Sorry to hear about this issue Gekke, I really hope that Coins.Game will do the right thing here and solve this as fast as possible. I never had similar problems, but I don't bet a lot on sports... I'm more for slots and some other lucky-based games.

And Coins.Game should think about this BTC withdrawal fee... fees are not so high anymore, so I am not sure why they still keep the 1 mBTC fee.

Forwarding the issue to the relevant team is basically normal, because live support or forum representative is just responsible to give basic information.
I'm pretty sure all casinos do the same thing when players are experiencing an issue in the site because a single person on the site may not cover all things.
The same applies in CG or AG, they will also need to ask the casino about the issue and waiting the response from the casino first.
Answer to support issue sometimes is complicated and must be forwarded to a responsible team to handle it. In cases that need for escalation in support, it will take more time and I am quite sure the answer will be officially given by a corresponding team, to avoid misinformation through idea expression and text composing to the user.

More rounds of information to be forwarded around, more probability it will be understood incorrectly more and more.

The only problem you might encounter on asking for Dennis help is if he is just forwarding the issue to other support too because I remember that he mention before on one of his reply here about an issue that he is just forwarding the issue to casino support.

This is same with personal support on telegram. They are just forwarding my issue to the support so it might still go back to the support that you talk before and made the decision. If you want to save time on waiting, You should use CG and AG now so that you can discuss with them with arbitrator that can help you to look what evidence they are holding.

I guess he already do that but nothing happen with his raised issue to them that's why he goes here since there's a lot of people can able to read his case and might they do more faster action since to many people are watching this case to be solve. But since he has the word of Little Mouse stating that he will help to solve this issue then I guess he might get a fast solution on his issue since for sure they don't want this or any issue became more bigger and bigger since this could possibly stain their reputation and discourage other people to use their casino.

What things needed to do now is to wait for another update since he is willing to wait for their answer and hopefully we can see both parties satisfied with the result especially of OP to get what he supposed to have from them.

You seem to try to use many gambling sites and I read some of your accusations which as I saw, end with favor to your side. But it does not mean you will always be paid by those sites and do you think it is good to take risk by using many sites than just using some sites you know their existences, operations and reputation for years.

I am now watiting a total of 20 days of which 13 are working days for my uploaded driving license to be verified.
I will wait 2 more working days when the total of 15 has been reached, before I will submit a complaint on CasinoGuru.
My experience at Coins.game has been very bad because of this long waiting time, I have never experienced something even close to this waiting time.

I feel you, nobody likes to wait! Who knows what is the reason behind this delay, but I hope that it will be sorted out soon and maybe Denis will give some answers about this situation. I don't play with some big amounts so I don't think about going through the KYC process...
