i disagree. the ICOs should be rewarded because they were wise enough to figure out how many idiots exist in altcoin community who are willingly throwing their money away.
so if anything, the investors should be punished because they are the reason why ICOs even exist! if people started using their heads and stopped investing in ICOs there wouldn't have been any ICO to scam people and we would have only seen legitimate cryptocurrencies with no ICO nonsense.

In general, now in civilized countries it is considered that the death penalty is not humane and violates the human right to life. If the right to life is given to us from above, the person does not have the right to take it away. Therefore, more than forty states have signed the 1950 Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and pledged not to use the death penalty. Especially for fraud to apply the death penalty, it will be something like a medieval cruelty. Scammers need to be punished and imprisoned. In my country for fraud can be jailed up to seven years. I think this will be enough for fraudsters.
ICO fraud is indeed very detrimental to all the people involved including bounty hunters, but if what you suggest is the death penalty it will be very difficult to do because maybe something like that will be related to state and government regulations, we know that every ICO even popping up from various countries.

It depends on their jurisdiction,in some countries the oenalty for small crimes is hanging to death but in moat of the countries even if someone killed many people they only get jail periods but when we want to stop scammers the punishment should be death.

I think life imprisonment is enough for me that is one life imprisonment sentence for every 100k they scam to people, so if they scammed 500k that would be five life imprisonment and they will have no chance for parole, they will die in jail eventually.
You should set up a poll for this so we'll know who is in favor or not, I think we must first recover the funds that they've scammed and pay damages before imprisoning them for a hundred of years, something like this should happen so these scamming should be stopped.
It wont happen, as we all know most of the people behind scam ICO's has fake identities.

Nope, it's investor who should be cautious before investing any money, and when you invest in ICO returns are never 'guarnteed' — you would see something similar in terms when you invest.

Abosolutely yes, they scam people that only want is to earn money to survive in daily life, and if there is a death penalty lawn for ICO scammers, many investors will comeback again and crypto ICO will get better.
I agree and I want to implement ICO scammer once they caught they will be death penalty but I suggest to the government before they death they need to go in prison and have torture and after that they can do death penalty process in that case for sure the scammer will not scam anymore people and a lot of ICO for sure will have a lot of legit project and becone successful but it is only a dream I think.

ICO scammers are indeed very many and create anxiety for investors and bounty hunters. To apply penalties to scammers is also very difficult because we do not know who the person behind the ICO SCAM is, most importantly we as investors must be more careful in having a good and profitable ICO. Scammers not only work on the ICO SCAM, they also attack the telegram community and pretend to be part of the project and ask to transfer some ETH to their address. Stay alert and more careful
I think being killed is an outrageous way, they are quite punished so that there is a deterrent effect and it will be a fear for other people not to scam or anything that smells of fraud but it will be difficult to make it happen because there are still laws that protect crypto and all activities related to crypto

Huh? Death? Should someone die because of the paper? Today, even if the death penalty for killing someone is not death, it does not fit. Capitalism has already made us all dependent on money, but death is not.

i hope so, these scam icos are really annoying to the crypto industry but there are some of them are running the ico until it listed on exchange site and then they disappear from the market. we must always be careful for that. i hope they will be arrested by police in the future 
Scammers should be punished - that's for sure. The main difficulty here is the fact that it's usually too late to punish some team members when they already scammed investors or bounty hunters and are not planning next iCO at all.
