Quick update, i posted a complaint on AskGamblers about it and 24h later my account is now verified and unlocked coincidence ?  Grin but it's solved now after almost 40 days
Maybe Cloudbet reviewed your account after seeing your complaint on AskGamlers, notified that they should process your issue.
That's took too long haha, but lucky you the verification of yours was completed, others turned out to be much suspicious.
Recently there are some accusations about cloudbet, but it was later found out that it was a false accusation.

@Chipscheat well it’s nice to see that your issue finally got resolved, but I do hope that they’ll announce it here as to why it took so long. @Eureka_07 it’s quite possible that’s exactly what happened (speculation for now), but I hope that next time they would avoid waiting till the complaint reaches AskGamlers, as it creates a bad impression among the gambling community.

Lately, this site seems to have lost a fair bit of reputation and brand awareness. Similarly, there was a case of a player, where they also refused to come to a solution.

I don't really understand why they want to suffer so much image damage for a relatively small amount. a KYC, that should be arranged like that?

A few days, that would be a long time for a KYC. And besides, what can be checked since these are crypto transactions? In principle, this should be arranged. Too bad it is now taking a long time.

At Cloudbet they really have to do something about that and speed up the process considerably.

Hello guys !

Just to warn you be really careful with CloudBet, i think i got scammed, i played there for a few months but 1 month ago, i had some big wins and one day to another my account got locked with all my funds and i was asked to prove my identity, fine i sent an email with all the proofs but 1 month later still nothing and every time i exchange with the support, i am told that there is no update about my case and they have no contact with the verification team.

I think as long as you don't win much it won't happen to you but get out before the same happens to you

Stay safe
I think this is something we really don't want as gambler. Hopefully your problem will be resolved soon.

Someone has advised you to thread an accusation on a reputation board regarding a problem you are having on the site. You have to have enough evidence and do it well and see how the team react. I don't think they would risk the reputation of their site just to make fun of you. 1 month without verification is very annoying thing, you have to do something if you really feel cheated. However, without sufficient evidence, your case can still be considered a false accusation.

Chipscheat think he got scammed, that is not enough, he should be conclusive that he was scammed and provide all the evidence in a scam accusation that he will make. This thread has been ruined already by the scam accusation post, and its enough to see one posting consistently about him getting scam, if another user post the same, I don't know if we can still read the thread according to its purpose.

A scam accusation is really recommended to someone who believe he was scammed by the site.

Hello the only proof i can give you is this email :

As somebody else already mentioned in another thread, Cloudbet is directly linked to Game-Protect. I think everybody will recognize this name until eternity.
On https://game-protect.com/ there is an affiliate link from Cloudbet, which means they have some sort of partnership with game-protect.
Decide for yourself what you think about that.

If you feel you have been scammed or your case is not being solved then why don't you just create a decent scam accusation/complaint with proof such as screenshots of mails and chat logs with support showing how they have been tossing you around?
Nobody needs to talk a full month verifying KYC. That's not fair IMO.

I did not see this topic for a while. I thought they disappeared but still active it seems. I wanted to ask if somebody can recommend this site, but if I take a look at the last reviews, that does not promise anything good.
Or maybe some people have positive experience?

I read different stories about it. If you got scammed, can you please share us your experience with them? If they really scam people, then it is better to show the story.
Cloudbet usually should have the chance to defend themselves, I think. Only an accusation is not enough, you have to come up with some evidence or explanation so they can react and people can judge.

I chimed into this thread asking if Cloudbet is still giving US players the boot (common complaint). They don't georestrict players from the US so intentions are clear. Also, as the other dude pointed out, they led a social media campaign specifically targeting an American audience regarding bets about the American election. So they bait US players. I also talked about how immoral it is for them to suggest VPN use as evidence of any wrong doing. This was a couple years ago, man.

On the other hand, all your account has talked about is Cloudbet. Why make a new account to discuss this? I have only ever had one account. The other account I made was TheRealAwesome31312 when I discovered that my account had been hacked. Only scammers make new accounts for reputation purposes.

For the record, I didn't "white knight" for anybody. What happens in this case is between you and that one dude. However, you can't deny Cloudbet is known for some dodgy dealings against many many players (Just look at reddit). This guy isn't the first to raise issues with Cloudbet.

As posted earlier in this thread when previously attacked like you are doing now, which you might've realized if you weren't just coming here after not posting for 15 total months to white knight for efxes, I came to this site via efxes posting on a forum called SBR (sportsbookreview). He asked for help, and was quickly shown to be a dishonest actor. He asked for my help. I gave it to him. It flew in the face of his scam so immediately I was attacked by him. So I came here when I found out he was running the same charade here. Which you were one of the actors that were aiding him in said attack.

In regards to your unfairness towards Cloudbet, and my willingness to call a spade a spade.... First off, you didn't cite any other issues. You avoided your previous post and my reponse to it.

Welcome to the forum dude!

There are multiple issues we're looking at here. It's not just one player.

I don't know Cloudbet from a hole in the wall. I can't deny that I've seen issues arise with Cloudbet from reading through this thread, that much is true. I can totally verify that the issues I have seen have by in large, if not all been worked out fairly by Cloudbet. I've seen many cases resolved, and I've seen a few unresolved such as this one, which seemed appropriate. Certainly in line with what is normal to see for any Sportsbook. Again I challenge you to stand behind your words and the direction you've now continued to take:

If you want to bring up cases where they are actively scamming players, by all means, I'm sure we are all ears and looking to listen. BTW, that is a challenge to you, to see if what you just wrote is actually just BS, or if you're just white knighting which you clearly are.

As for your statement that because they are offering betting options for USA presidential elections that they must be baiting US citizens. Your intentions are clearly see through and unfair. How can you make the calculation and statement that because of that they are TARGETING Americans, and baiting them? For starters, wouldn't that mean that any site offering American sports are baiting Americans? I lived overseas for over half of the past year, and from someone who has traveled a lot it's very clear that the rest of the world is not only a lot better informed than us Americans, but they on average are paying a lot more attention to the elections than we are. On the same note, they are probably paying a lower degree of attention to our sports and more attention to their own local ones. Taking that personal analysis and opinion and putting it aside for a second, it's just a betting market. As stated, all sites should be offering such a huge betting market. & even going with your own logic, why not cater to Americans that aren't dishonest actors and living in Mexico or Canada or somewhere else that they've sought refuge to bet sports, play poker, etc? Your statement about baiting Americans by offering the election to bet on is flagrantly stupid and flies in the face of any logic.

None of this is surprising. Just read your posts. You literally rose up from the dead to support this scammer.

Your account has been mostly dormant since some shady stuff your account was involved with, and other political nonsense talk.

My account was hacked dude. I got super unlucky. I barely traded on Bitcointalk, spent a couple years posting but that's about it. Bitcointalk used to have very shit security back then. Someone changed my password somehow and ended up using my account for a long period of time and I didn't get a single email notification about it. I recovered it now though. There's an entire thread about this and it's way off topic to be discussing here. As for "political nonsense", I challenge you to refute a single view I have had. All you're doing now is poisoning the well.

P.S. I've read your post history and you've never at any point talked about any issues regarding Cloudbet.

Actually, I have talked about Cloudbet. I chimed into this thread asking if Cloudbet is still giving US players the boot (common complaint). They don't georestrict players from the US so intentions are clear. Anyhow, I have removed my negative trust rating (Not that it matters), and replaced it with a neutral message of caution. I have no further comments to make on Cloudbet at this time, and I just realized the thread is about Cloudbet advertising its services and this kind of discussion belongs in a "Scam accusations" thread. Cloudbet has many accusations against it, but not all of them were accurate.

On top of this RedApples made an account here just to harass me.  It is clear it is the account of Cloudbet themselves taking all their anger and frustration out on me in a backhanded way by making an account that is clear from oversight from their regulators and the community- an anonymous account built to try and make a wronged player go away.  Octradism, can anything be done about an account made to bully one user?

On that same note, I will be again reporting this thread due to you knowingly adding more inaccurate information about me personally. I am not Cloudbet. I am more than willing to verify that with the mods here as I've stated previously in this thread. I, unlike you, have been honest and forthright and have no reason to do anything but talk about clear and undeniable facts. You cannot stand to read them, but the fact of the matter is I'm a neutral unbiased 3rd party that you asked for help, & in doing so you proved to be a dishonest actor, and I in turn took it upon myself to make sure you didn't get away with your fraud.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55351111

You are a liar and an extortionist. As clearly stated via the post above on Oct 10th, you came to SportsbookReview with your bogus story. I made the account here to help warn others as to what you were doing. This was during all of the various attacks you were making against Cloudbet, including making multiple account Cloudbetscamsdotcom, talking to yourself with the different accounts, propping up and defending all of the nonsense you were spewing.

I will begin compiling more accusations because it seems I'm not getting paid.  Cloudbet asked the community to silence me and close the case prematurely.  At this point if Cloudbet wants to step up and co-operate to get this resolved, I am ready willing and able.  But they are sending a clear message that players SHOULD NOT be paid.  I will continue providing facts and updates about the case.  Something has to change within Cloudbet if they want to service the community and not take from the community at will.

How long will efxes be allowed to build a smear campaign against Cloudbet? He has openly threatened them and made up lies to extort them. This much has been proven as fact. He's admitted to it. Going back and posting all grievances that Cloudbet has ever had, to judge them and spam them and then threaten them in an order to get Cloudbet to pay him, without adding any updates or new information, is absolutely gross.

I thank the community for continuing to bring up these points with not only Cloudbet, but any issue arising with an anonymous crypto-currency casino.  It is our duty to regulate our environment in this disruptive industry and economy.

First of all, no one is continuing to bring up anything. Just you being disingenuous and weird.

And lol @ you taking what Cloudbet said completely out of context. They didn't say that you can have multiple accounts, circumvent their policies, send in false documents, and then they will work with you.

What they said is actually the complete opposite. If you are forthright with them and merely got caught playing from the USA the first time, and you were cooperative, then they will work things out with you. You did none of that. You cannot now after having not done it, and abused the situation, decide you now want to. Not that it matters anyways because you circumvented anyways. Certainly there are circumstances where a player is caught playing from the USA where things CANNOT be worked out. This is one of these cases.

Go away liar. No one is reading your psychotic rants. Everyone knows by now how unfair you are and you're just trying to distort facts and paint an unfair picture. Cloudbet shouldn't be bullied or forced into responding to you. They've already responded to you multiple times and you continued to fabricate documents, lie, and smear them in every which way. Enough is enough. They have no further obligation to work with you. You actually have an obligation to shut up and go away.

Welcome to the forum dude!

There are multiple issues we're looking at here. It's not just one player.

Welcome back to the thread, dude. You didn't post since August of 2019 until this issue came up and have since white knighted for efxes since. Nice to see you continuing that pattern.

"We" are not looking at multiple issues here. efxes is the only one that is being discussed at the moment, and for the actual discussion taking place regarding his issue- its over. He lost all support as it was proven he was extorting Cloudbet. Also, the disingenuous nature of his posts is evident.

Thanks for welcoming me to the forum, as I pointed out all of what efxes did in attempting to smear and extort Cloudbet into paying his scam antics, and forced him into coming clean about what actually happened. Keep up doing the good work supporting the scammer, in this case efxes.

If you want to bring up cases where they are actively scamming players, by all means, I'm sure we are all ears and looking to listen. BTW, that is a challenge to you, to see if what you just wrote is actually just BS, or if you're just white knighting which you clearly are.
