part of your issues is likely using two power supplies you need to use one or you may end up permanently frying it

I was worried too, but everyone I spoke to that has been doing this for a while said it is fine as long as you don't use 2 PSU's for 1 hash board.

Its running great now, just LOUD.  Suprnova (verge) Lyra2Rev2 pool is horrendous, 15-20% error rate.  1-4% on MPH.

What hashrate are you getting ?

Try setting your first pool to something other than nicehash.
also noticed: -check-testnonce": false, w/ #xnsub added.

BAH this is so frustrating.

I created a new boot drive using an extra USB I had laying around, and literally nothing happens when I put it in except the fans turning on.

The red light appears to always be on or flashing as well.  I think I got a defective one.

Anyone know how I contact Dayun to try and send it in?

Well I finally got it working (ish)  It had to do with requiring a static IP vs a dynamic one.  I had to go into my router and set a static IP and then followed a video sent by my chinese supplier (which was super helpful) to set it up.

NOW I just have a bunch of rejected shares at Suprnova... fml.

It's barely worth fixing it. If you can send it back and get a refund I highly suggest it. Chances are the chips will burn out after 24 hours of mining anyway. This miner is literally a joke.

Can you PM that video ? I have similar issue

Nothing I can do about it at this point in terms of refund.  If one of the boards doesn't give out I'll just muddle through and hope to get most of the money back... or at least some.

From what I can tell, it REALLY doesn't like running at 900 mhz.  at 800 mhz (admitted its only been 20 minutes) I have a much more even distribution of shares per hash board, and MUCH lower rejected shares (miningpoolhub rejecting about 1% instead of 15% at 900 mhz on suprnova)  I may inch it up later but  want to test this for 12 hours or so first.

My set up is 1 antminer apw3++ and 1, 800 watt gold PSU.  I have the 800W PSU powering 1 hash board and the control board because at 120v the APW3++ only does 1200w... so I didn't want to risk it.  I may have better luck if I had 220v, but being in the U.S. makes that hard.

Just post it here.  If its blocking url  send only  watch?v=thc9xLZa0HQ

My supplier emailed me the video.  I need to upload it somewhere.

Not the best overall,. but I followed that, after updating the firmware, setting it to a static IP in my router, and creating a new boot drive.

Currently I am trying it at 800 Mhz to see if that makes it more stable... I will let you know the results.

What happens with new firmware?

I didn't see anything substantial change with the new firmware.  I just copied yours into my miner.json file, and restarted, but got no change.  There is no hashing at all and it still says "offline" in the upper left and won't do anything...  I have to get up early tomorrow so have to call it a night, but will troubleshoot again tomorrow.  I appreciate all the assistance so far!

It keeps telling me,  "The miner may not boot" and nothing happens, not matter what settings I input in dashboard.  I get no hashing, and nothing seems to be happening.  Anyone have any thoughts?  User error? lol

 Angry Huh

So new firmware? All three Pools setup correctly? Everything else default?

Did you wait 5 minutes? Its takes time to start.

I have the pools set up to:

stratum+tcp://lyra2rev2.usa.nicehash.com:3347   then my BTC address for nicehash and my password.  Now and then it says "online" then immediately goes to offline.  I have updated the firmware and it says the September 26 date... so it updated.  It wouldn't boot with the updated file system, so I kept using the one that came with it for now.

This is what shows up in settings:

Miner will start with this syntax:
/var/www/html/resources/cgminer.config
JSON Conf:
{
    "lyra2rev2-clk": "900",
    "lyra2rev2-check-testnonce": true,
    "lyra2rev2-restartenable": true,
    "lyra2rev2-restarthashrate": "5",
    "lyra2rev2-restartfailedcount": "0",
    "lyra2rev2-cutoffenable": false,
    "lyra2rev2-cutofffanspeedin": "65",
    "lyra2rev2-cutofffanspeedout": "65",
    "lyra2rev2-cutofftemperature": "50",
    "pools": [
        {
            "url": "stratum+tcp:\/\/lyra2rev2.usa.nicehash.com:3347",
            "user": "3NiRSLJJo18T6dBAoz7MuZ61XexURfPu7G",
            "pass": "x"
        },
        {
            "url": "stratum+tcp:\/\/lyra2rev2.usa.nicehash.com:3347",
            "user": "3NiRSLJJo18T6dBAoz7MuZ61XexURfPu7G",
            "pass": "x"
        },
        {
            "url": "stratum+tcp:\/\/lyra2rev2.usa.nicehash.com:3347",
            "user": "3NiRSLJJo18T6dBAoz7MuZ61XexURfPu7G",
            "pass": "x"
        }
    ],
    "lyra2rev2-dynamic-frequency": false
}

I have no idea how to make it work.
