Ako naman, medyo matagal ko nang hindi ginagamit ang Coins.ph ko, years narin siguro. Laki kasi ng difference ng buy sa sell eh. Di pa masyadong makontrol yung transaction fee ng bitcoin. Ngayon iba muna ang ginagamit ko. Maganda naman itong Coins lalo na kung mag tatransact tayo gamit altcoins gaya ng XRP.
Ask ko lang, ano na bang mga nag-improve sa Coins from these last 2 years? Di na kasi ako updated, lol. Di ko narin binubuksan yung app.
Pinag-merge na nila yung coins.ph at coins pro kaya iisang limit nalang meron sila kung web-based/desktop mo ivi-visit ang website nila. Sa app naman, parang dati pa rin. Ang improvement? siguro yung dami ng altcoins na accept sila ng accept sa platform nila.
@kuya nutildah, what's the update regarding your concern? Did coins gave you exact info as to how and why did that error occurred on your transaction?

Yeah it just kind of went away and then it was back to business as usual the next day... Never saw the error again. Thanks for asking. It wasn't a very big transaction or anything, just transferring funds to Grab because I'm lazy and like to order Grab Food.
That's good to know, I typically also use Coins to fund my Grab account when I crave at midnights.
I try not to rely on Coins.ph too much anymore. But to their credit they did lower the remittance cashout fee a little bit, so that's nice. I also notice that its much easier to trade on Coins Pro now as they have combined that account with the regular Coins account, so you don't need to send funds back and forth.
I have also noticed those changes and that's why it's attracting me to use them again just as the others. But it's always best to have many options and what suits our needs and one of it is them.
