There is a problem with your send mail.
What can I do to fix this problem. I do not receive any mail from you when I try to login.
Usually I get a bunch of mails (unsuccessful login, successful login, pin to enter the system, etc.) Now I get no mail at all.
And as I need mail pin in order to login, I can not login.

This is not a common problem although some email systems are not good at delivering (AOL in particular), and your friend who registered must receive emails anyway as there is a registration confirmation email. I suggest you check your spam folders thoroughly, and if nothing there find a whitelist and whitelist the cryptopia domain. Failing that contact your email provider.

Cryptopia shows a TXID as

But there is no such TX in the blockchain.
I included both the address and the message in the withdrawal request.
My withdrawal no in cryptopia is #2438359.
There is a lot of withdrawal and deposit problems in cryptopia nowadays. They should bring a solution or suspend deposits/withdrawals.

Seems they have a lot of new customers, so the servers are overloaded. Too many wants in the cryptomarket at the moment, thats crazy.

Decided to try to reset my password, yet no luck.
Hope they can fix this or answer here what can be done to be able to login, as I missed on one cool deal for one of my investments, where it hit my target, and went back down, so if I was online I could have sold for profit and then with 40% to recover what I have sold on my target...

Keep trying every hour until you get into your account. The load on cryptopia's system must fluctuate and sooner or later you should get a chance if you try often enough.

I´ve sent NMS to Cryptopia from my NMS wallet TXID 8a8afa68924b2da50e2baa16471f90764f7afdca9ccf743ea15b2a9fedb18619-000 and TXID 8885098f023d346040a0ee2022ecd32a1699bc18871dbaa6a1a8d9e7a439dc51-000 they reached the wallet at the stock exchange if judged by block explorer but on my balance sheet they are not. Help me solve my problem.

What happen to cryptopia Lafu? their so many pending transactions happening and my SDRN deposit has not been credited! It's almost 2 weeks but theirs still no sign of coins coming in to my cryptopia wallet. Maybe you should look for the support tickets query since I think their so many backlogs and unsolve missing deposit's and withdrawals.

The E-Gulden (EFL) wallet is stuck at 1028749. The block that is actually being processed is 1028849. There is almost a 2 hours lag on blocks, and thus the deposits aren't being showed at balance page. Does someone can fix this please?

Please eliminate the minimum withdraw level on coins you no longer support, like 1337. It says minimum is 20,000. That coin is now revamped under the name Elite, without changing the blockchain, and it has regained value way back into the Sat range, like many coins that you delisted.
