found two blocks in a 7 hour span with less than 1.5 mhs so doing just fine!
is it the deposit address that changes with every block or the credits address? temporarily I mean

You will always receive the deposit-change to the same address, the address which you have in your wallet and are mining from. (Some command line arguments can let you change this, however.)

For a more complete description of deposits,  check out this post: http://credits-currency.org/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=755

Want try to mine but my balance still 0, i need atleast 12 CRE

Need some giveaway  Grin

See the link above, you don't need to PRE-deposit at this point, seeing how the deposit is LESS than the block reward. This means that the deposit is subtracted from the block reward. You can start mining when you have 0 CRE! All you have to do is type setgenerate true -1 in the debug window!

(-1 uses 100% of your cpu, if you want to use a specific number of your cores, say 3, you would use setgenerate true 3)

I have 200 in my wallet. Not much but it is there.

Just keep the miner running and there's going to be more. Smiley

Found my first block finally yay! KLYE I can send you that 10 CRE back once it it has enough confirmations whats your CRE address?

I think the 10 CRE was a gift, striker!

Congratulations on your first block Smiley

It was but I lost it and he sent me 10 more lol and thank you! Grin
How did you lose the first 10 credits?

I had some client issues with syncing and I accidently deleted the file with the wallet.dat file in it and I ignored protocol and didn't back it up first when I got the client lol.

Ahh, Cinno almost did the same and lost 1500+ CRE.

REMINDER: ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR WALLET!

CREDITS BLOCK EXPLORER IS NOW LIVE!

Check it out at creditchain.org !

We are still working on completing functionality. Here is a list of known bugs:

  • Transaction data is not shown (amount, outputs etc), transactions can't be searched
  • Address lookup shows '0' for all fields.

Other than that, you can explore blocks and check block times at will! Cheesy

Looks great!

Thanks! Still working out those couples bugs, as well as the default currency showing BTC (even though BTC is not an option from the drop-down menu)

How to mine directly to a single address?
i have some cpu in different location.

For the moment the built in miner assigns new addresses for each block from the wallet where the client is running.

You could take a copy of an encrypted wallet and distribute to all miners. That way you will be guaranteed that the addresses assigned will be only the range of addresses that are in that specific wallet. As long as you do not unlock the decrypted wallet, the keypool will not refill.

There are however, for the moment no way set a fixed address to where the reward is sent. It's easy to modify the code to do that, though.

I see, try it later.
Thank you
