If you are scared means that you didn't follow the rule of not investing more than you can afford to lose in the crypto markets. If you had listened to every single guy on this forum telling you to not invest your savings you wouldn't had been scared today. If you believe in the crypto projects you are invested in than there is nothing that you should be scared of.

Be patient, a few months ago this also happened, after which the market returns to normal and slowly will rise again. Do not act rashly these days by selling your coins.
My prediction is this: that it is going to get a lot worse before it actually gets better. I think the whales and heavies want to be able to drive down the price as far as they can to buy at a huge discount. What price that will be is a mystery. I think around 4-5k BTC is the target. After that I think we are going to see a huge bull run. I can tell you that so many companies are hiring for crypto. I literally get several offers a week. There is big money involved. Even in this market. My advise is HODL. You will be rewarded.
If you don't need cash right now, it is bad. But if you don't need in short time, don't afraid. Everything will be good soon. I believe in that. Don't forget Bitcoin price only 2K one year ago. And 2 years ago it is only 500$. I believe it will make x2 at least next year

That is the trick of a holder. Do not let your emotions get the best of you. It is crypto currency and it fluctuates because of the large amount of trading sites by now.
It happens and maybe worse could be. But the question is how strong you are and how willing to keep on holding to support the currency that you are holding by now.

If you were just hodling, then you should hodl it furthermore.

HODL because big money manipulators are dropping down BTC and cryptomarket to make YOU to sell crypto with losses, they dump it to pick up your money! Did not sold = no losses = no profits for manipulators! Wait for few months and prices will pump higher then in Jan-2018, your deposit will make 10x!
Hold it trust me don't be scared we are in the same boat right now but there is nothing you can do i know you bought those coins in a higher price but it will recover.
Well everyone is disappointed with market conditions in recent months, everyone is in loss, market does not seem to find a support yet, personally i thought that btc will not go below $6k mark and it will bounce back from that level but seeing it going below that mark is very discouraging but wr can only hope and pray that market will bounce from here and start some uptrend.
Indeed, most of us here didn't expect this bloodbath to take so long and then repeat itself after a short recovery. Nevertheless, if you invested the money you can afford losing, just don't get overly depressed and wait. We entered crypto still pretty early. When it reaches mass adoption, many coins will cost way more than they cost now.

I also lost a lot of assets but I hope july month later is a good start to return to the high price
I think red is the price of the market but we do not have to worry because the bitcoin price increase will increase the price of our token so we do not panic selling it's better to hold it until we get back to our losses in our token holders
I suggest you don’t panic sell because the price of cryptocurrencies has risen so much. I think that buying crypto currencies when prices are falling, I believe that their prices will soon rise and you’ll be able to make huge profits at that time.
I haven't watched the coinmarketcap for 2 days. Today looked and now 3 days will not check.

We are at all time low of this year. Bitcoin is testing its lower supports one after the other. Even if BTC stabilizes, alts are expected to undergo bloodbath because at such points, people shift either to USDT or BTC from altcoins which brings further dump. But this is short term. We won't see BTC below $6k for long. Thus, this is good investment opportunity. You have lost 70% of your portfolio. You are hodling large cap coins. So, don't panic sell now. Your portfolio isn't going to dump more. Price has touched lowest support and will bounce back from here.ETH $395

Moreover, institutional money has been waiting on sidelines for quite a time now and investors were waiting lower supports to enter the crypto market. So, we might see pump soon. This is the time to accumulate more instead of panic selling.
You should be able to trade or hold crypto without emotion - if you are scared it means you have invested too much. I would suggest re-evaluating your positions and decreasing your holdings to level that you can afford.
