as someone who has used cloudbet and vouched for cloudbet for 4+ years, I can no longer recommend this sportsbook to anyone, in fact, I would probably tell them to go somewhere else like nitrogensports
cloudbet has screwed me out of so many sports bonuses just because my "vip manager" is too soft and took things personally, he refuses to respond to me, and 6 months later I'm now told that I'm not part of the vip program anymore, because my "activity" has dropped
well of course my activity has dropped since I was screwed out of so many sports bonuses...even then I have still deposited a good amount of bitcoin into this sportsbook and not a single dime added to my account, when some of my friends who bet even LESS than me, are receiving consistent sports bonuses, I guess you have to suck the vip managers off to get a sports bonus these days...
or maybe the bitcoin price increase has made them feel like Gods, either way, I'm pretty much done with this sportsbook, no such thing as loyalty or rewarding loyal users anymore, just trying to make people lose more and more
I've probably lost over $200,000 worth of bitcoin at cloudbet and received not even 5% back

Hi, can you advise / manage my expectations, when last weekends Golf bets will be settled please
I have unsettled bets from Farmers insurance and Dubai Desert Classic and want to get the BTC wagered on Saudi and Phoenix today as starts tommorow!

So be careful, because once you start winning, they are going to do you the same way they did me.

how can the MAX BET be lower than the MIN?
MIN bet mBTC 0.56 and MAX bet is mBTC 0.0295
Surely these are inverted??
mBTC 0.56 min is a hefty min, as i expect like myself most golf punters usually bet 4 or 5 players and add T5/T10 finish on those players for insurance

I think there various ways they can connect account minus particularly using verification documents. They can use IP address patterns, log in and log out times, betting patterns, browser data and user agents, transaction histories etc.

You can assume that in principle every gambling site will eventually start talking about kyc. The reason for this is then actually unknown. It can be used to delay payouts, but they may also have to adhere to legal guidelines.
Well, if it legal requirement they can certainly make it clear. Atm it seems rather abrupt. I searched on the forum, and found quite some instances where high payout went into pending status until kyc was completed.I saw their 0 house edge promo, so had to make a post and confirm.
Personally, I am not a fan on kyc policy. So I usually avoid those crypto books.

No idea. The kyc is something that sites increasingly ask of their customers. bound by regulations presumably.its still kind of strange that cloudbet has its license from montenegro
Hmm... They ought to make the policy clear. Saw they had best odds for upcoming NFL fixtures amongst the crypto sportsbook. But with kyc policy unclear, guess will have to avoid them : /
