Absolutely, the addressed problem will not be pointing on the cryptocurrency or bitcoin itself because crime can be done without the use of digital currency. What the certain point is that we cannot a void crime or illegal actions such as hacking and online terrorism, just so happen that some criminals uses bitcoin or other cryptocurrency to get their primary agenda. I think this is one of the reasons why the government banned bitcoin because there are some people who use bitcoin in their illegal activities. Criminals used to use fiatmoney as well. Both bitcoin and fiat money are just tools to enables criminal actions like buying drugs or weapons but that does not make a mean of payment evil per se. At the end the people decide what to do with their money.

I don't think that only those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin. Because only some people pay for their dangerous actions and purchases by crypto currency, the rest are paid by USD.

I completely agree with you on this. Bitcoin is being used by criminals for illegal purposes. For this Bitcoin should not be blamed. It entirely depends on the people for what purposes they are using it. It’s their fault that they are using such a wonderful technology for criminal purposes. Also the problems of hacking, terrorist and money laundering activities were taking place before the launch of cryptos, now why everyone is blaming crypto for this.
