Look at all their other scams.  Also anyone notice how obnoxious their support emails are while they're robbing you blind for thousands and thousands of dollars?  They are criminal.

Please withdraw your money, don't deposit, don't give them any money.  They are irresponsible at best, thieves most likely.  They are morally corrupt and need to go out of business or pay the customers.  Don't go into business if you don't have a good business model- if you have to confiscate funds for marketing budget and reputation management and giving bonuses to your employees, your life is a waste.

This company is extremely shady.  Avoid at all costs.  And they keep claiming they made me whole too in the thread.  They just want me to go away.  This has ruined my life.

The amount you have withdrawn, in both currencies, is greater the amount you have deposited. This means that as it stands you have profited from breaking the terms of the site and the restrictions we put in place to protect the site and players from prohibited jurisdictions. Whatever balance on the remains account is not a balance that you are entitled to.

Your attempt to tarnish the reputation of Cloudbet with false statements is not one that we take lightly, these references to payments that do not exist are unnecessary, especially given we have provided a full summary of deposits and withdrawals for each currency. We will not acknowledge any other claims relating to non-existent deposits.

As a conclusion to this thread, I'm sorry that you're not satisfied with the outcome, our decision has been taken following careful consideration of all the facts and an in-depth review of the account activity. We're confident that our actions are just and fair, therefore, we do not consider a need for any further action.

We've spent a great deal of time on this case, whilst I sympathise with you we are unable to continue to put resources into a closed case. Please consider this our final communication with you on this matter.

Curacao Gaming team, I appreciate your efforts acting as a mediator between us and Mr Saxe, please reach out to me if you require any additional information.
Kind regards,

Steve

Head of Customer Service

This was just sent to me.  I do feel threatened by the statement that they're not taking lightly that I'm "attempting to tarnish their reputation".

I will make a sizeable donation to something of community's choosing should I get paid my deposits back.

Cloudbet: you can pay out the deposits to this BCH address: bitcoincash:qr227zke490frjq5f55fdzn7fxx8rsuqhvtualzst6

I will let you guys know when they pay,

@efxes,  can you confirm that Cloudbet returned the total sum of your deposit?

No they keep telling me they closed the case and that the deposits won't be returned.

Here is the very last deposit:

And here are 4 other deposits I made that day, I was losing badly, the total deposits in the day were
24 BCH https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/0aa77c3a5bc46f9dcd68f5cc5a8b3bc0022a489e6cb52169ec2f068d6200ac5c

and last one was 50 BCH

They said since in the lifetime of the account I had made money off of them that I'm not due anything.

So they are keeping 67 BCH (around $15,000).

I feel that since they have my personal documents that I am now a $15,000 target of them.  I just want the money back, it's such shady practices and bad for the industry.  Do you guys agree or what?  What happens if you win $15,000, will you feel that you will get paid no problem after this?

All this over $15,000,

Hi everyone, we'd like to address the case of efxes.

Our Player Safety Team performed a standard verification check on the account after noticing several failed logins from the USA.

Our authentication log reveals that the player attempted to authenticate from the USA followed by several other European cities within minutes - this clearly goes against his claim that he is living in and playing from Mexico.

Whilst the player complied and supplied an identity document and proof of address, he failed to submit documents that support his claims of residing in Mexico. We consequently closed the account after confirming a clear breach of our terms and licensing agreement.

We ensured that the player received the total sum of their deposit back and consequently consider this case to be closed.

@efxes,  can you confirm that Cloudbet returned the total sum of your deposit?

No, they kept all the deposits I made on the last day.  They are referring to the total number of deposits over the many months I was using the account.

I deposited 125 BCH on the last day, all the rest of my money.  I lost a few deposits, and was down to 67 BCH, the last of my money.  So I went to withdraw it like always and they are keeping it.  I lost half of my deposits that day, and withdrew the last pittance, and they are taking it.

you never made withdrawals on Cloudbet before this problem?

Yes I made many withdrawals in the past few weeks, as well as very large deposits.  But they kept the last of what I had when I made those 125 BCH deposits, they kept the last 65 BCH when I lost half of it and wanted to withdraw.

so I advise you to create a flag here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=154563

choose the first option and then (Next) you must put the  Scam Accusations link in the box that will appear

My position would be that the cloudbet return your last deposit to you

They accepted his action and he didn't break any terms.  They owe him an apology and his entire account balance.

now i agree with you, it looks like they want to keep @efxes money

Of course I provided my documents.  Still no resolution to the 65 bitcoin cash (around $15,000) sitting in the account.  I provided everything I could, I am patiently waiting to figure out how I can unlock the funds again.  I have sent in all the proof that I am living outside of the US since the virus measures, and recently out of europe as well.

Do you remember when you created a cloudbet account and when did you make your first withdrawal?

Do you remember if you ever made a withdrawal when you were in the USA? and if so, do you remember the day?

It is really really really upsetting.  I appreciate your support to everyone who has chimed in.  I am patiently waiting and hoping I can receive the life changing money.  It is so awful.

it is really something very sad especially in this time of pandemic where many people are losing jobs and are broke

So now they're saying I'm trying to steal money from them and then that all bets after the mis-grade are void even if I don't notice it.

If they never notified you of this issue immediately, why would you be responsible for their mistake?

My position would be that the cloudbet return your last deposit to you

My last deposit was 50BCH (and a few deposits before that in addition, the 50BCH was adding on), so really that would be so much appreciated to receive this back!

and last one was 50 BCH

Then when go to withdraw, they freeze 65 BCH and tell me you can't cash it out, it's ours now.

I created the account when I moved to France back in March or April as of my recollection.  I haven't logged on in the USA.  I provided my permanent residence utility bill of an expired internet bill because that's all I could find for verifying the account with utilities.

Note: so really if they wanted to void the bets since the last day of deposits it would total 125 BCH (around 2.6 bitcoins)

Basically in short,

Please do not deposit onto the site until stuff like this gets resolved.  I deposited 125 bitcoin cash that day (around 2.5 bitcoins or $27,500) and they confiscated all of the funds even the deposits.  This needs to be resolved now, please do not deposit.  I will warn anyone I can until it is resolved.

@efxes. That is normal practice for all casinos and gambling services against money laundering. Have you given your identification or has Cloudbet asked for your documents? You should have them ready, I reckon.

To imstillthebest above,
There was some error with a mis-grade in two different balances, a BTC balance and a bitcoin cash balance.  They told me in an email that since I didn't contact support about it, that all wagers would be voided afterwards- I didn't even see the changed balance.  Not only that, the total value of their mis-grade error in the bitcoin balance was -.23 or .26.  The total value in my bitcoin cash balance at the time was like 100 coins or more which has a value of like 2.0 bitcoins or more.  So the mis-grade wasn't even noticed because it's two separate accounts, two separate balances basically in the same account.  Then when I go to withdraw, I assume they will take it out of the main balance.

So now they're saying I'm trying to steal money from them and then that all bets after the mis-grade are void even if I don't notice it.

These things are just wild stretches to secure a good amount of coin and not pay out.

However to sum it all up, they have said in the end probably since those reasonings for voiding my bet are so unbelievably angle-shooty and ridiculous, that it's just because of my jurisdiction and the permanent residence document I provided- even if I have been abroad since the virus happened and don't have a permanent residence outside of the USA but can prove I'm here.

How would you feel about the situation especially given you are doing everything right.  please Cloudbet, just return the money, I won't mess with your site if you don't want my action but give me a chance at a life again.  Need the money, I just deposited like 100 BCH before that, and I lost a bunch, and you can't even pay me out the last 65 BCH?  please.

he said he was playing for days already . if cloudbet requires a kyc they should have conduct it before . i research cloudbet rules and kyc but i havent see that they require it  .

Yes, I was depositing and withdrawing large sums for many days.  Then they flagged it for review and froze the funds when I went on a downswing and was trying to secure my bankroll.
what did you do to secure your capital . by withdrawing it or  by holding the funds on your account and by not playing it ? but both acts are not suspicious  imo  . all gamblers withdrew or take a break  . maybe you have done other violations , try to remember it and update your post   .

Did Cloudbet updated their case?
I think the biggest problem is that you have deliberately hidden the location of the USA, Cloudbet cannot do much about that in my opinion.

No, I sent them documents proving my travel itinerary and rentals, now they need to do what is right.  The funds are still locked, no withdrawal processed.
