I remember a time that cloudbet was reputable. Sadly that's not the case anymore.
Maybe some don't have this experience, but you will, and when you do it will make you extremely upset because of how things go down with support.
Best bet is to stay the hell away from this shady site. Took me a very long time to withdraw (i forget the exact time, but it was over 1 week, possibly 2 weeks for just an insanely small withdrawal)
They gave me every line in the book, and yes, every response from live support is copy/paste. They don't even /try/ to read your message

After almost 5 days of not answering, Cloudbet wrote to me: "Your account has been blocked for breaching our terms and conditions around the use of BOT software on the site."

This is not true and I never used bots nor do I know how can I use bots to place bets and win. They of course have no proof of this, because I never did this nor do I have knowledge to do so.

I'm angry and am waiting for them to respond with some proof.

Last time I logged in was end of January. Everything was working properly and I went on the trip and took some pause from betting. 5 days ago I try to log in and it's unsuccessful. So I didn't even place the bets after they locked my account.

Extremely sketchy and I hope they will unfreeze my account soon. I'll keep everyone updated.

Just contacted live support and he told me that the decision of Cloudbet is final. I asked for them to send me some proof or anything as they made this stuff up.

They won't do it and they said they investigated it and that I violated the terms.

It's complete bullshit. They are making stuff up. Can't believe that this has happened after I used the site for more than 2 months without any complaints. They just decide to make something up to lock my funds. I won't stop here as the justice will come on top. Cloudbet is not right here and I will keep everyone updated.

Thats not cool... we have seen a lot but a bookie blocking your account for using BOT software?! Lol... I was just about to mention that the "new" cloudbet is optically much better than before but there are just too many complaints, too many slow withdrawals and all in all... way too many issues brought up here on bitcointalk alone. Really have no idea why they are messing up like that but there´s a reason why so many bitcointalk players shifted over to other bookies...

I'll write an update about my situation as most people just run away and dissapear when their request gets fulfilled.

FINAL UPDATE:
As user @Cloudbet allready said, my account has been unfrozen.

My account got locked on morning of Friday 13th  (Friday 13th curse is real aguess  Grin ) and was unlocked at Tuesday 17th in the morning as well.

Since their support informed me that this KYC process usually lasts about 7-10 days, I was very satisfied that they managed to solve this case much sooner.

I have no complaints on support. User Cloudbet responded immediately and so did their support on e-mail.

The only thing that was little bit uncomfortable for me was that I couldn't log in to my account while this entire proccess of KYC was happening. Also, the thing that confused me was that I couldn't log in into my account and kept getting error that the username or password were incorrect.

My suggestions to Cloudbet is to reconsider that users can still place bets even when they are under proccess of KYC . If you are not for this solution, I think that giving the user error: "You are currently in proccess of KYC verification. You will be able to log in once this is finished." This is only a suggestion though.

All in all, I am satisfied as my accountn and funds have been unfrozen and I am now able to place bets on their site. They are definitely not a scam website as some users on the forum claim.

This is my point of view and I can't vouch for everyon else, but only me.

So same thing with locked account happened to me again. My mind is blown right now. How can this happen after I fully verified my account and I have never been notified about anything?

I'm keeping it 100% real and I gave props to Cloudbet when they unlocked me, but this behaviour is extremely unprofessional.

It's been more than 72 hours since the first time I sent an e-mail to Cloudbet.

I have 3 sent e-mails, I got no replies from Cloudbet. Admin of this forum told me that they contacted me already and that I have violated some terms and that there's nothing that can be done about my account, when this is simply incorrect.

I said that to him that no one contacted me and after that he told me that soon they will contact me. This is absurd as this just proofs that the story about them contacting me is made up.

Here is my communication with the admin:


My funds have been locked and I can't log in to my account without any reason and without any further notice and now they are completely ignoring me. Sadly, I'm not making any of this up.

I'll keep everyone updated about the situation moving forward. Just like I did the last time when they unlocked my account, I'll give them props they deserve, but I'll not stop with the updates until this situation clarifies itself as I didn't do anything wrong here.

Seeing the history of your posts, i see that last time also the issue was resolved after few days. Hopefully they will respond you and tell you why your account is locked even after the KYC. There can be something pending for your side or they may clarify what terms&conditions you breached as shown in PM. Just give them few more days and you will get a response.

Wow guys this is one of the old sites that even I never really got to use but now also tempting to try out for the new welcome bonus. But why only ETH though? Most of us here only do btc (or at least I know I do). In fact, more people probably have DOGE than ETH;)

If you check their promotion link you'll understand that the welcome bonus is not only for ETH  but for all crypto supported and there's is chance they could add Doge since most gambler prefer it.

I have verified account. I delivered all of my documents and today I tried to log in into my account and I can't do it.

Password is 100% correct and I even tried to reset it.

What is going on in Cloudbet? I really don't understand.
