. Anyways congrats hopefully you can receive your prize money soon but just expect delays since it seems that they are very slow in this side.

Just be ready to wait for a while before your KYC verification gets approved. It has been observed by many members that cloudbet has a slow response rate, both via support and KYC verification. They do usually come through, but it's a slow, painful process of waiting. I don't know why they don't work on that.

How long did the KYC take for you? Been waiting since Sunday, and they said 24-72 hours. Support "cannot give me an answer because it's a 3rd party who does the verification". Bit annoying. Have to add that the first 2 withdrawals (when I didn't need KYC yet) went quickly, thumbs up for that.

Edit: I'm verified  Cool
How long did it take? I've been waiting for 48 hours so far.

Good to hear!

Cloudbet doesn't have the best track record when it comes to these things historically.

I've heard multiple accounts of KYC being slow and/or being applied on accounts that have been flagged randomly. It's not a problem if you are not in a rush and willing to verify, but certainly take this into account if you are!

@nurvnurv thanks for updating this ANN about your KYC status, since many users were complaining that they were yet not verified, and now it seems that Cloudbet is working again on KYC requests. @Winwin96 48 hours is too soon for them, and as @Kyraishi said they don’t have a record of being fastest when it comes to KYC verification hence give them some more time.

It's funny and bizarre at the same time. They also ask for KYC and all those things once you have balance. I am pretty sure any player who lost money was never randomly asked for documents. As long as you are losing money to most casinos, you are legit but once you start winning, you are the worst player on the site for them.

I tried to contact their live support last week and the guy was not even able to explain to me how promotions work. He just said check the page, I was like bro if everything is automatic then why are you even here.
Unfortunately, that's what usually happens not only with casinos but also Exchanges. Depositing funds is not a problem, but when one tries to withdraw, that's when issues come up.
Cloudbet has a history of unreliable customer support. I have a feeling they hire a few unprofessional personnel just to cut the costs

@fullhdpixel this is an unavoidable issue and that’s why it’s been suggested many times on this forum, that before you deposit your money in a sportsbook or a casino read the fine print about about KYC, because it mostly kicks in during withdrawals. @JeromeTash I had good experience with their support in the past, but now I see many complaints against them but I sincerely hope they’ll sort the mess out and bounce back strongly.

I only have good experience with cloudbet before. Withdrawals came very fast and they never asked me for KYC.

maybe it was blocked because of that reason. But it's funny to think they didn't block some accounts and they block those accounts who have btc left   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Of course, they have to keep accounts that have some Bitcoins under scrutiny. Those that have nothing in them don't matter to Cloudbet as a business.
Try depositing some Bitcoins into those accounts that haven't been blocked and see if they won't get blocked  Grin

I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WAYBACK 2018-2020 AND  SINCE I RETRIEVE THE EMAILS THAT I USE BEFORE AND I KEEP RECEIVING AN EMAIL NEWSLETTER. AS I REMEMBER I STILL HAVE SOME BTC ON THOSE ACCOUNTS AND WHEN I TRIED TO FORGOT PASSWORD AND MAKE A NEW PASSWORD IT DOESN'T WORK!

SAME THING WITH MY COUSIN HE HAS MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH BTC ON THOSE OLD ACCOUNTS BUT CAN'T LOG IN EVEN YOU UPDATE THE NEW PASSWORD.

There's a very low chance of you getting a response from cloud bet here. Try their support here - [email protected]

The fact that you created multiple accounts means you and your cousin breached their terms and conditions. I doubt if they will give you any bitcoins. What were all the multiple accounts for? Bonus or affiliate program manipulation?

CAN SOMEONE FROM CLOUDBET REPLY OR HELP ME. WE ALL KNOW BTC IS HIGH NOW AND IT CAN DO A BIGHELP IF YOU JUST LET ME OR OTHERS LOGIN THE ACCOUNT.
Multiple accounts pertaining to both you and your cousin? Sounds fishy to be honest. These are usually excuses which cheaters come up with when their accounts get blocked. Your chances of retrieving the amounts in those accounts are close to nil irrespective of whether you cheated or not.

What were all the multiple accounts for? Bonus or affiliate program manipulation?
The reason doesn't matter here since he is screwed no matter what the reason is basically.

Maybe you need to read on what is written on their terms and condition check this https://www.cloudbet.com/en/help/terms it was written at 7.1.10.1 locate that number since there are rules created that if your account is inactive for more 12 months they have the right to suspend your account so what happen there is both of the accounts created by you and your cousin has been suspended due to inactivity so expect that you cannot recover your password via resetting it so best to contact them by their support or maybe on their discord here or maybe on there twitter account to see if you can recover back your account.

It seems that Cloudbet is one of the worst casinos for Bitcoin players. It has received a 2.8 out of 5 rating from me.
I just finished reading your detailed review and this time I agree with you that cloudbet is one of the worst known crypto betting websites now, if we don't count some unknown and scam betting websites.
I saw they are charging extra fee for withdrawal like exchanges, but bad thing is their customer support is constantly lying people about that and they say it's only transaction fee.
Good days of Cloudbet are long gone, so better switch to Sportsbet or Stake for sports betting and Roobet for games.

Check out my Cloudbet review published today!

...

You have yet again delivered another great review. I'm impressed with how much time and effort you put into this, I've read almost all of them, and I can only say well done, keep doing what you're doing.

Considering Cloudbet, as I have already mentioned, I find this to be unfair and deserved every bit of condemnation. Not only do they have one of the highest withdrawal fees, but they also lie to their customers it's because of the bitcoin network. They are such scammers!
