I would share my story on Cloudbet.
I signed on Cloudbet 3-4years ago and I always used sometimes without any problems. Various deposits and withdrawal during the past years.
They also asked me KYC and I provided all the documentation requested without any problems continuing to bet and withdraw.

3 months ago I made some bets and they blocked my account.
Now it's 3 months that I can't login and they asked me again other documentation (selfie with newspaper in front of my street) already provided without any problem.
To get a response for the KYC you submitted a couple of days is more than enough and it is not fair to block the account and keep your money for the past 3 months, hopefully the team will respond and solve your issue as the cloudbet representative here Ronnie always solved any issues as far as i know but i think the representative changed to Leandro and hopefully he will continue the same and sort your issue.

Hi,
I had an account on cloudbet years ago. but i forgot my password and email. is there anyway to recover it with just the username?
I doubt it's possible, no site that has that kind of account recovery standard, maybe you can ask for the email if they'll respond then you have a chane to recover as you can reset the email password if you have the information needed.

And one more thing, do i need to complete kyc to withdraw my money? or it is free to use cloudbet without doing the kyc.
thanks in advance.
Based on my experience, I can gamble with the site without a problem, my account has not KYC FYI.

I forgot what email i used during the registration. If they can send me a recovery email link then may be i look for it. What i have is the username only.

I am thinking to create another account. Do they allow multiple account from same user? i am sending an email to the cloudbet support, lets wait for their reply.
i'll share the info if i get an update.

I doubt if this is possible, especially if your account is unverified. There is no way they can prove that you are actually the owner of the account, by just claiming you forgot the email address and password.

A malicious person could pick a random username and contact them that I forgot my email and password.

And one more thing, do i need to complete kyc to withdraw my money? or it is free to use cloudbet without doing the kyc.

Not always, but you have to be ready to complete KYC in case they ask for it. Read their terms and conditions

I am not taking anyone's side but why are you posting from a new account every time?

The accounts are obvious controlled by the same person: Cram06 & baselstrasse

I know cloudbet is sloppy and slow but when someone is posting from different accounts and newbies accounts, there is something they are afraid of or wrong about. In case you guys don't know there are countless ways of cheating the house with sports bets through actions like accidental odds, etc.

Sorry, you are wrong we are not the same person. I never participated in the forum before, just used it to check new bookies and know if can be trusted or not, and yeah i registered to complain about cloudbet because what they are doing is unacceptable. And im using Cloudbet casualy since january, there is no double accounts, just normal betting with an edge. Also if you think i was cheating them why they didnt tell me that and close my account? no, they just shitty keeping my funds there without give any reason i dont know why.

@Cram06. Have you submitted the documents required for KYC to verify your identity? Much of the sportsbooks will you ask for KYC once you start moving coins equivalent to $3000 to $10,000. The sites do this similar to exchanges for purposes of compliance and to avoid suspicions from regulators.

I provided all KYC documents on june 16 or 17, since then over a month and still no news from them, everytime i text them they say bullshit about they are working on it. My account had around 4k. Luckly in May I withdrawed without anyproblem 3k or so as my max bets available started being too low... I continued playing with the rest of the money and smaller bets and few weeks later i was asked for the KYC.

So none of you know what means: "being subject to an investigation that's handled by a number of governing bodies related to sports"
What is this governor body?
Why would they have to know. They are just customers/users and not part of the CloudBet team.

@Ronnie should reply in this thread and give updates. Cloudbet is beginning to appear like HitBTC exchange. Selectively freezing accounts and confiscating funds.
I doubt if @Ronnie is still part of the team or still in control of their rep account

A one @Leandro was the person who was replying in the recent months before the went offline since June 21, 2021
Ronnie was a bit active and helpful here.

Cloudbet is slow sinking.

@bbc.reporter yes he has submitted quoting his reply below and @Cram06 whenever a user submits KYC documents they expect instant results, but that doesn’t happen on any casino as each casino have their own set of ways before they reach a conclusion. Also if I remember correctly a user too had issue but when he submitted KYC details it got sorted for him, and this has happened recently so give them some more time and hopefully it’ll all get sorted for you.

Unfortunetly since June 16, my account is suspended, i cant access to it and my KYC documents are "under revision".

I am a Cloudbet user, however, under revision since June 16 is very unacceptable. If within 1 month the sportsbook cannot find anything wrong with the account, they should approve the withdrawal.

I registered a new account because I wanted to use the same username that I use in cloudbet...it's very simple.

Anyway, where is the post where I can write my claim?

Unfortunetly since June 16, my account is suspended, i cant access to it and my KYC documents are "under revision", all answers i get from them are very shitty random as an example answer to las email after 3 weeks without access to my account:
It usually takes a few days to verify the KYC for players at other sportsbooks and casinos. I don't know why cloudbet is stalling things in your case and I fully agree with notblox1 that a lot of people have switched to other sites after being troubled by cloudbet for long periods.

@cludbet if the user has cheated in any way, let him/her know and just close the case. By stalling things for weeks and months, you are dragging yourself to the mud and making a bad name for yourself.

I mean if even a single guy was working for the KYC department and checking the documents, he should have verified or declined by now. If you don't have the staff to handle the requests, you don't have the right to lock user's funds.

But...what is the governing body related to sports?
Are they jocking?
6 months to check what???
I don't want to tell how much Bitcoin I have inside but it's a very big amount.

I want some explanation and at the moment I don't suggest your service.

I saw few people complaining about Cloudbet and I think that many people switched to Sportsbet and Stake, as currently more trusted that Clooudbet.
If you feel being scammed I would suggest that you open new topic in Scam Accusation thread and ask for opinion and help from other members.
Maybe you will attract more attention and faster resolving of your situation with their support.

Thank you for contacting Cloudbet support.
Please note that your account will be blocked until the teams handling the investigation have provided us with more information. For the time being, your account and specific bets that you placed are being subject to an investigation that's handled by a number of governing bodies related to sports.
The investigation may take up to 6 months to be completed so we kindly require that you're patient until the necessary checks have been made and the information required is gathered.
Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

<...>

Unfortunately, this is true. They do have a very slow response rate basing on the numerous complaints I have seen in this thread and to make someone have to wait for over 3 weeks to have their KYC verified is down right pathetic.

What on earth are they still checking, that take over 3 weeks to verify?

I don't know if Cloudbet try to perform reevaluations periodically, but if they do, they might wanna look at how to handle issues swiftly.

Hi guys, I would like to share my expirience with Cloudbet, maybe can help someone and maybe i can find someone to help me...

I opened an account in Cloudbet around January, and used it without any problem until June (I made Deposits and some Withdrawals) and never was asked for KYC... On June i recieved an email asking for KYC, and here shit starts. I dont have any problem in provide all documents they asked for KYC, and i did nothing ilegal with the account, usually bookies take a few min to 24h to verify KYC so i was expecting something similar in cloudbet.

Unfortunetly since June 16, my account is suspended, i cant access to it and my KYC documents are "under revision", all answers i get from them are very shitty random as an example answer to las email after 3 weeks without access to my account:

Thank you for contacting Cloudbet support.

We completely understand your frustration about the time frame of the verification process, however, there is nothing we can do at the moment, unfortunately.

The account is still currently undergoing the necessary checks, therefore we'd like to ask for your further patience, please.

Kindly rest assured that as soon as we have an update from the Player Safety team, we will email you.

Thanks for your understanding.

Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Kind regards,

Molly

Really bad customer service that dont give you any answer, i dont have access to the leftover of my money and completely sick that takes 1 month to verify KYC... Also have a friend that i recomended this website with the same situation but him since 1 week ago only...

All This situation makes me wonder if Cloudbet have liquidity problems... Right now is my worst expirience in crypto bookies, its apitty because for months i used it without problems and was highly recomended but right now i just can say to people to avoid Cloudbet and if you have funds on it withdraw it before they ask for KYC.

Crypto gambling sites usually ask for KYC if they find something suspicious or shady related to the account in question. This is usually specified in their TOS and your situation does seem shady in my opinion.

If you refuse to provide your KYC to them, your problem won't get resolved which is why the decision lies in your hands.
This is such a rough time not just for cloudbet but the player as well. This is the reason it's always better to play at sites once you verify yourself because later it would be all confusion and tension between the player and site once they ask for it.

If you don't trust the website to reveal the documents, I can fully understand and respect your privacy racheshki but then why you trusted them with your money? Cloudbet is here for years I am not against them but if you don't trust a site with your documents then how you trust them with money is questionable.

The thing is that you agreed to some rules and cloudbet is far more trusted to doubt them and if you take my personal suggestion, give them your documents because they are here for years and although there have been problems sometimes, they have a good reputation.

If you are worried about them misusing your documents, you can just use a watermark or something if they allow that.

@tygeade his situation is now fully resolved, and while it took quiet a while to sort this I’m happy that in the end he managed to solve it by providing the required documents. Furthermore you have raised a very important point we as users are not comfortable with sending our documents, but we’re comfortable sending big amounts to these sites, and that’s something we all user’s need to think about next time we’re stuck in a similar situation.
