So what? I see there five casinos and one of them is Cloudbet. The others are Coinbet24, Crypto.Games, GoodWin and OneHash. I have checked your posts history and did not find the same posts in their threads. Do you think it is fairly?

I'm still awaiting official word from Cloudbet regarding the new facts presented in the case.  It's been about two months now.  Can we hopefully come to a resolution?  No replies from emails, anything.

There is no other information necessary. They already made their decision. All of what you're saying now adds nothing. You won't be able to come to a resolution because you tried to scam them, and were not only caught breaking TOS, but you waged an all out smear campaign against them. Wheres the precedent for them giving donations to people who unfairly try to ruin their reputation by making up multiple websites, multiple user names, and accuse them of everything in the book?

Look in the mirror dude. They don't want to deal with you. No one wants to listen to you. No one would ever in their right mind support someone who has done the things you've done here. You have no standing to get paid. You're a raging lunatic who talks about how fragile you are one moment, then the next moment you are on your high horse demanding you get paid, then back to saying how the attacks are unfair against you and you cannot take it. I'm AMAZED that you aren't banned from here for using this name and your Cloudbetscamsdotcom name to go back and forth attempting to extort Cloudbet, demanding that they pay you immediately, faking that the community was in an uproar. You were successful in tricking a few people into backing your flag, and they've all since withdrawn from it and for good reason. Go away.

The case was closed prematurely without looking at the facts.  I overreacted and apologize, but can we please get a resolution with the provable facts presented and looking at the past precedented about how publicly these cases have been resolved in the past with the player being returned the account balance for wagers made on the site in fair use?  It's easy to close a case before you get the whole story and ghost.  I'd like to get the official response from Cloudbet regarding the case.  My deposits were far greater than the withdrawals.

I made the bets, I feel I should be paid.  I have lost tens of thousands to the site even if I were paid the balance I'd still have given money to Cloudbet over the years.  The case needs to be looked at again, I'd appreciate that certainly.  I apologize for overreacting in the weeks following the closing of the case, but it was closed prematurely and needs to be looked at again.  It's a lot of money we are talking.

Yes, you tried to scam them. Your account went negative and then you just so happened to change to a different currency. You also made up multiple names to extort them. They are done with you. You should be blacklisted everywhere. The case is CLOSED. You keep portraying things as something they aren't. Your words:

I jsut want to hear what cloudbet has to say, it's been two months. I'm done conversing with people until then. I will just await to see if cloudbet says anyhting. if not whatever, i'll move on. but I wish it would get resolved.

Look I don't want any more problems, I apologize for stating false facts in the beginning. I was scared I wouldn't get paid. My reality came true. I apologize about all of it... I think jackson knows my character, and is pushing me to walk away for own mental health and to live a fruitful life, it's definitely a tough situation.

To the people talking crap and talking down to me, I'm sure you've done a lot worse than lie about your location when gambling on the internet. Good luck.

He has treated Cloudbet so unfairly. This guy should be BLACKLISTED from every book. No one should need to put up with someone like this. He has continued to say that he has support from the community. Yet everyone who backed his claim on here, has since withdrawn and distanced themselves from him- as it was proven that he was a dishonest scammer who could not be trusted. His first attempt at extortion was to pretend as if the community was 'outraged'. All of the other 'people' turned out to be his own burner accounts and fake profiles he set up. You are one person.  Majority of people think I should be due the funds.  I lost tens of thousands to the site and they haven't responded since this was revealed.

Cloudbet in the past has said, I quote:

I provided the correct documents.  The reasoning of it being due to me being a USA player, they always return the "account balance".  Do you need me to dig up the post for you or have you not educated yourself on the case?  

Of course I'm not going to go away until this is resolved.  Why would you think otherwise?

The resolution is you were caught playing outside of the terms and conditions, your account was closed and your winnings have been confiscated. That's the resolution.

The screenshot you posted is spot on advice for what you should do. Nobody owes you anything. You, however, owe it to yourself to move on and live the rest of your life without letting this event drag you down.

that is exactly right.  and here are the 200 deposits and ~30 withdrawals showing I actually was down 2.7 bitcoins on the site before taking a one or two year break and forgetting my logins and making a new account.  I realize it's complicated but I've lost tens of thousands on the site, and their reasonings of me being in the profit on the site are blatantly false given these facts:

I realize I broke TOS- however it was completely non-malicious.  I'm a losing bettor, it's proven with facts here. 

The figures are that I was down 2.7 bitcoins on the previous account.  So holding the 67 BCH minus the .27 bitcoin misgrade doesn't seem to apply.

I still don't understand why Cloudbet doesn't want to solve this neatly and in a human way. They could still calculate how much has been deposited in total, and how much this user has cashed out.

If he has cashed out more than he deposited, then the case is closed, I think. If the amount of deposits is higher than the amount in payouts, they can still refund this amount.

They don't even lose money with that. But then it must be possible to prove it. I thought Askgamblers was doing all gambling related business, but apparently only casinos.

it seems that they do have the necessary influence on that site there. just a pity it took so long before you got access again. anyway, it was resolved in the end.

Recently there are some accusations about cloudbet, but it was later found out that it was a false accusation.


@Chipscheat well it’s nice to see that your issue finally got resolved, but I do hope that they’ll announce it here as to why it took so long. @Eureka_07 it’s quite possible that’s exactly what happened (speculation for now), but I hope that next time they would avoid waiting till the complaint reaches AskGamlers, as it creates a bad impression among the gambling community.

Lately, this site seems to have lost a fair bit of reputation and brand awareness. Similarly, there was a case of a player, where they also refused to come to a solution.

I don't really understand why they want to suffer so much image damage for a relatively small amount. a KYC, that should be arranged like that?

A few days, that would be a long time for a KYC. And besides, what can be checked since these are crypto transactions? In principle, this should be arranged. Too bad it is now taking a long time.

At Cloudbet they really have to do something about that and speed up the process considerably.
