Do you have plans to offer an affiliate system?

We think about it. But we reduced our margin to a minimum. What % do you think is necessary for an affilate System?

You already have a tough competition mate. Coinbase has a partnership with WeGift and it lets you buy gift cards from them with your Coinbase wallet, the only difference is you accept cryptocurrencies from any wallet. If I were you I would try to keep up with them and offer up the same or even more gift cards compared to what they are offering. You are a niche gift card provider that only accepts cryptocurrencies and your goal is to be everyone's first choice for it. You should also know that some local wallet providers also lets their users buy gift cards directly from their wallet so you should keep that in minds as well.

Thank you for your Input. We are trying to offer better prices and a wider range of vouchers and cryptocurrencies.

Prices are much better.

Do you know when you will be getting the Visa / MC cards for the EU refilled?

I have a few things I purchase that are from EU based vendors and the US - Euro fees are killing me. ($2.50 which is the minimum fee on a $6.00 purchase) So I have been buying prepaid cards from a friend in Poland, but this would be easier.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave, we got an answer of our distributor. We won't get this product very soon back. We work on a solution.
Alternative, can be Bitsa EUR? Or Paypal-Giftcard EUR?

Can't be PayPal they don't take it.
Is Bitsa a regular prepaid Visa / MC or something else? Never heard of it, but I US based so if it's an EU only thing I just might have missed it.

-Dave

Hi Dave, it's not exactly the same. But normal it should work for normal online shops.

@buwaytress: To Reduce the balance which is remaining you can buy gift-cards with a lower value. Or you can combine the remaining balance with new gift-cards.

We overworked our prices. We reduced our profit margin to a minimum. What do you think about the prices?

Thanks for the reply! It isn't so much the case as cancelling the card, it is simply that there's no way to use the balance remaining, or to transfer it to another card, so you are stuck for options. But that's across all the cards I guess.

Your fees aren't that much better than bitrefill, and depending on the currency, still a bit stiff. It's not really I feel very encouraging to ask people to spend bitcoin plus >10% just to get a card... isn't there just any way you guys could cut your fees by half? That alone would put you at a massive short term leverage, that's what you're looking for right?

While I applaud initiatives like your project, it needs to be mentioned that Crypto currency payments should be cheaper or the equivalent of Cash payments. Third party services like yours should try to keep the "fees" payable for this service as low as possible or your service will be disrupted in the future.

Start thinking of value added services that your project would offer users, that merchants would not be able to offer.  Wink

Thanks for your feedback. We are working hard on our prices. We compared our prices with competitors like bitrefill and registered that we often offer better prices. We are working to lower our prices even further. But in the short term, we see no big levers.

Do you think our prices are not competitive?
