Send big amount of VIVO from cryptopia to coldwallet... processing since 24 hours now.. Small amount which i send 10 minutes later as the big, received on cold wallet within minutes..
What can i do??

You can check "CoinInfo", find VIVO and see whether their VIVO wallet works properly at the moment. They support a million of coins, but more often than not, users experience troubles and delays both depositing and withdrawing most of them. What pisses me off is their so-called support and the fact there is zero warning.

Sent 1000 innova coins to my wallet.  Stuck on processing for 4 days.  Cryptopia has a history of STUCK transactions and deposits not showing up.

Once I get my coins I'm out of this exchange for good.  I've had bunch of stuck transactions in the past couple of months but it resolved by itself within few days without admin helping me.  Now this one is stuck for good it seems.  When I contacted them from facebook their reply is 35 days for admin to reply.   Angry

I sent OMG from my personal wallet to my Cryptopia wallet but I don't see it on my account.
A few days passed, on ezerskan thousands of confirmations, nothing was received by the tech support for ticketing.
Money has gone simply to anywhere.

ETN wallet is dead again, 0 connections. Is it supposed to have only 1 connection at best? I don't think I've ever seen it having more on cryptopia. Not sure whether it's by design or not, but it seems to lose that single connection from time to time.

do not ever use this exchange if you dont want to lose your money. their transactions are just like a russian roullette. If the bullet is there you will get a headshot to your money. And dont even try to contact support. They probably do not have any support it is just for show. This site should be closed in a few years. hopefully i will get my money back until then.

Buy The F*cking Dip
I used cryptopia once to claim Bitcore but I think I will never use it again. It has one of the ugliest design I've ever seen and the interface is not user-friendly at all...everything went smooth though and they processed by withdraw in a short period of time.

Cryptopia is my go-to exchange when it comes to coins that are normally not listed to those big exchanges. I'll agree with you that they don't have the best interface in the industry and the design of their website is somehow not pleasing to anyone's eyes but I didn't encounter any problem in this exchange in the past (withdrawal, deposit, etc). They are also constantly "improving" their services (as stated in their maintenance notes  Roll Eyes ). One problem that I noticed with them is that they are very slow in updating the wallets of the coins listed in them and this resulted to coins being transferred to them but not received by their user.

You won't believe but 17 days passed and issue about my Pirl deposit is not resolved.

I sent 15.6638 Pirl from my personal wallet to my Cryptopia wallet but I don't see it on my account.
