CPM is base on unique views? I tested your network out and the results are odd.
Most of ads are PPC, so eCPM will be calculated on click price. You can see everything on detailed analytics including click earnings, nothing odd here.

with this really low payout you should get some more publishers
and responsive advertismens as coinzilla do would be wonderfull becourse iam only using your 300x250 ads....they are mobile friendly ....but the others not.....
