a quick update on that: this changed after I hired a lawyer in Curacao, specialized on E-Gaming (thanks to Lonnie for the contact) a couple of months ago, and in the end 1bet temporarily re-opened the account, so that I was able to withdraw my money now.there are lawyers in Curaço who deal with online bookmakers' scams there.I don't know what country you are from, but if you go to the police of your country, most of you will be sanctioned for playing on an unlicensed site. What country are you from?

Hello guys, I will tell you my situation with CloudBet which is still not resolved, I have them as a VIP client and play for a large sometimes lose and sometimes win good sums, and before as a large turnover was at me they gave me a VIP client and did even withdrawal for large amounts of 1-2 BTC at a time and all well they withdraw and had no problems, but 3-4 days ago I won after. But 3 or 4 days ago I won and wanted to withdraw part of it and play more, but they cancelled it and asked for a KYC, I thought it was ok since I'm playing from my personal Facebook account and every time I go through it + I uploaded all the necessary documents as they asked and even said while sending it that I was ready and video conferencing to speed up the process, They said they were randomly chosen by the platform to check and I could not worry, and within 24-48 hours they would finish and asked me to just wait, I don't even get to talk about withdrawal, it turns out they can steal your money at any time and just do not give any answers, I have been writing them every day to e-mail and customer support saying that I have a big debt and you have no right not to withdraw my money because I have lost 80% of my winnings over 3 days and I ask them to withdraw the rest, but they have no limits and just wait, I don't have any questions about withdrawal, but I wanted to write here my problem so that more people would know about CloudBet and that they can steal your money at any time, But I want them to withdraw all the money in my account becouse I just won and for which I play at these casinos and it is funny to find a reason now and not give it back, but my deposit they have to give because it's not their money but mine, if suddenly I do not get my money I will go to the police and write a statement that the site Scam and stole my money, I certainly do not want it to last but I have another output I do not have 0 there now. I would share my story on Cloudbet.
I signed on Cloudbet 3-4years ago and I always used sometimes without any problems. Various deposits and withdrawal during the past years.
They also asked me KYC and I provided all the documentation requested without any problems continuing to bet and withdraw.

3 months ago I made some bets and they blocked my account.
Now it's 3 months that I can't login and they asked me again other documentation (selfie with newspaper in front of my street) already provided without any problem.
To get a response for the KYC you submitted a couple of days is more than enough and it is not fair to block the account and keep your money for the past 3 months, hopefully the team will respond and solve your issue as the cloudbet representative here Ronnie always solved any issues as far as i know but i think the representative changed to Leandro and hopefully he will continue the same and sort your issue.

@baselstrasse did you login from a different IP address which triggered their security bot, and did you try and contact Ronnie here to fix the issue for you?.


No always same IP. Never had problems in 4 years. Withdrawed and Deposited a lot of times. This time I had a pretty big amount of BTC...and they blocked me.
Still no news after 4 months now.

Who is this Ronnie?
Maybe could explain me what means: "being subject to an investigation that's handled by a number of governing bodies related to sports"

Has anyone had trouble with Cloudbets Roulette using Vivo provider? Twice I've won and the result wasnt registered on the software. I don't mean my bet didnt go through. I mean The actual rolled number when watching live dealer announce doesnt get registered on the history. So any complaints to Cloudbet fall on death ears. Yes same kind of issue has started with me also , i have been a regular customer of cloud bet since last 4 years but slowly a lot of limitation has came in placing a bet and that made absolutely useless for me.
But cloudbet is a legit site so dont worry about your withdrawal , yes it may get delayed but you will get your payment, just send them one email again explaining every thing.

Also KYC process is usually slow, but what they could do is communicate with the user and keep him in the loop and reassure him that it’s being taken care of.
That's probably the case but I guess they prefer dealing these issues directly through the site and their gamblers needs to be more understanding as the support can't handle everything.

For KYC I think it's better if they don't reply at all rather than giving a vague response since that could encourage the user to keep responding over and over.

Also from what i've seen these inactive periods is somewhat normal for Cloudbet since they used to be like this back then.

Sadly they are. They used to be so good back then. They would listen to user complaints and make necessarily adjustments where possible. The customer support on their platform and around the forum were super quick in resolving issues.

I think you can also see lately that this is the opposite. Things have been on a downtrend and with that you get to chase away your good customers indirectly.

There have been similar reports on other sportsbooks in the cryptospace. Nitrogensports which was the best sportsbook in the cryptospace presently has a negative trust rating because of doing something similar to a customer. Might this also be an operation to prevent money laudering from their service?
KYC verification may not be the problem, but how they implement it matters. You can't make someone to send documents for verification and then make them wait for days or weeks without any single response to even emails about the progress,

@Ronnie should reply in this thread and give updates. Cloudbet is beginning to appear like HitBTC exchange. Selectively freezing accounts and confiscating funds.
I doubt if @Ronnie is still part of the team or still in control of their rep account

Hello, cloud bet admin I have issue with your site for over three days now I can not log into my account the site is not accessible from my end don't know if am the only user facing this issue, my KYC has been approved over a week now I wanted to deposit and place a bet on weekend games but could not log in since then.

@BIN-BIN the site seems to be working just fine, either it’s a cache issue so clear it or use a VPN and if it works then your ISP has blocked it so speak with them.

I had an account on cloudbet years ago. but i forgot my password and email. is there anyway to recover it with just the username?
I doubt it's possible, no site that has that kind of account recovery standard, maybe you can ask for the email if they'll respond then you have a chane to recover as you can reset the email password if you have the information needed.

And one more thing, do i need to complete kyc to withdraw my money? or it is free to use cloudbet without doing the kyc.

Based on my experience, I can gamble with the site without a problem, my account has not KYC FYI.

I forgot what email i used during the registration. If they can send me a recovery email link then may be i look for it. What i have is the username only.

I am thinking to create another account. Do they allow multiple account from same user? i am sending an email to the cloudbet support, lets wait for their reply.
