My withdraw payout of 0.00290574 bch not received waiting for hours now ,

Better wait since few hours is little bit early to complain, if your transaction didn't came thru after 24 hours better to contact them since there's no way we can blame the network traffic at that time since 1 day waiting is quietly long for waiting to our balance to be credited on our personal wallet.

Maybe try to pm cloudbet after that I believe they will solve that since there representative is active answering for any queries of their gamblers in this thread.

Even though it is a good news, I still think that the response and resolution of the problem could've been faster. 1 month of not being able to play in your favorite gambling website must be making you scratch like a meth addict. I hope that in the future, whenever the unfortunate situation like this kind of things should happen again, I hope that they will do a faster response compared to this.

We don't know how technical the investigation they do but lets be happy since the issue was been solved already, but I agree with you maybe next time cloudbet should fasten up resolving the upcoming issues since its really annoying to the side of affected usere to go thru that situation. But I'm sure the doubts of other people who follow the case are now cleared.
If they wanted to retain their reputation and make it even more better then at least they do consider on improving this area where support should be attentive and fast in response towards
users complaints and issues where people cant really make out some bad impressions just because they havent get any feedback or response towards their complaints.
But at least they do show off that theyre still serious on helping out their users rather than not getting any response at all.It might be too long compared to other competition
but its not really late to make out some changes.

Okay. So what I got from the issue as to my understanding is below:

1. Usually when I saw cases like mine they usually void all the bets and give them deposits but in this case my deposits were far more than what I asked for. Still am happy because I have played fair and atleast they gave me what I deserved. I just hope same is done with other people as well.

2. I guess I made the flag type 3 so people supported me in that because since day 1 I have written everything that was 100% correct and have never manipulated anything.

I still feel they took a lot of time but at last gave me my money i.e. my withdrawal as they couldn't void the bets according to their agreement as that would have been burden on them to give me back the 40000 usdt and the 3.54 ETH. I guess it was my case where I deposited much more than the withdrawal I asked for but won't be the case in others so I just don't know what to say in this aspect. I just hope nobody gets in my situation ever.

Thanks to everyone who helped. Smiley sent my best wishes and goodwill to those I know helped me.. check your addresses you gave me. Really appreciate it. I could just finish all my debts through this and now am debt free.

@rajatabbey1234 congratulations finally a long drawn out saga has ended, and it has only proved one thing that Cloudbet is a legit casino. @semobo indeed the duration was longer, but considering how Cloudbet silently worked in the background and managed to solve it is commendable, and hopefully now people will stop doubting it.
