Until corruption is done away these Economies will continue to be puppies in the world
But it’s also kind of the fault of the citizens, no? Who keeps electing these corrupt politicians? It’s not like there’s no proof or evidence that they’ve committed some corruption. I am having a really hard time understanding how my countrymen vote. It seems like just a popularity contest. Whoever they know, they vote for. They won’t even try to research about the other running candidates and see if they are eligible for the position.

Hence why my country’s government is full of celebrities (actors, singers, etc that turned into politics). It’s incredible frustrating and I can only blame our education system for failing many of us. There should be a voter’s education program because the way my countrymen vote is getting concerning.

Until corruption is done away these Economies will continue to be puppies in the world
This is to tell you how bad corruption can be, it is just like dirty and contaminated water, when it is mixed with a clean water it can pollute the clean water, this is just the effect of corruption. Wherever there is corruption,  it is impossible for the economy to do  better.  When people are corrupt all they do is to mismanage fund that is meant for the public use and they will always put their interest as the priority.  Corruption have always been one of the main reason why many economy struggled , when people are corrupt they found it very difficult tp do right things. Corruption is a disaster and it is very impossible to get a better economy when their is high level of Corruption.

It's true that corruption really had a bad effect to developing economies and could be the number 1 factor that really hinders it's growth and remain in the 3rd world because of this. But it's really hard to curb this bad practices as it could really be ingrain already in their culture to be as corrupt as they can be when they held into offices.

They are a lot of leaders being persecuted thrown into jail, but still it didn't have any effect to slow down them when they are in power. As what the saying goes "absolute power corrupts absolutely"

And if someone tries to fight against it, base on what we have seen in history, it's going to be very hard and difficult unless he really tries to be a strongman and become dictator, but it will go against the basic tenant of freedom that this leaders are fighting for.

Corruption is a major factor killing the growth of the economy no doubt besides when the head is corrupt the people start acting same way. It’s as a result of our leaders corruption still stand and funny enough the law is no longer important for what so ever they manage the society the way they want without the masses concern. While I’m speaking more about our leaders definitely they’re the cause yet corruption is way broad than we imagine, I believe every country is suffering from corruption maybe there’s a difference how things are being handle of course when such things like corruption take place our government should pay more attention rather they’re the cause probably how different countries react to corruption matters and can develop the economy growth within short period.

I am not saying this is a good look, but it's true that we are dealing with something that is taking a bit of a time and couldn't really be considered all that big at all. I believe the best future we have right now could be considering a better future, and for that to mean something we can definitely consider bitcoin investment as the best one for us, so any government that helps us with crypto somehow, like how trump did, should get our vote.

On a considerate perspective a government that keeps to its promises will have the vote of the people. But hardly do we find such opportunities in the political realm. Due to greediness and the unsatisfactory human nature. They'll want to move all the resources to circulate amongst themselves and the elites.

However with the availability of BTC to the society, it's great to favor the masses with governmental opportunities that revolves around the technology. So that nobody will be there to obstruct the government's will for her citizens. Most times the federal government send out funds, but the corrupt officials would divert it and delay the project's progress.

One of the problems that affects Africa and most developing Nations no doubt has been corruption, however this corruption can be fought home and abroad, if the anti graph agencies that is saddled with the responsibility of fighting corruption do their work diligently, and they should do that without having any sacred cow. moreover one of the most effective ways of fighting corruption is to make sure that those other countries overseas that serves as safe heavens for the storage of this loots, should be made to understand that some of the money they have in their vault are products of corruption and should be sent back to the people of those countries without much bureaucratic process and bottleneck once it's established that the monies are product of corruption.

I believe it would be very hard to eradicate corruption. And if one entity or organization will dedicate their efforts to embark on this fight, it would be long years before they can see the fruit of their action. This has been a problem for so long already, it has been in the humanity since time immemorial. So the change should start in the people themselves, the culture they have been practicing is important in supporting this change.

Unfortunately corruption is very powerful and pervasive - it can attack developing and developed countries alike, however the stronger justice system found in richer countries can give them some protection. Corruption can come in all different forms, low paid police officers in some countries might "have" to fleece tourists or travelers passing through in order to make up for their pitiful government wages, which really undermines trust all throughout society but you can slightly sympathize. Then there are the worse corruption abusers, those politicians near the top of power who are able to force companies to pay extra fees which are funneled away from the public benefit into the hands of a few, which entrenches certain families for a long time. When the people at the top betray their people it makes it hard for the average person to ever break free.

where the deepest point that suffers the most from corruption are the people, yes because they should get help from the government in fact only a few people receive it and honesty is very difficult to find, the rest they use the help for themselves, that way a country will fall into poverty and it will be difficult to get out of the root of the problem.

When the justice system is a mess, corruption would strive. The more people see politics for a dirty game and view political offices as an opportunity to loot public funds rather than a duty bound office to its masses, the more corruption is cultivated and irrigated to strive.

Corruption is the worst enemy to a developing economy as, it creates in the mind of public office holders the idea to settle themselves and their generations unborn rather than better the nation for all its people to have a good living
If there is a justice system that looks into and questions the affairs of governance, people would seat up and ensure they do their most while occupying public office.

It’s like a child in a pit and rather than seeking means to climb out, you keep digging.

With developing economies of the world struggling to stand and be among the top Economies of the world and compite with the rest of the world corruption seems to be the biggest problem that is bedeviling developing Economies of the world, mostly African Economies.
Am of the view that these Economies will not have any meaningful economic progress until they deal with the problem of corruption in their countries because looking at these developing Economies most of them are very blessed with mineral and human resources but what is the problem that they can't even afford their citizens with the basic necessities that they need such as good road's, electricity, access to quality health care system and a access to quality education system.

"Vote buying" is rampant, and even though authorities are aware of it, they can’t, or won’t-- stop it. This makes me think it has become ingrained in the culture, where people expect money during elections without realizing they’re selling their future to these corrupt officials.
people accept money in exchange for their votes because they want short-term rewards they want the money now they need the money now. what they fail to realize is that they are effectively selling a few years of their lives and they will just get poorer and poorer and election will come and whoever pays first is who they will vote for and the cycle repeats
To be fair, in most cases it is not exactly money, but more like things that they get. They do not get money directly, some could be, but majority are getting help, it could be anything, from legal rights to a house, to a food, to firewood to anything really, depends on the person. So that is not really that complicated, and it's rampant all around the world and we have to consider that's part of the political sphere at this point, you have to distribute things to get attention and help people, so people will know that you are someone who would help them if you are elected.

I am not saying this is a good look, but it's true that we are dealing with something that is taking a bit of a time and couldn't really be considered all that big at all. No country can be productive or become developed if they are governed by corrupt leaders. Majority of the funds that would have been used to invest in productive projects will be diverted to public pockets.

Corruption is evident in almost all the countries of the world but the case of Africa is massive. Corruption reigns in Africa and it is applied to almost everything that happens there. Elections, award of contracts, political appointment, allocation of resources, business dealings,  tax, etc are all affected by corruption. This is the reason why most genuine international companies don't like investing in the continent because they don't want to engage in these corrupt practices.

In a country with high corruption, people tend to rely on government aid, which creates dependency. Politicians use this to their advantage, portraying themselves as saviors while failing to implement real, long-term solutions.
unfortunately people (at least in my country) do not seem to understand that the government is supposed to serve the people. They are there for us. when the government gives their people their well deserved rights, people seem to take it as kindness when it’s just the bare minimum. they think they owe the government not the other way around.

It is a critical point about the challenges facing developing economies, particularly countries in Africa. Corruption is a major barrier to their progress, despite their abundance in natural and Human Resources their potentials have been neglected by the leaders.
Take Nigeria for example, they  have the raw materials and talents needed to make their economy thrive but corruption leads the path to misuse and neglecting of their resources with a striking issue of lack of accountability. With growing issues of inadequate healthcare facilities, lack of quality education, leaving masses without the basic necessities for a decent life.
Addressing the issue of corruption is one of the most important factors for nation building and for its economies to move forward. There need to be strong governance with transparency, and the rule of law to make sure that the God-given natural resources will be utilized effectively for the benefit of everyone. Until these issues are addressed, many developing economies will most likely struggle to achieve meaningful progress and they will continue to remain at the mercy of humanitarian aid.
These countries can unlock their true potential and provide better opportunities for themselves if they can clear the path to improvement even if it may seem challenging but with joint efforts to combat corruption there will surely be change.

Until corruption is done away these Economies will continue to be puppies in the world

After all, corruption is human greed and is part of humanity so it is not easy to eliminate, especially those living in poverty, they will be even more greedy. Honestly, I am very skeptical that African countries or other poor countries can eradicate corruption and move their countries forward.

The people are the ones who want corruption to be eliminated the most because they are the ones who suffer the consequences of corruption caused by politicians. But what guarantees are there that if they become politicians or change the government, corruption will be solved? Because as I said, poor people tend to have a more corrupt mindset. In my opinion, without external influence or support from developed countries, I do not think these countries can eliminate corruption.

Corruption and it effects to developing Economies of the world
If you want to see a country with a shambles and destroyed economy, come to a country where the government lives in corruption. Corruption is the most dangerous disease, worse than Covid-19, Corona can only kill 1 person/day, Corruption can kill 10 people/day, poverty that occurs in countries with a majority of corrupt governments is more sadistic than war, you know about Somalia, Venezuela, Libya, Burundi and many others, you can't imagine the life of the people in that country, the value of the currency is worthless, one container can only get 2 eggs, it's sad, it's all caused by corruption.

For this reason, if a country wants to develop and have a prosperous economy and a prosperous society with an equitable economy, overcome and act against those who commit corruption with the death penalty and cruelty, in that way the country will become a developing country.

You are actually right base on your explanation, Most countries are struggling to be at the top in the world yet the don't tackle the problem that awaits them. It is very difficult for a currupt country to develop rapidly as it could because curruption distablizes and economy faster than virus infact both seams to be thesame. And This case is common in Africa.. if any country want to be recognised in the world, they should tackle curruption by providing the basic needs of the citizens since lack of basic neccecity increase the rate of crime. most of the countries in the world today did what is necessary to make their countries what it is today. Good management Leeds to good economic growth and productivity.

Corruption in developing and developed countries remains a disgrace and a disease that if left unchecked will destroy the country. Moreover if the level of corruption is high in a developing country, the economic growth process will slow down. It is difficult to push effective programs because officials are not cooperative. Developed countries are born from prioritizing common goals until they can reach a better point of economic growth.

Corruption is the worst, but it's not the only problem. There are also structural problems, missmanaged institutions and bad infrastructure that make countries have difficulties to develop. However, nations like Vietnam and Angola have shown that strong anti corruption government create an enabling environment for progress even in resource rich contexts.

Also in my opinion, focusing only on corruption may overlooks external factors like global economic shifts and unequal trade practices. Especially for countries that heavily reliant on exporting raw materials, they are vulnerable to price swings dictated by global markets. Removing corruption is definitely vital, but addressing bad economic dependencies is equally crucial for countries to grow and develop.

Until corruption is done away these Economies will continue to be puppies in the world
African countries do not experience many major natural disasters that other continents of the world experience, but one of their major problems remains corruption, which has spread even more, not just with politicians but also with citizens of the country. Corruption is now like a plague that will require a massive reorientation program for it to be eliminated because even citizens who are not yet in positions of power have already built up a corrupt mindset to say that if they happen to have any opportunity to be in a position of leadership, they will make sure to exercise their power for their financial gain.
