i contacted vip support who said ok 8 hours check back in. i have checked in and my balance is zero

ITS VERY CLEAR TO SEE THE MONEY IS IN THE WALLET THAT CLOUDBET OWNS.

i am really pissed off at the bad customer service by cloudbet and as of right now theft of my coins.

when its impossible to get support and they are not fixing an issue. yes i have every right to be worried.

After talking with your VIP Manager I can see that you deposited with a smart contract which you were advised we don't accept. As a result this caused a delay, but once authorised your funds were credited to your account manually.

so update. MY VIP account manager is doing nothing. he's basically saying its my fault and their system cannot see the tx.

I logged in and saw ETH as an option. Today I decide to use it.

I send my coins in and its been confirmed and wallet is full of ETH

My balance at Cloudbet is ZERO.

I email and message my "so-called" VIP team and I am being ignored.
