From what you say , I guess you are from Bangladesh and I have also heard about what happened in your country. Can you tell me how things are in your country with the new government and regime? It would be great if local people shared what is really going on there instead of the media.
Also , I don't want to be negative but I want to remind you that the nature of politicians is the same because they are also human and they have greed. There is no guarantee that the new politicians, the new government, will not be as corrupt as the old government. I say this because my country went through the same thing, a new government but things are still as bad as the old government.
Let's hope that these politicians will do better and bring more benefits to the country but don't put too much trust and expectation on them .Because they can change after a while when they are in power .
The situation in our country is getting better. After the movement ended, there was anarchy in our country for a few days, extortion was going on, and various bad things were done, as you may know. But after the army took power in our country, the country slowly relaxed. The media that used to spread propaganda became cautious, and now only good and true news is reported. Although it will take us some time to turn around, I hope we will be able to reform ourselves very soon on our path.
However, there has yet to be a party government in our country. You may know that the current Chief Advisor of our country is Dr. Md. Yunus, who won the Nobel Peace Prize. And the advisors in various sectors were not under any party government. Currently, the work of reforming our country is ongoing. However, reforming will take time for everything to be right or normal. However, we are walking on the right path. As long as we are running the country under the Chief Advisor, I believe something good will happen to the country.
You are right that it takes politicians little time to change their minds. If politicians worked well and according to the rules and regulations, every country would move forward very well.
