I dont get that - I guess I am missing something. But what does it even mean, using bot or software on a sports betting website?!?!

The fact my request is being ignored also says a lot - seriously, if they go on like that, it wont take long and they will have very much deserved being tagged...

Exactly, what does this even mean??? What did I do to deserve this?

I really thought that this can never happen to me because I thought that Cloudbet as a reputable bookie, but it looks like I was wrong. No proof, no nothing, just locking account out of the blue after I placed no bets for almost 3 weeks due to being on a vacation!

So everything was fine prior to this. Maybe Cloudbet wanted me to continue placing bets in hopes of me losing money? I have no clue, but all I know is that 0.08 BTC is a lot of money for me and can potentially be worth even more in the future and I want it returned.

UPDATE
If you wanna read full story about Cloudbet scamming me and refusing to give me my 0.08 BTC, you can read it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-cloudbet-locked-my-account-because-of-accusations-of-using-bot-softwares-5228999

My final thoughts to you are: Do not use this betting platform as if they can freeze my funds on a verified account and blatantly steal me 0.08 BTC, they can do this to you with much larger sums of money.

In this entire process, they made up many lies and changed their argumentation about freezing my funds multiple amount of times. Don't use this platform and let me be your sacrificial lamb to see how dirty they can scam someone just because they can.

It's been more than a year from this and it's still not resolved. No response from Curacao Gaming. Cloudbet refuses to budge. My 0.08 BTC are still stuck.

for so many years, nothing has change when it comes to withdrawal on this site Specially when you are winning.  no wonder they not on the top 3 or even top5 unlike before. they even the top1.
cloudbet withdrawal is way way far different from others. No wonder why some highroller or players left them. Even here in forum you will see it. Unlike before. But they rather to choose that way than to innovate and improve.

Dear BCT community!

Please accept our apologies for our absence on this thread, we've been hard at work rolling out some really cool new features on-site.

We've added a dedicated tab for Live Casino games and we've just launched the Cloudbet Arcade. You'll also see that we have added some new currencies to the site. You can now choose between 9 different coins.

@elonf; After taking a quick glance at your communication with our support staff, I can see that you spoke to a member of the team and they sorted it out for your over chat. It's always best to get in touch with our support team first and give chance for them to be able to present a solution.

We'd like to take this opportunity to wish everyone warm wishes over this festive period. We'll see you in 2021 for a bigger and better year in so many ways!

All the best,
Team Cloudbet

@elonf. I reckon that your problem would need much effort in convincing Cloudbet. I am shaking my head while reading your post and asking how could you be very careless.

My best advice for you is to be patient while waiting for Cloudbet's decision. If you were customer support, you might also be shaking your head yourself hehe.

Definitely careless from my end  Cry one problem led to another. I even changed my Facebook email to an active one and tried Facebook login again to see if it updated but it prompted a new account creation instead. Now I don’t know if they locked me on the account with balance or if it’s because I changed the Facebook email that I can’t login. Complete mess. I’m pretty new to all this but I guess lesson learnt. Just hoping support can help me out with this one I’ll be patient.

Hey guys looking for some help with this if possible please.
A couple of days ago I decided to wager my BTC on a CSGO game. I’ve used cloudbet before a few months ago for a smaller amount and had no issues depositing and withdrawing so I went straight back to them. I couldn’t remember the email I used last time after numerous tries so I attempted Facebook login which instantly prompted me to set a username. I didn’t think anything of it and proceeded to deposit 0.0078 BTC. I then attempted to bet on numerous csgo games but came up with an error message every single time saying maximum bet reached. I contacted support in regards to this and screenshot’d the error message. The support agent somehow identified I was using a different account to last time (I’m thinking my email prefilled that of the previous account on support page) and sent me the TOS clause relating to multiple accounts warning that I may be blocked and that she has reported my account to Player Security team.

After this I was a bit worried but since I also couldn’t bet on my csgo games I decided to throw my balance on roulette so I could withdraw my funds. Luckily for me I won two hands and ended on 0.0165 BTC. I then tried withdrawing but email confirmation was required. The email which was linked to my Facebook account happened to be my university student email from years ago that I have since lost access to. So back to live chat I went to try either change email address or transfer my balance to the existing account I didn’t realise I had. The agent informed me player security will need to look into this, sent me a KYC via email and locked both my accounts. I responded with the necessary documents straight away (this was Sunday). Three days have past and I haven’t heard anything from cloudbet. After reaching out today they said verification is still ongoing.

This was a genuine mistake, I understand multiple accounts is against TOS but the two accounts were not used together it was 2 months apart.

What’s my best option here? Any help is greatly appreciated as my balance is currently locked.

UPDATE: My issue has been resolved.

What happened:: I deposited 15500 USD worth of crypto on cloudbet on 15 of november to place a bet on a mma fight i didnt intend to use the whole balance as i thought with other exchanges and gambling sites i could just transfer it as instead of using multiple transaction and paying extra fees, after i placed the bet with 3k dollars of the balance and won the bet and tried to withdraw the balance it said that i couldn't withdraw because i haven't used 100% of my balance nothing about using the whole balance was mentioned in their terms and they said its a industry wide antimoney laundering law i then asked to send the money back to my original address which i transfered from which they disagreed to.

They asked me to send them the verification documents which i then sent them the same day on 15th of November and since then my account hasn't been verified, all they say is that the player security team is looking into the matter but it is never solved, my whole crypto balance is stuck their which i cant use which frustates me because im dealing with real life consequences.

Amount Scammed: 15500$ + 3k$s winnning

Payment Method:  USDT on erc20 chain

Proof of Payment: transaction hash 0x8c5c2ec1298fb73257439d468e89f9b4f3c0475267e9583240ef14a8c766799a

so most likely it's the players fault isn't? i've played no cloudbet before i thought it turns out to be a scam one good thing that you have posted this like at least it gives me confidence to play again on their website.

as far as i see it's yes. also the cloudbet even said that:
Quote
7. If the player wishes to continue their claim, we strongly encourage the player to take their case to either Curacao eGaming or AskGamblers.com, either of whom will act as an arbiter. We agree to be bound by any ruling they make in this case.

i think if the player still claim about the cloudbet he has the option to take his case on curacao egaming or askgamblers but i'm sure that they would be in favor of the cloudbet due to the acts of the player.

If the player has broken the rules, it also seems to me as a justified decision. Then the site is entitled to act as it has did.
The player has apologized for his emotional reactions, but the fact remains that he has thereby provided false information about the situation and events.

Looks like this is a very serious case, have you already created a scam accusation? Maybe let's wait for Cloudbet's representative to reply here or on your thread if you managed to create scam accusation.
He already started a scam accusation thread and as what the others have mentioned above there's no need for him to wait since Cloudbet already gave their final response.

At this point it's unlikely they'll change their decision unless AskGamblers escalates his case.

On https://game-protect.com/ there is an affiliate link from Cloudbet, which means they have some sort of partnership with game-protect.
Decide for yourself what you think about that.
So what? I see there five casinos and one of them is Cloudbet. The others are Coinbet24, Crypto.Games, GoodWin and OneHash. I have checked your posts history and did not find the same posts in their threads. Do you think it is fairly?

If the site Cloudbet is listed on the Game-Protect site, then we can still assume that there is an (in) direct link?

It seems very strong to me that Game protect will promote the cloudbet site, without cloudbet being aware of it.

That wouldn't make sense, nobody advertises another company for free. Maybe cloudbet can explain why they are on the game-protect site as a promotional site?

Completely disagree- I'm a very honest person with a lot of integrity.  I lied about location, because I felt entitled to the money I sent to Cloudbet.  This was a wrong approach and a moment of dishonesty- however this is not my character.

I have nothing against Cloudbet, RedApples (who repeatedly is trying to smear my character as he feels I have done towards Cloudbet).

I believe that the reasons Cloudbet gave for not returning the balance (deposits less than the withdrawals) is false.  I'm simply wanting clarification on the matter from the official source, not sure why that's not acceptable.

I will continue to defend my character to the wild accusations about cheating, scamming, psycho babble crap.  This is all stuff that in any court of law would be terroristic threats or slander- however this guy is completely anonymous and feels he can get away with saying anything to sway public opinion and make me look like a villain for asking for the money I sent to Cloudbet back.  Again, get over yourself.

For anyone curious about what is going on ($15,000 balance not being paid out):
Again:
I ran up a balance on Cloudbet, I withdrew everything multiple times, then I deposited into bitcoin, withdrew, deposited into bitcoin cash, there was a negative balance in the bitcoin balance, I went to withdraw the bitcoin cash balance and instead of taking the mis-grade balance out of the bitcoin cash withdrawal, Cloudbet decided to confiscate the entire balance (at the time it was $15,000 or 67 BCH).  But now it's a bit more.

I'm simply asking Cloudbet to return the 67 BCH minus the -.26 misgrade.  I'd urge anyone to look at the case and how they used this mis-understanding to cite TOS and go against the past precedent of returning account balances to players (liquidity issues)?

Cloudbet attempted to shut me down privately in emails saying the case was closed.  They continued to respond on bitcointalk after this.  Then they closed the case before all of the evidence was allowed to be collected and I was continuing to send them evidence in emails.

I'm simply asking for an official response to why I'm not being paid the account balance for reasons of "deposits less than withdrawals" when in fact my deposits are much much more than withdrawals, I was a long time losing gambler, losing my money over and over.  I'm not a sharp.  I just am asking for the account balance back, it's not too much to ask and I hope Cloudbet can make an official response so I can decide whether or not to continue updating the community on the matter.  I actually do care about other people getting stuck in similar situations.

Then redapples has made his fresh account and has been steady trying to silence me for two months with terroristic threats and slander, so that anyone new coming to the thread dismisses me.  If you notice he's the only person attacking me.  Other people were hurt that I lied about my location but obviously not enough to dismiss my character.

Cloudbet, please make an official response to the matter, and why past precedent isn't coming into play here with how you have settled past cases.  Thank you ever so kindly.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform

They consider that your case is closed and here is their reply

Hi all,

Cloudbet has made an official statement with regards to allegations made by @efxes. This statement can be found in the Cloudbet Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55334974

Moving forward, all updates regarding this case will be made on this thread.

Thank you for your continued support,

Team Cloudbet

So you are not going to get further response or anything, please calm down and find a way to solve your financial situation if there is any.

I think that is their final reply as we haven't read any reply from that anymore, and that reply was even over a month, so don't expect a reply from them. All the information are already in this thread and in the scam accusation there, it's up to you on how you see it and how it will affect your decision on still using the site or not anymore.

I'm still awaiting official word from Cloudbet regarding the new facts presented in the case.  It's been about two months now.  Can we hopefully come to a resolution?  No replies from emails, anything.

There is no other information necessary. They already made their decision. All of what you're saying now adds nothing. You won't be able to come to a resolution because you tried to scam them, and were not only caught breaking TOS, but you waged an all out smear campaign against them. Wheres the precedent for them giving donations to people who unfairly try to ruin their reputation by making up multiple websites, multiple user names, and accuse them of everything in the book?

Look in the mirror dude. They don't want to deal with you. No one wants to listen to you. No one would ever in their right mind support someone who has done the things you've done here. You have no standing to get paid. You're a raging lunatic who talks about how fragile you are one moment, then the next moment you are on your high horse demanding you get paid, then back to saying how the attacks are unfair against you and you cannot take it. No one is stupid enough to fall victim to your playing the victim act. Your words mean nothing. No one believes that Cloudbet should be contacting you, and fully believe that you should just go away and stop abusing them. You're dishonest and a scam artist, and no one supports that.

Get this through your head. It doesn't matter how many weeks or months go by. There is not going to be ANY resolution, because they DON'T OWE YOU ANYTHING. If anything, the damage you've attempted to do to them should have you on the BLACKLIST for each and every book. You give honest bettors a really bad name.

I'm AMAZED that you aren't banned from here for using this name and your Cloudbetscamsdotcom name to go back and forth attempting to extort Cloudbet, demanding that they pay you immediately, faking that the community was in an uproar. You were successful in tricking a few people into backing your flag, and they've all since withdrawn from it and for good reason. Go away.
