CAN SOMEONE FROM CLOUDBET REPLY OR HELP ME. WE ALL KNOW BTC IS HIGH NOW AND IT CAN DO A BIGHELP IF YOU JUST LET ME OR OTHERS LOGIN THE ACCOUNT.
Multiple accounts pertaining to both you and your cousin? Sounds fishy to be honest. These are usually excuses which cheaters come up with when their accounts get blocked. Your chances of retrieving the amounts in those accounts are close to nil irrespective of whether you cheated or not.

What were all the multiple accounts for? Bonus or affiliate program manipulation?
The reason doesn't matter here since he is screwed no matter what the reason is basically.

I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WAYBACK 2018-2020 AND  SINCE I RETRIEVE THE EMAILS THAT I USE BEFORE AND I KEEP RECEIVING AN EMAIL NEWSLETTER. AS I REMEMBER I STILL HAVE SOME BTC ON THOSE ACCOUNTS AND WHEN I TRIED TO FORGOT PASSWORD AND MAKE A NEW PASSWORD IT DOESN'T WORK!

SAME THING WITH MY COUSIN HE HAS MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH BTC ON THOSE OLD ACCOUNTS BUT CAN'T LOG IN EVEN YOU UPDATE THE NEW PASSWORD.

There's a very low chance of you getting a response from cloud bet here. Try their support here - [email protected]

The fact that you created multiple accounts means you and your cousin breached their terms and conditions. I doubt if they will give you any bitcoins. What were all the multiple accounts for? Bonus or affiliate program manipulation?

Maybe you need to read on what is written on their terms and condition check this https://www.cloudbet.com/en/help/terms it was written at 7.1.10.1 locate that number since there are rules created that if your account is inactive for more 12 months they have the right to suspend your account so what happen there is both of the accounts created by you and your cousin has been suspended due to inactivity so expect that you cannot recover your password via resetting it so best to contact them by their support or maybe on their discord here or maybe on there twitter account to see if you can recover back your account.

It seems that Cloudbet is one of the worst casinos for Bitcoin players. It has received a 2.8 out of 5 rating from me.
I just finished reading your detailed review and this time I agree with you that cloudbet is one of the worst known crypto betting websites now, if we don't count some unknown and scam betting websites.
I saw they are charging extra fee for withdrawal like exchanges, but bad thing is their customer support is constantly lying people about that and they say it's only transaction fee.
Good days of Cloudbet are long gone, so better switch to Sportsbet or Stake for sports betting and Roobet for games.

...

You have yet again delivered another great review. I'm impressed with how much time and effort you put into this, I've read almost all of them, and I can only say well done, keep doing what you're doing.

Considering Cloudbet, as I have already mentioned, I find this to be unfair and deserved every bit of condemnation. Not only do they have one of the highest withdrawal fees, but they also lie to their customers it's because of the bitcoin network. They are such scammers!

I don't see how a second account can make the first account have many wins.
Way too many crypto gambling sites are taking advantage of the multiple accounts excuse in order to avoid paying winners. They ensure themselves through their TOS which is pretty smart.
We can they used the advantage of multiple accounts as an excuse because rule are rules and they are meant to follow, if not why making one in the first place.
Every gambler understands that no gambling support to users using multi accounts and the consequences.

The customer support is claiming they will not charge any additional withdrawal fees beyond those required by the Bitcoin network.
And in the end they do the opposite. In my opinion, it's cheating and stealing.
Agreed. Their withdrawal fees are way too high. They need to learn from sites like Blackjack.fun, Bitcasino etc who literally charge zero withdrawal fees(Only need to pay network fees).
I don't know how constant this was cause it a long time since I use cloud bet but dishonest is a business killer. Any idea of the fee they charge for USDT withdrawal?

@GamblingBro. It is not technically stealing, however, yes it should be understood that you were using the word as an expression that they are charging too much. But similar to movie theatres where they also make money in snack and drinks, I reckon small sportsbooks also try to have additional revenue from withdrawal fees.

I deposited Doge yesterday but I decided not to bet anymore and when I try to withdraw the withdraw address is disabled, whats wrong with the withdrawal function, Is it working or not?

You must play through the deposit amount 100% in order to meet the  AML regulations (Anti-money laundering).  Most of the casino requires this like Fortunejack as this is a standard across the gaming industry that must be met. The casino that I know that don't have this requirements is Sportsbet.io. I encounter this issue too on fortunejack and they send me the article below for reference about the law.

It is not really stealing because you accepted their terms when you signed and registered with your account, but it's not fair towards customers and they should improve that.

I guess keeping money that does not belong to you and pretending that you are using the money for the sake of players can easily be classified as stealing.

Guys, please join the discussion in my thread. It looks like Cloudbet is stealing money on each withdrawal.
Cloudbet charges extra fees for withdrawal and you can see in topic made by Pmalek that they are among few betting websites that charges highest withdrawal fees, but BetHash and BitDouble charges even higher fees for withdrawing.

This is some disgraceful behavior, if I may say so. Worst of all, you claim to be The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling SiteTongue

Cloudbet is one of the worst casinos for Bitcoin players. Besides the huge withdrawal fee, there are several other things designed against Bitcoin players. I will mention that in my detailed review that is going to be published soon.

Actually, most of the casinos & sportsbooks will not allow you to just deposit and withdraw. I have been in such a situation and it feels terrible but you need to probably rollover once the deposited amount before withdrawing. I shouted at a casino's support initially because I was like, dude I am paying the transaction/withdrawal fees so just send it. But the support person informed me that due to money laundering and mixing issues they have to put such limitations in place.

I don't your exact problem but mostly that is it. Cloudbet has a live support option on-site so they might also help you out. I wish to see you get back your coins asap.

Was wondering why the bet limits on the site are so low?

ATP, Hurkacz vs. Murray, max bet on Murray is ~0.0014 BTC, so ~60 USD
Snooker, pick any game, around 0.001 BTC, so ~44 USD

Are you allowed to rebet? Or bet multiple markets, like all the handicaps? Because otherwise these limits are pretty terrible, no?

By contrast Nitrogen might let you have 0.2 BTC on tennis (not that I use that lol) and probably 0.03 BTC on minor sports.

Interested to hear other people's experiences and Cloudbet's plans for customers who like to bet bigger
