Hey, Cryptopia customers!Be aware about that do not do mining to cryptopia deposit addreses, because you can LOST YOUR COINS!
There is helpless support and administration and they even can not make a direct transfer of coins by manual withdrawal request.
I did try to do mining PhoenixCoin to my cryptopia deposit-address: PfZc6QFwQrUEwrK3arHYFSf885J5WBpjbm
and MAYBE I DID LOST MY COINS.
Anyone can see transactions here:

and maybe admin can see this in his wallet
and do transfer this,

No one of this transactions I cann't see on my account balance. Funds are pending from 2017-09-04 03:32:12 !
Just last transaction there is credited, because this is transfet, not mining reward!
Mining transactions need to wait 100 or more confirmations, but so long time I cann't see this.
I did write many tickets to support, but this was been closed again and again. No any help.

This is stated on every Deposit page below your address:
“WARNING! Please do not mine to your Cryptopia addresses, we do not support transactions from pools like P2Pool etc.”
While I appreciate the warning does not list all the specific mining options out there we feel it is very clear when it states:
Please do not mine to your Cryptopia addresses.
I’m very sorry but we do not support mining in any way therefore we cannot assist you further in this instance.
Although we do not support direct mining pool transactions, if some do get through,
this is likely through a different process and they are exceptions, not the rule.
We do however sympathize for your loss.

Maybe they mean this stock exchange not credit to stock exchange the mining rewards directly generated to deposit addresses,
and withdrawals from pools is credited to account balance because THIS IS A TRANSFER, not generation.
So as I understanding they just don't want to do transfer by manual request withdrawal.
Is this scam??? Or just laziness? What should I do?
