Truth?  You want me to post here?  I have taken screen shots of your exchange taking my bitcoins and stuck on processing for my withdrawal for weeks.  Lafu you are a child and at best not very good at being professional.

You keep cheerleading and attacking customers for cryptopia like it's somehow helping people cope with the problems they have with Cryptopia.

If you have been actually keeping up with customers problems instead of cheerleading for cryptopia you would find the same thing after reading hundreds of people's problems about Cryptopia.  It's all over Cryptopia's facebook, twitter, forums, here, youtube.  You should try reading and listening instead of attacking customers who speak anything negative or the problems they've been having with Cryptopia.

And no I won't be having a good day because Cryptopia has my money where I can't control or get support for the problems I'm having for weeks.

Nothing more than PR tactics from cryptopia.  People have been waiting weeks if not months for their withdraw and deposits.  Go look Cryptopia facebook, twitter, and forums.  Nothing but problems from people about Cryptopia.

No support no coins.

Cryptopia is just as bad as coinsmarkets except cryptopia keep listing coins and keeping deposits when they can't even handle the coins they have listed.

Cryptopia has been incompetent to point of fraud from customer's perspective.  Cryptopia customers lost thousands and still no support after weeks and months.

All they do is post in their cryptopia news about problems they have.  Cryptopia hasn't fixed ANYTHING.  Millions of dollars are owed to people who have been using that exchange.   Every week they say are working on problems.  It's been months they have been saying this but haven't fixed anything.

Cryptopia users are getting hacked and funds missing.  People have been reporting Cryptopia to FMA and New Zealand police for months now yet no support even after months waiting for support tickets.

Cryptopia keep announcing how their company is about customer satisfaction yet no customers from cryptopia are satisfied.

I personally traded hundreds of thousands of dollars where cryptopia was making thousands of dollars every month from me.   No support no coins period.  Action speak louder than PR tactics or announcements.  Take care of your customers.

Looks Great Block Height 210260 (at the time of writing) there is no problem with Lana coin deposit and withdrawal, Why my Deposit went through and my withdrawal didn't?
Just to check if there is any problem i tried depositing few LANA coins to the platform and that was successful in less than few seconds and my withdrawal is pending for 2 weeks? can you check with support, because support is not responding to our tickets so Cryptopia left no option now.

Next day after withdrawal pending for 26 hours i tried deposit just to make sure everything is good with network and wallet here is the result there is no problem with Lana wallet and network

Withdraw "processing" for 23 days but wallet and blockchain is working fine so "processing" is inner process in cryptopya not in real world

.... is cryptopia going to credit zclassic holders with BTCP?

cryptopia showed block height at 139602, current network at 141576 and your deposit is confirmed in block 139938
the situation looks strangely unexplainable, how could cryptopia moved fund from your depo address with unsynced wallet?
my only guess is they might have different server for processing/crediting deposit separated from the real wallet server
so their wallet server could be very well synced but the trade platform server only check/sync with wallet every certain period of time

this could be the main source problem for all deposit/withdraw transactions delay
all this just my guess and/or assumption,
please the official representative come forward and explain the real problem

Good afternoon. I would like to ask you to make the following announcements for users (after talking to the developer, programmers, the owner of the exchange), probably with the following content:

- Dear users of the delay with deposits and with withdrawals will be up to xx.xx.2018
- Dear users of coin purses XX, XX, XXX, will be up to xx.xx.2018 for maintenance
- Purses XX, XXX, XXXX at the moment do not work.

We are just all worried, I see that you have problems and I just stopped making coins on your stock exchange (I think so many do).
The volume of trading on your stock exchange fell from $ 70 to $ 15 million.

It's been months.  They are not fixing anything or even try to fix.  So many people's funds are stuck on processing.  Everyday more stuck transactions.  30000 more support tickets every 2 weeks.

There are people who hasn't gotten support reply for months. 

I will close my (preliminary) Scam accusation thread as soon as this issue will be solved.

@Lafu thanks for your try, I think the support should respond and say: "the reason for the delay is.. the problem will be fix till.." no response is not the way to deal with long time customers.
meantime they can return money to the inner account that I can trade or freeze the all market that it wont happen to other people (admit that there is a problem and not hide it.

What about Innova coin wallet? My pool send coins, but no deposit was credited.
