@watersource, I have responded to your PM and passed your comments to the relevant team. As soon as I get a response I will share it here, but please take into account that is NYE, so things might take a little longer.

So the thing is ive been using cloudbet for a while too since it opened. Customer service isnt bad, but i understand why you say it is useless.

However they have VERY limited power in terms of what they can do for customers.
It seems as though they just pass on the message. Nothing gets resolved at that point of time. They work more like a FAQ service if you ask me.

Having said that, today is the 10th day of awaiting verification

As someone who has used Cloudbet for about 3 years, I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service. My VIP account manager has literally ignored me on several occasions, and live support is useless as always.

I've experiences severe LAG, live betting errors, and bets placing even though the error states: "bet not placed, please contact customer service".

I've had several misgraded bets, I've had several games not available on Cloudbet that are popular matches, Cloudbet simply unable to add them for whatever reason.

I was promised a 25 mbtc sports bonus which I never got.

I was promised a sports bonus with further deposits.

10 deposits later...nothing!

I've had multiple useless casino bonuses added which have a rollover so high you have to win 300 roulette hands in a row to make a buck.

I've literally throwns thousands of dollars in just the past 2 days in the live casino and have not gotten anything from that.

I've bet over 10k on sports in the past few months and not even a sports bonus to recognize my loyalty.

I'll be leaving Cloudbet starting 2020 most likely if someone does not make things right. Cloudbet no longer cares about its users. Used to be one of the best sites ever, now it's just meh.

That is all. I sent a message on here so we'll see what happens.

I have been waiting on verification for 9 days and counting.
Took time off to send, waiting the stipulated time.

Customer service has been good to me but the verification team has not even replied for 9 days after sending personal documents.

I think this is extremely unprofessional of the company. Hope to reach a resolution @Cloudbet

Did you successfully withdraw funds from Cloudbet after the first issue you reported was worked on?

I tried to withdraw from my account on cloudbet, but the withdrawal hasn't been processed for more than 16 hours allready?

Why is there such a big delay between a transaction that is not large at all?

I checked the NBA games and I was capable of making 8 leg parlay and was allowed for it (had to involve even future games) but everything seemed alright? Maybe it was something wrong with Bundesliga? Have you checked if you could do parlay with as many games you want in any other sport or at least in any other league?
Is it just Bundesliga that you are troubled with?

In any case I am sure cloudbet will have a more formal and professional answer, mine was just worry that I wouldn't be able to do parlay on this Saturday which I am planning on doing and I checked and NBA was allowed, lets hope that Saturday will be allowed as well without a problem. Plus, cloudbet could be one of the few places that could beat out other online sportsbooks (including fiat) and would be very sad to not be able to parlay.

I checked that and tried for minutes - they werent suspended, trust me. And making in-play parlays has been a pain since I first tried you guys it ~10 months ago. Dont mean to bash you or so, I actually wanna help...

The main reason that parlays (aka Multiples) normally get rejected is correlation, but that doesn't seem relevant here, so I think it could have been that one or several of the games concerned were suspended - which is likely given you were betting in-play. Difficult to comment without more detailed information, but agree it should be easy for you to make in-play parlays.

@Cloudbet Why would you restrict anyone from making a 3x parlay consisting of in-play bundesliga football matches? Tried any combination... result always the same: restricted from multi-betting! Seriously I dont get it, you are throwing money away just like that...

Yeah, that's exactly what I was trying to explain. But I can't say I have any problems right now. Everything seems to be OK European rates seem to have improved.

I'll write an update about my situation as most people just run away and dissapear when their request gets fulfilled.

FINAL UPDATE:
As user @Cloudbet allready said, my account has been unfrozen.

My account got locked on morning of Friday 13th  (Friday 13th curse is real aguess  ) and was unlocked at Tuesday 17th in the morning as well.

Since their support informed me that this KYC process usually lasts about 7-10 days, I was very satisfied that they managed to solve this case much sooner.

I have no complaints on support. User Cloudbet responded immediately and so did their support on e-mail.

The only thing that was little bit uncomfortable for me was that I couldn't log in to my account while this entire proccess of KYC was happening. Also, the thing that confused me was that I couldn't log in into my account and kept getting error that the username or password were incorrect.

My suggestions to Cloudbet is to reconsider that users can still place bets even when they are under proccess of KYC . If you are not for this solution, I think that giving the user error: "You are currently in proccess of KYC verification. You will be able to log in once this is finished." This is only a suggestion though.

All in all, I am satisfied as my accountn and funds have been unfrozen and I am now able to place bets on their site. They are definitely not a scam website as some users on the forum claim.

This is my point of view and I can't vouch for everyon else, but only me.

I remember couple years ago I had pretty good affiliate campaign on your site, it was very interesting affiliate with my profits depending on my referrals profits. Im not sure if this is still the same here. I liked it.

Now to comment the odds here on this game, this is very specific handicap market which probably not many players will chose. Still pretty impressive low margin.

Also max bet is pretty impressive but again you chose only that one very specific market. On our site for that specific market max bet atm is 2.2btc but we can allow our players to bet as much as they like if they contact our customers support and request it.
