Now I cant see any sports in live except tennis and when i log out I can see it all. What the heck? And I cant play badminton and hockey in prematch. What the heck? Firstly I loved cloudbet experience very much but now Im mad as hell.

1. What is the minimum and maximum deposit limit?
2. How much time does the withdrawal take to my other wallet?
3. Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

After talking with your VIP Manager I can see that you deposited with a smart contract which you were advised we don't accept. As a result this caused a delay, but once authorised your funds were credited to your account manually.
