I choose NEO, Vechain, Nulls, Ontology. Cause they offer smart contract feature and when hodl them we will get the devidend. So when the market is ready to rise, we will get double profit from them.
You have excluded the coins that are most worth holding for a long time, so I don't think there are any coins in the market that are worth holding for a long time!

Now I suggest XRP, so far according to my analysis XRP has good growth and I think it will be able to survive against the market this year which is more bearish, maybe some altcoins that you can pay attention to are EOS and USDT. Coin is a good choice for me to have eos, ripple, neo I think the three coins are promising to be an investment in addition to bitcoin and ethereum, and I am sure these three coins will grow further in the future

All coins have the potential for the long term. Investing in existing coins and having a large number of fans will definitely make a profit. Because they will experience growth in the future. Coins for long-term holding in my opinion are Waves, Tron, ADA. These tokens have serious projects, powerful development teams and huge trading volumes. Due to the general falling of the crypto market, these tokens have greatly decreased and now they are greatly undervalued.

NEO and EOS are good coins, they are profitable coins for the long term. they are almost similar to Ethereum and there is a possibility that in the future they will be superior to Ethereum. many buy two coins that I mentioned, I'm sure they will grow well and will be profitable.
although altcoins i like for trading(i think) but, monero, waves, and litecoin i think thats good coins for long term, Im prefer with Monero and litecoin. Waves is also very good investment. Of course they all should grow. but my main pick for long term is ethereum.

No one will tell you 100% what to buy.Take the top 20-30 coins and choose yourself.Something will rise in price, something is not.In any case,success will be at the coins with a working product, team and capitalization.
However, Long term HOLD is not always the right thing to do, you should keep a close watch on market and trade according to market sentiments so that you can always accumulate during dips and convert in profits when it hits the target. Blind holding is never profitable.
