When announced you will send your tokens to waves wallet with your MEW address in attachment to receive your token into MEW wallet.
My only question is - will you receive those on waves, so you can send them for swap, or will you receive eth ones (so you will not have to swap).
That has not been confirmed.... Looks like everything will depend on timing.

To get your 10k MNY you will have to send your coe & MNY etc for a SWAP to erc20. It will be announced.
Right now you can leave it on waves, or trade on pairs.
Later, you can join the telegram group for the anouncement of that event, I think that it will also be posted here. It looks like it will be quite early, but there is not a timeline for that.
