What about 15. ... Ne4 after Rfe1?

Thought 15.Rfe1 Ne4 16.Rd5 Qb4 17.Rc1

I change my vote to 15.Rd2 for another reason. Now I worry 15.Rfe1 Nb4

I like Qa5 putting some pressure on whites position. Our e7 pawn is well protected without our queen on d8. Qa5 will also provide more options for our rook on a8.

Why you didn't move your Queen to A5! Then you'd owe his bishop and pressure his castle.

Now your Queen is stuck blocking your castles from defending his center attack.

I did look at Qa5 instead of f5 and maybe it was a better plan. We can still play Qa5 depending on what Team Monero does next.  You are right that our center pawns may become weak in the future but I don't think we need to be overly concerned yet.

If we wanted to play safe we should have played Qb6 and tried to trade queens instead of playing Nc5. For better of worse this plan with f5 seemed more exciting!
