Please note that the support team do their best to help out as best as they can with all queries but as they're unable to settle bets themselves, such cases require the tools of the Sports team who are readily equipped and can settle them manually.
You can rest assured that the customer support team strives to bring nothing but the best experience possible for everyone who initiates a conversation with us, be it via chat or email. Unfortunately, although issues like this are not common at all, there may be times where a poor internet connection results in the conversation ending abruptly. It goes without saying that closing chats on anyone without a resolution or mutual agreement is definitely not part of the CS team's conduct.
All bets are graded automatically after the confirmation of the official results has been published and received. In some cases, this might take a tad longer than scheduled and in some minor cases, the information that's provided is incorrect. If this comes to be, then the CS team will take it up with the Sports team who will then clarify the exact result with our sports providers and if a bet has been incorrectly graded then adjustments will be made accordingly.

Although they're generally instant, at times withdrawals can be delayed but players will receive the right winnings in all cases.

@brandonlang - Sadly the transaction fee is something we cannot change as it is a network transaction fee that is paid to secure your payment on the Blockchain.
In case you're interested in depositing in another currency, the transaction fees are lower.
