my first steps were to contact chat support that is never available. so i sent an email. i sent 4 emails and not 1 reply yet.

i contacted vip support who said ok 8 hours check back in. i have checked in and my balance is zero

ITS VERY CLEAR TO SEE THE MONEY IS IN THE WALLET THAT CLOUDBET OWNS.

i am really pissed off at the bad customer service by cloudbet and as of right now theft of my coins.

when its impossible to get support and they are not fixing an issue. yes i have every right to be worried.

so update. MY VIP account manager is doing nothing. he's basically saying its my fault and their system cannot see the tx.

I logged in and saw ETH as an option. Today I decide to use it.

I send my coins in and its been confirmed and wallet is full of ETH

My balance at Cloudbet is ZERO.

I email and message my "so-called" VIP team and I am being ignored.

As of today 31/12/19, my account has been sorted, bans lifted, restored.

EDIT: As of 1/1/2020 withdrawals enabled and i managed to get money out

Would like to thank @cloudbet for helping reach a resolution.

However as previously said, I think customer service can be improved in the sense that customers can solve their problems without having to post on public forums.

On the upside, cloudbet's UI is pretty good and a reason for me to stay.

Please continue to priortise customer experience here cloudbet. It is very important to us.

This ordeal took me a total of 11 days from verification to withdrawal.
