Do NOT Invest and Join ICO Bounties is the best punishment we can give them Cheesy Let them waste their initial capital money to create their fancy website and whitepaper.

lol....so do you believe this option will work? I don't think so buddy. The space has so many people who would do anything for a any little penny and so the no campaign punishment may not work lol.
Our best option will be to stay careful and vigilant so that we don't end up in the wrong hands.

Yes it will not work because ICO has become addicting and so is bounty hunting because there is money to it and the demand is great, so do not expect crowdfunding to die, death penalty is to cruel let them have 20 years for every thousand they scam, that will be a very long years and they will rot in jail.

Even if you lost money from these scammers and with so much hatred in your heart, death penalty is just too much.
I also lost some but never thought of this as punishment.
Long jail time is more than enough but that would be a long trial before anyone can have that verdict.
So at the moment, do your very best before investing your hard-earned money.
Crowdfunding projects will always be here because there are people that are always willing to take their risk and we can't stop them.

As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

I understand you might have lost a reasonable amount of money to these unscrupulous ICO fraudsters. However, I believe a jail time up to 10 - 20 years should be the penalty in my opinion. This is more humane than death penalty

The cryptocurrency space is a haven for scammers, this is because of the freedom the industry gives in establishing projects and raising funds from the public. Bringing scammers to book is quite difficult because of the various government boundaries and the fact that most people participating in fund raising are not using their real identity. I do hope that some extent of regulation is introduced in the industry and the process of fund raising should be more rigid to make it difficult for scammers to have their way.

I don't think that if we give one punishment to them, they will stop to scam people in the future. They will get a new way to scam people, and there will be many people who will get a scam. If you don't want to get scam, then you don't have to follow or join them, let them scam other people because that person is not careful to keep his money from the programs. We must take care of our money, and by research on their project, I think we can minimize from getting a scam.

A friend will solve your problem such an inhuman act? Did you take the money to invest in the project? Fair. You yourself took the risk and condolence that you had nothing wrong. This happens every day. The most annoying thing is that not only in cryptocurrency.

Lol, when you invest on an ICO, it's already a risk you take before invest your money into it.

I think death penalty is too much lmao, i mean scam is not a big crime if you compared with other crime that receive a death penalty.
So it is okay to steal someone's money on your opinion?

Crime is a crimes whatever it related to,need severe punishment to decrease those activities in future.

Although it may be a little difficult to trace them to face the consequence of their evil deed but i think we should declare them ENEMY of our crypto industry and they should be made to pass through a very strict KYC and a reasonable deposit in a reputable crypto insurance industry to indemnify investors and bounty hunters in the face of failure.

I agree with you, but it will be quite difficult to do, because on the grounds that the law is not strong, there must be special rules for the teams who want to run the ICO, so that there is no more scam, the party fragrantly agrees the law is given sanctions for those who want to try to cheat.

Yes, we need protected platforms. Who will monitor the progress of the project and issue funds. What would minemizirovat loss of investors. This would help the industry to develop in a positive direction.

Many individuals have been Vitim of SCAM, Just like myself when it comes to ICO investment. I vowed never to invest, but put more focus whether the project fair or not. Right now I can boldly admit the ICO fraudulent must get punished for the inhuman act. Since scam projects in the ICOs growing rapidly Investors should be aware of it.

There's no law in any country which sentence death for financial fraudulent. I also don't ever support this. I think it's our fault that we don't do enough research before investing in ICO. It's nothing hard to find out a scam ICO. Lots of people are doing this and saving bitcointalk members from losing their money. You can also do it by yourself or follow people who bust scam ICO.

I think its a bit harsh for death sentence although sometimes I feel they deserve it, we spend time and money to support their project they run away with our hard work money, we become poor they spend the money recklessly, but there should be some punishment, jail or social service maybe more appropriate according to me, and they should pay penalty, and make them become poor

This is too extreme, in my opinion, with the arrest and disclosure of their identities and then being held sufficient and returning the investors' money that they have deceived so that they get their rights, this is too extreme in my opinion

Now it's silly to invest in ICO. Why such risks. Buy coins on exchanges 100 times cheaper.

It depends on their jurisdiction,in some countries the oenalty for small crimes is hanging to death but in moat of the countries even if someone killed many people they only get jail periods but when we want to stop scammers the punishment should be death.
It is upto the jurisdiction of the countries from where the ICO has been launched. Apart from the same, on my personal opinion it is good to make plans to restrict the ico's before launch setting certain bench marks. Because most projects that get termed to be scam happens once after launching, lacking on investment and upon other development..
