I'd like to believe that bitcoin really makes some people millionaire especially those who were able to buy bitcoin when the price is very much cheaper and hold it until today I'm sure many of them are enjoying the harvest of their investment. When bitcoin became more popular many are now interested in bitcoin investment and maybe some of them are keeping some coins

I do not think that cryptocurrency is making people millionaire all over the world. Remember there is only a change of hand in terms of currency, so when someone get richer, another one get poorer. That is the truth. Cryptocurrency might make you a millionaire but there is someone who will become poorer, it is always balance.
This may not hold true. For example I bought btc at 1000$ and sold at 2000$ to someone. So i made a profit. In return that other person say may sold at 2500$ or 1500$ to someone depending upon the market situation and his need for money. Thus it can not always be one's gain is another loss. Both can make profits.

what you see is the price going up, but that does not mean people are becoming millionaires because of it.

Well, if someone is a millionaire on paper or "in wallet" then they are in fact a millionaire. That's what the definition means. you don't have to sell your bitcoin (or stocks, bonds, real estate, or insert asset here, etc.) to declare your self a millionaire.
But the follow the leader buying an panic selling are an awful cycle to get into. There should be a rule. If you buy once and it goes down, buy again, if it still goes down you can make a proper sell decision.
It's interesting to see how many new people have joined this place in the last 6 months with "i've known about bitcoin for a long time and finally decided to jump in!" (at $4000 or more cost.)

and in my opinion this is a poisonous way of thinking. to just think of becoming a millionaire from cryptocurrencies. bitcoin obviously has a lot of potential and is a good investment. altcoins are also good short term investments and can be very profitable. but none of this means you should expect miracles.
and when people start thinking of becoming millionaires, they would also want it to happen overnight and that is even worse.

Those who have patience and long-term goal group of people who are crypto coins holders will become the millionaire by 2020 but not all because some people don't have the patience to wait for the right timing to sell a coin. They just look for a short-term by selling a coin when it the temporary pump or dump immediately.
They might have the personal problems to handle with the fund henceforth, he can be manage the bitcoin has earned or saved when the time bitcoin price rising itself and can't wait till the complete bump. Don't consider this is the right time to sell the coins. This time bump will flies till the hard fork day so you can hold the bitcoin till November 20th at least to see the value more than 6k.

earlier this year, it was some bug or a whale's bot that went crazy and dumped bitcoin on an exchange and crashed price to $0.10. guess how many minutes that price lasted before going back up?
That was Ethereum on Coinbase, FWIW.

I think it is not good for all because if doest poor nobody can be rich so it is impossible in this world then nobody do hand work or factory work because they are rich then i think that money have a limit only. There has no level 2 if doesnt have level 1.

Yes, people have become millionaires/rich through bitcoin but I think the number is often inflated and overhyped when people regale us with stories of how those who bought bitcoins earlier are now super rich.
If you take stories, such as the guy who bought 2 pizzas for 10000 BTC, the fact that many always panic sell in the long run when there is a negative news and those who have lost while trading altcoins you will find out that the number of said millionaires is not really as touted.

There will be but that will make the price of bitcoin fall drastically if these people decided to sell at the same time. Once the goal of each person has been reached one by one people will sell bitcoin and decided to covert it to traditional currency and that will affect the bitcoin community. There will be millionaires but not all, unless there will be more establishments or businesses that will accept bitcoin as payment. As this will make the currency circulate it will change how the world view of bitcoin thus creating more millionaires.
This is true on which if a certain person would decide to sell out his coins and would become a millionaire then for sure it would really affect bitcoins price it might not be big but it will surely decrease this is why they cant really cash it all or large number of people would decide to sell all at once.Bitcoin can really give the opportunity to be come millionaire but i would say it would really be on small ratio and consider also that altcoins would really give the same opportunity of a certain crypto holder to become a millionaire if he did hit the right time and spot. I think that there are a little bit more than 2020, they are too little, and i saw a notice a few weeks ago that there were more than thousands of millionaires and billionaires because of bitcoins and cryptocurrencies in general.
But because of this, a lot of people are making false hopes that they will be millionaires by only holding 0.10 bitcoins, and it is full of those people in this forum.

There are millionaires made all the time in cryptocurrencies. It wasn't that long ago that the XEM airdrop was done in which the participants received millions of NEM absolutely free. That airdrop made lots of people (who hodled) millionaires.

At the end of the day some people who did have hundreds invested in Bitcoin they probably would of sold before the current price now. Hopefully, if they were smart they would at least kept a small percentage of Bitcoin to hold on for the future.
Then there's people who are only dealing in Bitcoin and at the moment not everything can be bought with Bitcoin.

yes, your prediction may be true and it can happen. but I'm sure it will only happen to people who are trying to work hard and smart from now on. because to get success in this world is not easy. so of course everyone will not be millionaires if they just stay.
