Rewards are calculated on a 5% per annum basis.
So ibig sabihin, for example, you are just holding a minimum of 20 USDC, so the reward is somewhat like 0.020 USDC weekly?

I try not to rely on Coins.ph too much anymore. But to their credit they did lower the remittance cashout fee a little bit, so that's nice.

@kuya nutildah, what's the update regarding your concern? Did coins gave you exact info as to how and why did that error occurred on your transaction?
Is it resolved or not yet?

Yeah it just kind of went away and then it was back to business as usual the next day... Never saw the error again. Thanks for asking. It wasn't a very big transaction or anything, just transferring funds to Grab because I'm lazy and like to order Grab Food.
That's good to know, I typically also use Coins to fund my Grab account when I crave at midnights.  Tongue

I try not to rely on Coins.ph too much anymore. But to their credit they did lower the remittance cashout fee a little bit, so that's nice. I also notice that its much easier to trade on Coins Pro now as they have combined that account with the regular Coins account, so you don't need to send funds back and forth.
I have also noticed those changes and that's why it's attracting me to use them again just as the others. But it's always best to have many options and what suits our needs and one of it is them.

Same here , after resetting password nakagamit pa ako i think twice na (since bihira ko na gamitin ang Coins.ph service)

I reset my password the other day because they asked me to, no problem, but now when trying to do a cashout I'm getting a brand new error I've never seen before:

"Looks like there's a problem

Your cash-out has been rejected because of our risk policy. Please try again later."

WTF is this? Have you guys ever seen this one before? Somehow the 'risk' might go down later? No instructions were given on how to resolve it.
I never experienced this before and even after resetting my password. Did you message the support for further explanation and for possible instructions to resolve the issue?

I just received an email yesterday to reset my password. Tried to cash out using gcash and it went well.

See, this is one of the many different things that gives someone an  inconvenience upon using Coins.ph, they have been too strict with their clients who has got a noticeable transactions, changes in transactions, and anything that catches their attention. That kind of message is so vague, you must have triggered something out of their policy? So, this needs to be asked directly with their support. That error could've been be more specific so that the clients may try to fix it on their end before reaching out to their support.

I went back to coins to do some transactions again and everything went smoothly. I've never experienced this problem, what outlet/bank you're trying to do the withdrawal? And is that withdrawal quite big? It's best to reach them out and talk about this problem or email them at [email protected].

It's not safe, as you might be surprised that your account was already closed. Maybe Coins.ph's popularity has gone down as they are making things complicated, as mandated by the regulators. The good thing is, we have Binance P2P where we can easily transact our crypto and receive the funds through GCASH (the most popular).

I have a Coins.ph account, but I'm not using it anymore as sometimes we cannot explain the funds we are getting in crypto, especially if it's connected to gambling sites. Their team could easily trace it and it could result in your account being compromised.

I-check mo nalang baka nasa spam folder mo.

I up ko lang ulit tong thread na to:
