I will vote for Bxf5 because it is probably the best move here. It certainly is the safest.
However I admit that gxf5 with ideas of attacking with an eventual e5 and maybe e4 or f4 looks fun. If the attack does not succeed we will be left with major weaknesses because of our pawn structure.
