I made a cryptopia btc withdrawal at 17/02/2018 2:36:00 PM , still in processing, not txId yet..
The withdrawalId is : #3184927
How can I do ?
The withdrawal does not appear on thhe block explorer as there is no transactionId.

Ok, i am fine with that, but consider giving us back some compensation for opportunistic loss we have been taking it while you are having difficulties. Every company, every serious company, that really takes cares for their customer, would consider that as an option to keep them at their side.
Cryptopia has been "investigating" (= disabling) a lot of wallets lately. BWK has been down for a long time, then XVG went down, now ETH is disabled. I can't actually trade anything at the moment cause you've disabled the wallets for everything I've got.

it is useless to produce tickets, they are answered at best in a couple of weeks. And then if the situation on the exchange is normal. The same bitrex or polonyex responds to tickets for 6-8 weeks. My conclusions lingered for almost 24 hours - in principle, nothing terrible.
Just note - that if cost of bitcoin (in USD) is very strong and rapidly increases or falls - wait (on the exchange there will be delays, necessarily). This is due to the heavy workload on the site engine as well as the fact that the exchanges are trying to limit the rapid outflow of coins from the site

wait about 24 hours. At me, periodically, there is a long time both input and a conclusion of coins on Cryptopia. Sometimes 1 hour, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 24 hours. On some exchanges a similar situation. Do not worry and do not produce tickets in tens or even hundreds.

also this wallet runs on a seperated Blockchain who Cryptopia runs on ! You know nothing how this all works !
Also there is backlog in support tickets we known this and catching up !
But the First you all write is this is Scam and we steal coins , but this is not true !
I guess maybe i get now again spam mails and bad trust , or someone goes personaly offensive in threads about me , but i only tell you this all , i dont can anything about every issue that was happend !

Lol, my eth deposit has been pending for 25 days now to be confirmed, feels like i am back in stone age. Oh, and i am being sarcastic or cynical, anyway, dont feel good at the end. But again, i am patient guy.
Are BTC withdrawals faster these days? On December with the BTC ATH they were clogged, now BTC network looks less busy, did anyone do some withdrawals of BTC recently that arrived in hours?
BTC withdrawals are executed within minutes. This has been the case for months (for me at least).
