When you sent BTC into your Cryptopay account how much did you get in terms of Euros? Because the price was $660 USD per BTC but I was only creddited $618 USD per BTC.

Sorry, I didn't check it thoroughly.. I was in hurry, and the amount was small, so didn't look in to it closely. But i think difference was small, or hardly noticeable, anyway I can be wrong, as I mentioned, I was in a hurry.

Why is the spread so high today???

I sent some BTC and the Bitcoinaverage rate was $663 USD per BTC. On Bitfinex it was $660 USD per BTC.

But my exchange rate was $618 USD per BTC. So a spread of almost 7% and this doesn't include the loading, and ATM fees. A few days ago, I was only charged 2% spread.

Why isn't the actual US rate posted on the website only the Euro and Pound???

EDIT. After going to the ATM to withdraw the Forex rate also has a larger spread. Instead of being 1.30 USD/CAD its 1.2674 USD/CAD, its off by another +2.5%

So todays withdraw I was charged
+7% to convert from BTC to USD
+1% loading fee
+5.5% forex fee
$3.50 USD flat withdraw fee.

Which is about  15.25% in fees. Pretty much double from a few days ago, what is going on Huh

I must say that i was also shocked about fees.. about 3-4 days ago i withdraw from ATM and i make mistake: I have Euro debit card and want withdraw Euro, but ATM ask me about GBP conversion and i agree.. Sad
I withdraw 20 euros from ATM, but my account was charged around 25 euros!! (I wrote "around", because amounts and fees stated on the service website were very unclear..)

Yes problem was resolved. THANKS!

My review:

I received the card about a week ago or so. I got the card for free as a promo. I had to call London UK to get it activated and get my PIN number. I only needed to input my card number and birthday and a PIN was assigned.

When I login into my Cryptopay.me I have an US dollar BTC address to send deposits. The deposits are almost instant only 1 confirmation. There is a 1-2% spread or something when it converts to US Dollars from the Bitcoinaverage.

Once my US Dollar BTC balance was loaded I proceeded to transfer it over to my physical card, however it failed for some reason. I sent a ticket and was resolved within a few hours. The second transfer was done instantly and appeared right away on MyChoiceCorporate.com balance.

I drove to an ATM. Tried withdrawing US Dollars but failed for some reason. I then withdrew Canadian dollars and it worked! Surprisingly there are no ATM fees at the machine, I guess its because its a Visa instead of a Debit card.

The fees are as follows

1-2% Spread when depositing into Cryptopay
1% loading fee
3% forex fee for USD/CAD
$3.50 USD flat ATM withdraw fee.

The service works great and will use it from now on!

THANKS!!!!!

The Lifetime ATM withdrawal limit says $1000

By the way, how do you guys make a profit with these cards?

The card I got for free, the exchange fee goes to the bank obviously and the ATM Transaction goes to MyChoice doesn't it. It seems the only way you make profit is with the trading fees but it can't be much.

For loading card you pay 1% fee - that is their profit. But for sure Cryptopay.me earn much more on price differences when we buy/sell Bitcoins Wink

About fees you have everything here:

Can anyone confirm that this service still works? The owner hasn't logged in since June 3rd?

I don't want to send my BTC and not be able to withdraw it.

I already got it activated, thanks for everyone who replied.

I can confirm that for me is working smooth from few months. Yesterday i had little issue, because i send BTC to card account, but later i want withdraw it and i can't. I send ticket to support - bug was fixed in around one hour.

When you load the physical card is it instant or do you need to wait a few hours or days?

First you make transfer to your cryptopay.me Bitcoin address (one confirmation needed) and then you can load your card in any moment. It takes second or two, so it is instatant. Never had problems with them. (aside from the yesterday bug, and that around six weeks ago site was for several hours under maintenance.)

Are you in the US withdrawing US funds? Just wondering what the fees are for an ATM withdraw

Nope, I'm UE based. As i remember when you have USD account and you withdraw USD fee is $2-$3 without % if you withdraw different cash and your card is (USD, EUR or GBP) then you pay standard fee + some % of transaction, but you have to check website to know exactly how much it is.

The card that I was sent is called MyChoice so if in the future I want to try a different service that uses the same MyChoice card for withdraws, will I be allowed or is it just 1 per person.

Because it says the card has a max withdraw of $1000 per lifetime.

It's $2000 per lifetime. But you can remove the limit by just uploading the documents. The procedure is quite easy.

It is not so easy for me Smiley I live in rented apartment, and all bills are issued with name of owner, not mine ..  Roll Eyes

How many cards from Cryptopay.me can have one user? Is it limited?

So are you allowed to reorder the card over and over again as long as you pay the card fee?

I'm not sure if you can have multiple cards from one provider (here Cryptopay.me).
@ Reb0rn21 has 3 cards from MyChoice - manufacturer, but each of them is supported by another provider. (Probably Cryptopay.me, SpectroCoin and one more).
It would be best to wait for answer from Cryptopay.me support.
