Even though you didn't cheat anything and have a valid reason why you created a new account still you voided their terms of service and you cannot say that you don't know their terms because it's your responsibility to read them before using it. At least you should be asked the support team about the account creation before depositing any money with the reason why you wanted the second account so now the chances of getting back any money from them are very low.

Okay so what you mean is that was my responsibility but I didn't deny or hide ever as whenever they asked me about these things you can check about it in the album I just said it straight away. It wasn't a problem when I lost everything no-one obviously told me this thing as I was only loosing but when I recovered some and tried to withdraw then I became all wrong. Wow.. so basically if I would have lost whole 42000 usdt and 3.54 eth that I deposited in total it would have been all good but since I recovered some and wanted to withdraw then am wrong..
I don't say you are not deserving that $25K, even from the beginning I am trying to help with the withdrawal but now they have a reason to deny the withdrawal even though it is valid you may not receive it but if Cloudbet consider that you are not trying to cheat then they may give an exception from their terms but its all in their hands now.

I know you are pissed of because of cloudbet, they are not going to pay you in a simple manner. I have some investigator friends who can help you out. I can do it this for you for free ( as I too suffered from this kind of cheating ) but the team will charge you around 250$ which is nothing if you compare what is at stake.
This 250$ will cover influencing their reputation across all major forums and review sites. Keep in mind if successfully recovered they also charge 2% of recovered amount extra but you have to pay it after you get your money back.

If interested ping me back, I will tell you how to proceed. You also did a grave mistake here by sharing that you won 21000 from 4000 which was completely not necessary, it may affect the judgement of many forum members here.

You wrote these things here but did you also write that I informed you already that I was unaware of the terms regarding accounts and after I received your email regarding the multiple accounts and informing you about my accounts that were irregularly opened? Its all in the album that I shared above and anyone can see the conversations that I had with you I don't have to hide anything because I have always played fair. Now regarding what happened let me explain in detail which I have mostly explained you on the email conversations:

1. My first and only account that I ever used till 15th FEBRUARY 2021 was the date after which I lost the 2FA for it.

2. Being unaware of multiple accounts Terms I made the other account (irregular one as your terms say) was created and used from 21st Feb to 5th March 2021 and was made through facebook and the deposits in that account are about 38000 USDT and 3.54 ETH and one withdrawal of around 7700 USDT. This was through facebook login. Never used it after 5th March 2021. PROOF below:

3.Last and recent one - Facebook access denied so I logged in through my Google account on the 11th March night time and deposited two times a total of about 4040 USDT and made a withdrawal request of about 25086 USDT just after 2-3 hours of creating this account after which you blocked my account and everyone knows what happened after.. Please note that I don't have any allegations as such and just want my money back. I have seen cases like these when someone is unaware and you tell them as your terms say that ALL BETS OF IRREGULAR ACCOUNTS WILL BE VOID (loosing or winning) and you refund the deposits. In that case as I have given you the facts and everything you desired by March 16th aren't you taking too much time? If I seek or you give me my deposits also then my deposits in the irregular accounts as termed in your Terms are about 42000 USDT plus 3.54 ETH and one withdrawal of around 7700 USDT(IN THE TWO IRREGULAR ACCOUNTS OPENED UNKNOWINGLY ABOUT THE TERMS). I just know that I have played and mostly lost so atleast am eligible for my winnings here otherwise my deposits are far more than the withdrawal am seeking(which is my own winnings)

Also note that as any new account was created and used the old account was never ever used again as I couldn't access the last one..

Pay the man already. Stop feeding us your bs excuses it take longer. Why did you ask him for KYC anyway? Verification of documents takes some minutes or hours, not 1 month.

At least admit that you dont have funds to pay. How it feels to you that your customer his begging for his rightfully won money? You are taking so long to complete KYC is it for the reason that you do not have funds right now and you are waiting for another customer to deposit some handsome amount so that you can carry on your selective scamming model.

You may question whether Cloudbet cannot settle the situation more smoothly and, above all, faster. The fact that they now take a long time for it, is no reason for me to assume that it is a scam. It won't be a different story until they close your account and confiscate your balance. I also think that verifications should take place faster, but some bookmakers deliberately take a long time to do this. In itself that is not against the rules. I think you can only wait patiently. But this user questioned that he was never met such block before when he lost his money so this all terms are used to freeze the funds only if the user won bets?

And I am not accusing you of scamming but it should be better to give the response faster about what you guys are looking, in case he violated the terms then just go with your user agreements.
