I heard a lot of stories about people who turned to billionaire thanks to bitcoin. Having the equivalent of 1000$ in btc in your wallet 8 years ago could change your life for ever.
I believe they just bought bitcoins and forgot about it, I find it strange how can someone hold this long and resist the temptations.

Just another big LIE, the avg BTC holding is 0.05 BTC that be $300, the avg amount a USA citizen has in bank is $500 usd, that be about right.
Most ppl R not rich and will never be rich, and sure as hell aint' going to get rich trading at 0.05 BTC, its a zero sum game when you trade, and the house always rigs the game, the fee's always eat up those tiny winnings.

Not all people that using crypto Currency was a millionaire it depends what currency is. Because different currency have a different price and value. yes that what bitcoin do and the main advantage of bitcoin that made people happy and give them a lot of profit thats why people also support bitcoin. a lot of people invest in bitcoin and after that they earn the profit of their work and thats why a lot of people become millionaire in bitcoin.Lot of people inverse in Bitcoin by the belief in it .Even I have believe the Bitcoin ,I had brought 1 Bitcoin when the value was 4000$ and Sell that when the Price reaches 7000$.From that I had earned 3000$ as a Profit itself.Bitoin will not let you down,If you believe the Bitcoin blindly.Many are Millionaire today with the help of Bitcoin only.

I believe in it because I see the many cryptocurrencies that have come out and the world has become more modern in the modern way of payment. So we can see in the past the increasing number of millionaire people in the crypto and I hope to be included here. I think most of BTC holders sold it when price increased 5-10 times (I least I would do it). Now even 2x increase in price justifies selling. So it is only few people with 1000+ bitcoins.

It certainly is making millionaires all over the world & will continue to do so. 2020 is actually the next halving & if you base it on past block reward halving’s the price will significantly pump again after 2020.

That is true and that is amazing. Althoug, in my country you cannot exchange it to fiat currency because the government hasn't accepted it yet hence you don't pay taxes for it. what is the solution for that? I guess buy things online?

There are more number of the rich than what you are stating but all of them have not become millionaire because of crypto currency but through other sources and their working and many thinks that they will hold some digital currency in their wallet and become rich on price boost as many on this forum think. Although I believe in BTC but not totally depends on it and believe in hard work.

Not exactly true. It could be because that they are holding crypto currencies since their start. Prices are rising so the values for the currency they hold getting multifold. According to current price, crypto currency holders are a multimillionaire.
There are panic sellers. If they rush to sell, prices will fall and as you say millionaires will become bankrupt in no time. And in fact, only a few will be able to get the good price for their holdings.
