Okay. So what I got from the issue as to my understanding is below:

1. Usually when I saw cases like mine they usually void all the bets and give them deposits but in this case my deposits were far more than what I asked for. Still am happy because I have played fair and atleast they gave me what I deserved. I just hope same is done with other people as well.

2. I guess I made the flag type 3 so people supported me in that because since day 1 I have written everything that was 100% correct and have never manipulated anything.

I still feel they took a lot of time but at last gave me my money i.e. my withdrawal as they couldn't void the bets according to their agreement as that would have been burden on them to give me back the 40000 usdt and the 3.54 ETH. I guess it was my case where I deposited much more than the withdrawal I asked for but won't be the case in others so I just don't know what to say in this aspect. I just hope nobody gets in my situation ever.

Thanks to everyone who helped. Smiley sent my best wishes and goodwill to those I know helped me.. check your addresses you gave me. Really appreciate it. I could just finish all my debts through this and now am debt free.

^^ nice move though! This is what I was telling you from the beginning, don't blame them just convince them you created another account for valid reason and it worked now but they took a lot of time which is almost over a month but finally, you are happy with their decision. Smiley
Even though it is a good news, I still think that the response and resolution of the problem could've been faster. 1 month of not being able to play in your favorite gambling website must be making you scratch like a meth addict. I hope that in the future, whenever the unfortunate situation like this kind of things should happen again, I hope that they will do a faster response compared to this.

Instead of repeating yourself here over and over again do what you can actually do that also puts some pressure on them, nobody is interested to read the same stuff every day from you.

But if they start voiding then they should void the lost ones as well. Otherwise it would make no sense.
Even I said the same, void all the bets and return all the deposit amount.

accounts as per there Terms, its 42000 USD deposits and 3.54 ETH deposit and one withdrawal of 7700 USD. You can see how much have I lost still Cloudbet has to take more than a month to investigate. But let's just wait for a while now.
But it seems Cloudbet never responded to any of your reply after you mentioned that is why I said community should give their opinion.

Why is it that whenever I read your messages it always feels like you are talking from cloudbets end. I agree you sometimes say things that favor both sides but mostly you speak cloudbets language. Who told you my verification is done? Please if you cannot help me with this then don't give your biased opinions here. You haven't been waiting for your money but I have been waiting. I should maybe ask you these things when you loose 25000 USD sometime. If your still defending them then stop it and if you are from cloudlet itself keep on writing as its not your money that's stuck with some scammers but mine is.
I am not favouring anyone, I just wanted to highlight that you violated their terms and if you don't agree that then you can't do anything because you are the one who agreed to those terms. Waiting for your money is frustrating, to be honest, but instead of being harsh why not convince cloudbet is my statement.
Don't you think I did that for the first 20 days. I know there's nothing wrong with my account/s and all the bets were played very fair. I have just played fairly so what is this investigation for? I have told them on 15th of March about any account I had then why didn't they already told me they won't give anything for.that breach. If am fair on my part why isn't cloudbet, what kind of investigation is that. A person whose not very professional in playing got some luck some day and recovered some of his money and then they just playing with his money, is that fair?
Saying the same things again and again is not going to make that you are right. You bet fairly but you created multiple accounts is what I am talking about and if I am not wrong you only disclosed about multiple accounts very later so its the time to convince them or ask DT members to give their opinion in reputation or scam accusation section which may change Cloudbet's decision and give your rewards or void all your bets and return your deposits.

I disclosed right when they asked me to do it. It wasn't late as when I came to know j told them. You can check the emails I have uploaded everything is in there. And yes I think I should wait for a few more days now rather than getting angry about this. Also I always said my rewards are lesser than the amount I deposited in the irregular accounts and I just want my recovery because if they void the bets of the irregular accounts as per there Terms, its 42000 USD deposits and 3.54 ETH deposit and one withdrawal of 7700 USD.
