Also, what kind of markup do you take on your giftcards?

We try our best to give you best prices, but we can't purchase every gift card so cheep, that we can sell every gift card cheeper than other platforms. But as you see at the 100€ Amazon gift card example, our markup is not that much, so we have better prices than other platforms.

And do you provide discounts if paying by lightning network?

At the moment, there is no discount for lightning network. But at the moment, our partner coingate give you a 3% cashback, if you pay with XRP. You will see this during the payment process.

Last question, what's your KYC policy?

Please have a look at our privacy policy. https://www.coinsbee.com/en/privacy
We only save your email adress to deliver the gift card to you. You will never get other mails. No newsletter, no spam.
If you buy a gift card, which is more expensive than than 250€, you will see other fields like name and address. We need this because of regulations in germany.
We will never give these informations to other companys. By the way, we can't check, if you fill the form with your correct personal informations...

Thanks for the comprehensive answers, I'll test out your platform in the next week and report back on my findings.

First, thx @all for the positive feedback to our service and the suggestions for upcoming features.

By the way as I see some of gift cards (I mean value in usd) are out of stock and what about to add pre order options? Maybe I want and need exactly 250$ instead of 200 and 50 becausr I send gift to someone? Consider this too

Cause of technical limitations this is not possible at the moment. But we will add this to our plans and will see to offer this in the future.

You are showing 13 decimal places a lot of the time instead of 8.

We use the coingate-API to show the prices with the number of decimals they deliver. Sure, we can cut the decimals to X (maybe 8 ) decimals, but some coins need more and some coins need less decimals.

And the amount the coingate gives is slightly different then what you have.

Although that may be due to the time between clicking and entering my email and clicking again.
You might want to see if there is a way to lock the amount for 30 seconds or so.

You're right. It is cause of the time between selection of the gift card and show the checkout-page. But as you see on our page, we give this information to you.
Cause of technical limitations, we can't lock the amount at the moment. Maybe we can change this in the future.

What advantages does your platform have over other more established platforms, like Bitrefill?

More gift cards, more crypto currencies to pay with and often better prices.
For example, an 100€ Amazon gift card costs at bitrefill at the moment 0.01219900 BTC. At coinsbee.com it's only 0.01164008384 BTC at the moment.

Just did another purchase. Quick and smooth.

Minor points:
You are showing 13 decimal places a lot of the time instead of 8.

It's really great to see a new service doing this.
But...you are going to have to get a lot more competitive in price.

Using XBox $25 US card
You are asking BTC0.0025336305368
egifter.com even after the $0.40 additional fee that bitpay.com charges is 0.002414. If you pay with other coins egifter is even cheaper.
Plus, they have their loyalty points.

So congratulations on the new service.
The website is easy to navigate. The multi region cards are great. Get the price down and you will have my business.

-Dave

Hi Dave, thank you for the feedback! We have overworked our prices. We can not always be cheaper than egifter. But now the XBox $25 US card is 0.00239BTC. So we are cheaper now.

We would be very happy to win you as a customer.

Do you have more Feedback for us?
Maybe you can't but you need for attracting customers and continue growing. Btw I like your service, especially the fact that we can buy with up to 50 cryptocurrency, the more good websites will be in egifts, the better for customers.

Depends on the voucher. You can select the county you want a voucher for.
There are also vouchers for worldwide or for all countries in the EU.

Klick on "Buy now" and there you can filter the regions.

Okay this is actually a pretty great service, I remember another crypto gift card website (forgot the name, but it was a popular one) that would basically only serve US countries, so it's nice to see that European countries are also supported.

I reckon your gift cards are universally accepted? Meaning that they're not tied to any particular country?

1 more thing before I head off to bed:

This was in the header of the email that my code was sent from:

Received: from tobias.king-casino.de (tobias.king-casino.de [195.28.12.118]) by mail.[redacted].com with SMTP;
   Thu, 5 Sep 2019 21:18:52 -0400

It looks like you are sending mail from a casino. Might cause an issue sending the codes to some people.

Also, take a look at:

https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/coinsbee.com/

You are not publishing SPF records or doing DMARC might cause an issue sending codes to some people.

-Dave

Thank you for the Feedback.

We will change that as fast as possible.

Did one more check it also let me pay for a $5 amazon card with DAI (was about $5.50 total still to much).
So yeah, it's not enforcing the BTC.001 minimum value.

However, both cards did come quick after confirmation.

The latest update screwed up my lighting node, so I could not test that.

-Dave

Often also lower values work. But the BTC.001 minimum value ist given by coingate. So we have to inform the customers about it.

As you see, for some low value vouchers we can give you better prices as the service you mentioned before. But if you take high value voucher (over 50 or 100$), our Price is much better.

Feel free to give us more Feedback. It helps us to improve the page.

You have this at the top of your page
Quote
To pay with altcoins such as Dash, Zcash, and others, the invoice amount must have a converted value of 0.001 BTC or more. Invoices below 0.001 BTC cannot be paid with altcoins.

But I get this if I try to pay with other coins below that amount it does work:

I did not pay since I don't know if you have anything to stop it on the back end.
But CoinGate is letting people pay, and you don't honor it then you are going to have issues.
If CoinGate is not blocking the lower payments when they should that is between you and them.

I actually just paid with LTC and it let it though.
Side note a $5.00 card sold for $5.70 so you really have to check your rates.

Minor layout thing. This might be a USA vs other parts of the world thing but as a rule listing of prices for the cards would be
$5
$10
$20
$25
$50
$100

You have them as
$10
$100
$20
$25
$5
$50

Also, as of now checkout is not working. All I get it a screen that looks like this:
