Weird to see they dropped LBC as a cashout option and re-added Cebuana (I remember back when they had Cebuana years ago).
Its fine for me because I switched to using M Lhuillier a few months ago b/c I like the 1% fee,
however, they have now bumped the fee up to 2%
and their new system is having problems, gave me an invalid reference number. It was not recognized by the M Lhuillier clerk. I reached out to support but they appear to be stumped after about 20 hours now.

Welcome back kuya, I agree that it's bad customer support if your money is being held for 20 hours or so. I no longer using Cebuana or M Lhuillier or even LBC (when they still support them), since like 2019-2020. It's the fees, as you have mentioned, the fees before is very high for that kind of service and if they are going to increased it, then customers might look for other options.
As others suggested, Binance and Bybit P2P are two of the best options for now.
Or with the advent of e-wallets like Gcash and Paymaya, we have more options and might sway away from Cebuana or M Lhuillier
(as far as I my experience, if you are going to be cashing out big amounts like 20k and up, you have to notify them early so that they can prepare the money).
