To me Deep Onion has turned out to be a winner. And by that I mean the team, the way they seem to be running things is pretty remarkable.

Not gonna lie, I didn’t even know about deeponion until a few days ago, but I have
Used tor and love the results. I’ve got some coins(so I’ve got some bias)
But I think compared to many scams out
Right now at least there’s a track record and milestones. I’ll share
To update here if it changes, but i think they’re on the right track
And appear to be experienced in setting up good social engagement.

I’m personally very attached to privacy and I believe our privacy will continue
To be in danger for a very long time and I want to be sure I support the
Development of privacy tools whenever I can!

I very loosely participated in a different ico and got a chance to see, talk, and
Participate in discussions and it gave me a chance to see how social
Engagement affects the beginning stages. I see icos hyping how they
Invited ‘Big names’ to ‘advise’ when they haven’t even launched the coin
Sale. It takes a good core group of people that are informed and deeply
Connected with the deeponion values to be best equipped to support
The growth socially and so far I’ve seen nothing but calm clearheaded
and patient responses and ideas in the deeponion forum.

I’ll say again this is just what I’ve gathered over a short period of time,
But to be honest I think it’s fairly easy to spot when management is
After the money and the win, versus people after actually trying to create
A great value for everyone. You can spend just a few seconds reading
A disorganized and ungrounded whitepaper promising tons of returns!!
To realize the team/people are more focused on creating some new big
Machine to take in poo and polish it and sell it all half-decentralized and
Oligarchical.

Okay I got carried away. But still! I see way more substance in the
Discussions, I see engagement, and I get the sense that they really are
Trying to ‘set us up for success’ (sorry I know I hate hearing that saying,
But it’s relevant!)

Speculation over...

Thanks for your honest words. i follow deeponion now for more than 3 months. Just to compare it with electroneum ico which i had invested in, deeponion is working harder and going straight forward. i see much more results at deeponion. the effort of the devs and mods are shown in the current price Cool without millions in the back during ico.  Tongue

I don'tunderstand how this coin is moreanonymous than any other. On top of that 18'000'000 have been premined. I'm a newbie as you can see so pls tell me if I'm wrong. But isn't the fact that this is pre mined make it less decentralised and easier to trace as holders (beside devs themselves) will be a large minority? Huh

I can not understand how is it possible that there are 100's of people using deeponion at the moment, tell me, why do you think that it is sooo special? It is a waste of time, and there are tons of better altcoins made for privacy, like pivx, zcash, monero, and so on.

Tell me why it is not? We could play this game all day buddy but I will tell you what is happening. There is DeepVault (file verification), DeepSend incoming (obfuscation of transaction) and Vote Central around the corner (governance). Now you tell me if those aren't quality features in a coin?

+ other stuff coming + outstanding community + huge growing potential  Smiley

But 50 onions is very expensive too. Hope it drops in price in the next days ;-)

there are plenty of ways to get to 50 onions. Check out the official forums at deeponion.org and check out the giveaways, tasks etc.

Price dropped some, would be a good time to get those 50 onions and join the airdrop for anyone who hasn't already. I have a feeling the price will shoot up again soon. They just announced that Deep Onion will be listed on the decentralized exchange BISQ and they added yet another developer. Big things coming !

For a long time I dream to join the community. How many coins should I have on my wallet to participate in the airdrop? And this can be the wallet of the exchange?
50 ONIONS and desktop wallet only

i remember 100 was the minimum requirement, maybe something has changed lately but i didn't check.. anyway, go on ann op for realtime info about airdrop partecipation ;-)

Yeah, the rules are little bit easier now for newcomers  Smiley
